IOS 7.0.4 iPhone4s Bluetooth and WiFi "Off" but Bluetooth spinning

As title mentions, I have an iPhone 4S, running iOS 7.0.4 (the latest as of this writing).
After a holiday trip to Mass., my bluetooth and wifi won't turn back on. The settings screen shows Airplane mode Off (switch), WiFi Off (word), Bluetooth Off (word).
When I tap on Bluetooth, instead of seeing the switch, I have a spinner. It says "location accuracy and nearby services are improved when Bluetooth is turned on." and nothing else on the screen...
Soft reset, hard reset, reset network settings, backup and restore, so far none of these processes have helped. Neither has reactivating airplane mode, using the pop-up control center (it will light up the bluetooth B and say "bluetooth: on", but when I visually check on settings, it still says "off" and has the spinner instead of switch). I've even tried things like rebooting the phone with airplane mode on to see if that would help.
Due to bluetooth being down, the WiFi switch on it's second screen under settings is disabled and will not activate, even though the pop-up control panel will report the activation of WiFi as well just like it does bluetooth...
About phone will give me a hex bluetooth address, but wifi address is "N/A". The one time I found the diagnostics logs, I found a bunch of "bluetooth crashed" messages, cannot find them as of this writing again...
Not sure if this has any influence or not, but while I was in MA, at my mom's house who has a very old router, I used my iPad mini to do a Facetime call, and during said call my phone was "ringing" like it wanted to take the call, but I ignored it. WiFi seemed functional at my mom's house, my nephew had no problem playing angry birds before I left, but I didn't do anything else but imessage my wife and make a phone call at the airport until I landed in St. Louis, where I found the bluetooth non-functional. iPad is, as of this writing, still fully functional.

I have experienced the same problem and tackled the solutions in very much the same way but to no avail. Can anyone help as this is very annoying.

How do you disable Bluetooth and wifi without physically removing the components?

To disable Bluetooth: Open System Preferences, click on Bluetooth. You can then turn it off.
To disable AirPort (WiFi): Go to the AirPort menu and turn the AirPort card off.

Hae you tