Requesting contact info for XMP Toolkit SDK developers at Adobe

Hello,
I'm an engineer at Google, involved in the WebM project. Information about our project is here:

WebM is "video for the web". It specifies a standard container format (a WebM file is based on Matroska), which comprises a VP8 video stream and a Vorbis audio stream.

We are investigating mechanisms for supporting metadata in WebM, and we are looking specifically at using XMP for this purpose. I have a few technical questions about the Adobe XMP Toolkit SDK, and would look to speak to an engineer or some such at Adobe.
Does anyone know whom I can contact at Adobe, about making modifications to the XMP Toolkit SDK?

I am using WIN 7 Professional 64 bit and Visual Studio 2010.
I have been trying to produce the Visual Studio project from the GenerateXMPToolkitSDK_win.bat file.
It fails repeatedly. It produces the VC10 directory.
When I open the solution in VS2010 it has no project files?
Note that I do not have Visual Studio running at the time of the build.

You are right, Adobe does not support CS5 because it is no longer sold.
Simply download the trial version of CS5 from this Adobe web site and input your serial number.

Contact info for different contacts is showing up in wrong contact person's fields!

Recently switched from mobileme to iCloud. Now, not only do old (formerly deleted) contacts show up on my iphone & ipad, but a lot of the contact information seems to have randomly merged with each other. So that for my contact Ash, it shows her phone number and a different contact's address and email address!
How did this happen and how can I fix this? Different info for different contacts is showing up in wrong contact person's fields! Random information is showing up all over the place, so that in order to fix it manually, I'd have to scroll one by one on my phone and then try to figure out if the random incorrect contact info still shows up for the contact it belongs to. I'd rather not have to do this!
* my iPad & iPhone have iCloud, not my macbook.

CCX 7 ENH Scripting - Set Contact Info For Closed Hours

When calls come in after hours or on weekends, how should the script be configured so the call is not marked abandoned? I know that after the Closed step I can Set Contact Information to handled and it will be reflected in the Historical Reports, but doesn't this skew the statistics when we are really interested in what is happening during open hours? I just installed Macdefender after it said my macbook is infected with a bunch of virus and I even paid for it ($99)! I saw all the warnings and got panicky about it and just used my credit card to pay for it!
After reading the comments here I now know that I don't need it on my macbook - the way they tricked me into buying it was not right... (it wasn't done in a way like a normal 'scam' ... the graphics/wordings they used were very 'Apple' style and made me think that it was messages coming directly from Apple!)
Any chance someone here knows how to get in touch with them about this?!

ou may a trojan called Mac Defender / Protector / Security
They are probably located in Eastern Europe and they have thier on fake call centre.
Contact your bank to cancel your card.
Check you downloads folder and apps folder to see if it is there If you not find it
-If go to safari, preferences, general, deselect - open all safe downloads ( may not be exact wording)
If you find it go to DO NOT SIGN UP or GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO....
Go to acitivity monitor in ultilies - quit the program.
trash it from downloads, app folder, remove for Login Item in accouns (sys. pref)
Boot into safe mode - hold the option key down and when you restart the mac
look at these locations to see if remains.... if found try removing them again
Uncheck the safari pref as above
I advise getting security software or wait for Apple to come up with a security fix

Hi I intend to keep my Ipad at home so I need a lockscreen for the kids not to go on it but if it did get misplaced I want my info to pop us when someone tries to access it

Unfortunetally, No and no. Apple TV is a closed API so developers are right now unable to create an app that is very compatible to connect to Apple TV. There is also no remote app on the Mac App Store.

Samsung Note 3 erasing contact info for random contacts - not all contacts.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has begun dropping contacts from my phone list. I will receive a text from a phone number and realize it is someone who was in my Favorite List and is now removed from contact list completely. Today three people that I call, message or email frequently were simply gone from my phone. This happens intermittently and is random. I believe it started after last update when other problems emerged. To stop phone from overheating I had to remove the cover. I also had to remove my 32 Gb data storage card in order to get phone working properly. Has anyone else had random contacts erased? I've read about cases where all contacts were removed but my problem is different. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me solve this problem.

brianna8500, sorry to hear about your trouble with the Note 3. Is the phone still over-heating? We want to make sure that doesn't become a bigger problem for you. Please advise.
There can be several possible causes to contacts disappearing. The simplest possible solution is to go to contacts and press the menu button. Select contacts to display and select all. Do the contacts return?
The second most likely cause is the software source backing up the information. What software do you use to back up your contacts? Do you back up with more than one application. This may lead us to the best answer for you.

Need right contact info for Idea

I have a big idea for Verizon home phones. I cannot display the idea on the idea forums due to giving the full rights up. Is there someone that I can contact about this. I tried to email one person but got no response. If I don't get a response again then I will see if a different company would want to hear the idea. Why is the app store requesting billing info for a "Free" app? The app is Pinger desktop

I tried to download Pinger Desktop from the App Store, which is listed as FREE. Why is the App Store asking for my billing information for a free app?

HT2486 can I print out the contact info for all contacts in my address book?

I haven't found anything on support to determine if I can just take a group with 10 contacts from my address book and print it out like a CSV file or just a plank page.
Any suggestions if this can be done?

To print out a group, select the group name of the contacts or select them holding down the Command key and clicking on each name. Then Addressbook > File > Print > click the Show details button > select the items below in the dialog box > select the fields to print > print or print to PDF.

However, I don't know what necessary codes do I need to write or to include to enable such function? Would anyone help to give me some guideline? Contact info for complaints?

I would like to make a complaint about a recent problem I've had to someone at Comcast other than a low-level support rep from India. The website gives me no contact information aside from the 1-800 support number, the online chat, and the forums. I tried the online chat, and all they will give me is the 1-800 number.   Is there any e-mail address I can write to with my grievance that would lead to an actual American Comcast employee above the general support pool?

Set up default Contact info for subsite

I am working on a redesign project and we have been working with several intranet sites that sometimes have 500 pages under each site.
Is there a way of setting up a default Contact name and email address that would automatically be shown on page properties.
My normal process would be go on to each individual page and click Edit Properties and add the contact email and name so it would show on the footer of the page.
