Require MIGO Screen enhancement in Line Items
Hi,
During MIGO when we post the document, under Quantity tab, Amount in LC XXXXXX has been updated...
But we want that during MIGO creation, after click on CHECK icon, Amount in LC field should be there in Quantity tab. Because we want to know, how much amount will go forward before posting...
Please guide..
What will that ensure? by some enhancement you may be able to see the amount, but whether you check before posting or after posting, the amount will remain same, you will not be able to change the amount in GR. just see what actions you want to take if the amount is different than what you may be expecting, that may determine what enhancement you need.

In Purchase requestion ME51N
Now we are creating "n" number of assets ( All are same item but "s.no" will vary) with "n" number of line item.
Instead of this I have to enhance to create only one line item( For same item) with "n" quantity.
for the ASSET account Assignment we have to create Asset(Temp no) for the each item/quantity(if the same item).
as well as if they are going to create a PO with ref to PR they have to see all the "n" number of asset no.
In MIGO creation for each asset we have to assign S.No and Asset Tag.
How enhance the functionality in PR,PO and MIGO as well as in Invoice.
Is it any User Exit/BADI is available for PR/POand MIGO to show all the "n" number of assets for a single line item.
Kindly help me to give details to proceed further.

What i understand from your question is, you want to create a single line item in PR and PO. But the qty would be > 1.
Each single qty would have its own asset number in account asssignment tab of item details of PR & PO.
This is what you are expecting...Right???????????????
Then this is possible with certain limitations.
While creating PR, enter only one item with more qty.
In item details section, in account assignment tab, on top left corner, there will be a button called Multiple account assignments.
Click on it, then it looks like a table, where you can enter more than one line. (each line will have its own asset no)
And choose option Distribute on qty basis for field Distribution.
So that you can enter 1 qty for each line. ( Ex: if you created one line item in the item level with 10 qty, you need to maintain 10 line here, each qith 1 qty and diff asset no).
The only limitation to this is, the GRN would be treated as non valueted. So when you make GRN there wwould not be any accounting doc. ( means no use of GR/IR clearing account as like normal for POs)
when you prepare MIRO, all the assets will be capitalised and vendor credited.
But in case if you receive partial invoice, then you have choose manually in MIRO. which asset is ot be capitalised.
After entering the PO number in MIRO, there will be one line will be appeared with full qty. in the same line, move till the end of line, there you will have one button called Account assignments.
Choose and go there, here you can choose which individual asset line to be considired.
This will resolve your issue.

Line item net price not updated in overview screen net price&line item
Hi ,
We have down payment order with 10 line items
In orders with billing plan, the sales line item net price, if we entered manual condition price (ZPNP) ,gets updated in item condition net value. But it does not simultaneously gets updated at once in 1) Sales order overview screen net value 2) Billing plan header 3)Sales order overview screen line item condition net value. Updation at these three places happens only after clicked on header conditions.
However, in case of the last item in the sales order, the updation happens simultaneously in all the 3 places i.e. 1) item condition net value. 2) Sales order overview screen net value 3) Billing plan header 4) Sales order overview screen line item condition net value.
This is also true for the order with only single line item. We are faced a information popup message every time we change the item net price u201CItem 000100(100 is last line item number in sales order) exists already; the entry ignored u201C. This happens in case of all line items except the last line item. Also this does not happen in case where there is a single line item in order.
Our requirement: The moment the net price of an item is change manually, it should get updated at all the 4 places mentioned above like it does in case of the last line item.
Kindly help me to fix this problem.

Distribution screen enhancment in Contract item -SRM 7.0
Hi Experts,
I want to add custom fields in contract item level distribution screen In SRM 7.0,
Sap has provided standard structure for item enhancement INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR and INCL_, INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF
Using above structures we can enhance Item over view screen, My requirement is to enhance Item distribution screen,
If any one worked on distribution screen enhancement or any body knowledge of this, please share me the correct structure to enhance the screen.

SRM Shopping cart enhancement at line item level
Hi Gurus,
I am trying to enhance Shopping Cart screen.
Could you suggest me which data base table I need to add new field. We are using SRM 5.5. So If we enhance anything on backend, will it reflect in Portal side. Or do we need more development for portals?

Your line item CUF fields created in SRM should be already in the input parameter IS_SC_DOCUMENT-ITEM[] (structure BBP_PDS_TRANSFER_ITEM).
Now for the ECC side, I believe you should map you SRM CUF fields to the BAPI's Customer Enhancement Structures (CES).
In the BAdI BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW, the CES is in the output parameter CS_PO1_DOCUMENT-IT_EXTENSIONIN.
In the implementation code, you should provide the ECC BAPI Table Extension name, and map the SRM CUF fields in the CS_PO1_DOCUMENT-IT_EXTENSIONIN parameter.

Help on GOA screen control at line item for only material
Hello All
scenario:-
1. create a GOA
for a material with has alternative UOM ( CAR - ORDER UNIT ; 1 CAR - 34 ea) . So i created GOA FOR MATERILA LINE ITEM.
FOR CAR .
2. I released GOA and distributed GOA for CAR as Oeder Unit UOM.
3. now my buyer go to GOA and change UOM as EA and price I AND CHANGE THE PRICE IN THE SAME LINE ITEM.
4. No PO released against the COntract in the ECC
5. Unfortunately buyer could change this UOM from CAR to EA. now GOA shows as EA in the line item
6. this info taken to ECC via IDOC but this info never updated in ECC contract.
7. my PO release as CAR forever rather than EA since my ECC contract always shows as CAR
i can lock this item i can create a new line item, no issues.
how buyer knows each time ? if the system allows buyer always try to change rather than entering new item. it is not buyer fault. it is srm fault.
Now ican u suggest some code in ui control badi , if the PO not releases system should not allow to change the UOM in the GOA line item for a material.
PS:- once PO released against contract . srm will not allow to change the UOM . that is fine.
SAP has to correct this problem and release the note.

why SRM allows to change the UOM by the buyer after release the GOA for the same line item
if srm allows to do edit, SAP SRM and ECC has to update the same UOM in the existing purchasing contract. IDOCs carry all new uom but why not updated in ECC purchasing contract.

This error due to that you are inserting duplicate records into DSO Key fields.
Check your record in PSA and remove duplicate reocrds from PSA and try to run transformation again or you need to change primary key of your DSO to fit PSA data.

Enhancement - Accounting Document from Billing Document - change line items
Hi Experts,
Our client has a requirement to display all line items(as shown in Billing document) along with the tax line in the Accounting document. I can explain it as below:
In VF01 transaction code: enter the delivery number.
Press enter to see the number of line items that will be populated in the Billing document.
Click on save.
Here in the Accounting Doc you'll find only 2 line items, one line item is the consolidation of WRBTR and quatity of all the line items in the Billing Document and the other line item is the tax.
We are required to replace the consolidated line item in the Account Doc with all the actual lines as populated in the Billing Document.
For this we tried various methods:
Searched for a BAPI - couldnt find any which will help in modifying the line items before creation of Account Doc
Checked UserExits - Found one SDVFX008 but it didnt have the table which is sent for population of Accounting doc hence there was no way we could modify any table to get the desired output.
Searched the VF01 Flow in Debugger to check when the Accounting Doc is updated, but it also didnt yield any fruits.
Kindly please guide on a way this can be accomplished. Appreciate the help from you all...Hi
I think that your requirement is related with summarization of items in the FI doc for the billing document. Please, see SAP Note 36353 - AC interface: Summarizing FI documents. See also Note 301077 - User exits for the interface to accounting.

Discount not required for a particular line item in PO
Hi All,
There is one requirement wherein PO contains 500 line items, in which discount should not be applicable to a particular line item , whereas all the other line items should consist of discount.
Making a separate PO for that particular line item(Having no discount) is not agreeable.
If we put the discount condition type at header level, it'll be applicable to all line items. But requirement is that, discount should not be applicable for particular line items.
Putting discount condition type to all the line items (Item Level) except a few, is also not agreeable, as it is a manual entry of 490 line items & its not recommended.
Please suggest asap.

As you said there are 500 line items in you document and for 1 line item you don't want to give discount and also don't want to creat another seprate document
You have to create seprate document for that one item as in once document you can have MAXIMUM 499 line items
This is because for every line item there will be 1 Debit and 1 Credit entry in FI, but in 1 FI document you can have only 999 line items so in your document you can have maximum 499 items
Second option is that, in M/06, in Changes Can Be Made Area, select tick on DELETE, and when you creating document, delet the condition for that Item

Dear All,
I want to change the amount in vendor line item which get posted through MIRO.System generated 2 line item in case of payment terms of retention is used.
Requirement is that, in one line item of vendor, amount should get changed based on the logic and adjust the amount in other line item of vendor.
Request to please let me know, Where in Exit/ Badi or enhancement spot, we can write our coding, so that it should update the amount with new value at the time of posting the document.

Line item Delivery block is greyed out
Dear All
I want to restrict the transfer of Requirements for those Sales orders line items which needs Sales Order BOM for Make to Order scenario. So that Requirement does not get transferred with Standard Production BOM until the Sales Order BOM is created. For that I want to put a delivery block at line item which will restrict transfer of Requirement. However Delivery block field is grey in Main Screen of Sales order in shipping tab.
Can the delivery block be always put in Header or at Schedule line level and Not at line item level.

Neeraj SrivastavaPutting a delivery block will not stop the transfer of requirements. You have to give a reason for rejection to stop the transfer of requirements. Once you want the requirements to be passed the reason for rejection may be removed.
Delivery block can be given at header level and schedule line level. If the delivery block field is greyed then you need to check whether the used ID has got necessary authorization to release the block. Only if authorization is available the delivery block field will be in change mode.

Automatic Business Area Derivation Rule for Vendor Line Item in MIRO

We trying to use Business Area concept for our client.
I have completed all configuration setting for the business are derivation like
1. Creation of Business Area
2. Assign Business area to Plant / Division (OMJ7)
3. Business area determination from sales area (TVTA)
4. Business Area by Sales Area
5. Checked Field Status Group for Customer and Vendor Reconciliation Account
It is working for for compelete sales process and in Procurement cylce it is picking business for MIGO transaction both the line items.
But
In MIRO (Purchase invoice posting) it is automatically taking Business area to the GR/IR line item and it not taking Business area for the vendor line item (automatically)
I comes know that there is a business area derivation rule for this to happen automatically.
Can you please propose the soulution for the automatic derivation of business in MIRO for vendor line item.

I do mot think there is a BA derivation rule for MIRO.
The best you can do is:
1. Use a user exit or enhancement point for deriving the BA from the GR/IR line and populate that in the vendor line
or
2. You make BA as a mandatory field in the field status group for the vendor reconciliation account. This will then force the user update the BA. We use this option. This is so because at times, the vendor item may need a different business area than the GR/IR line.

Customer statement line item sorting
Hello SAP Gurus,
We use a customer statement which has SAP delivered program and 'z'type form, but our requirement is to sort the line items inside the statement.
I tried using o7s6 - Line item Corresponding sort variant (SPRO>F/A>F/A Global Settings-->Correspondence)in that how would I create a sorting variant that will sort line items based on due date.
And also I believe some configuration need to be done in variant for program i.e., SE38--> give the program name and execute (F8) --> in side this there are options to sorting by due date but I was not able to achieve what I want.
Can anyone please help me with this.

Editing Line Items
You can edit line items for a payment or an exception list at a second list level. You can use the following functions to help you edit line items:
Sort
Search
Change line layout
To edit line items of a payment, double-click the desired payment line.
The system then displays the open items of this payment on another screen.
Sorting Line Items
To sort open items, choose Edit ® Sort. This brings up an additional window where you can sort the line items according to four criteria and define a sequence (see "Sorting Payments" in Editing Payments).
Searching for Line Items
To search for particular open items, choose Edit ® Find. Select a search criterion and enter the desired values or value ranges (see "Searching for Payments" in Editing Payments).
Changing the Line Layout
To change the line layout, choose Settings ® Line Layout, and select the required line layout variant. There are four variants delivered with the standard system.
The standard setting for the sort, find, change line layout, and display totals functions depends on your system configuration. You can change it in Customizing. -

I have done the GR for 2 times, against the same PO which includes Freight Charges also. When i try to post the invoice thro' MIRO, I am getting 3 line items. 2 for the Materials & only 1 line item for the Freight charges which includes charges for both GRs. But my requirement is i want diff line items for Freight as well. How can i get this ? I have ticked GR based IV in PO.
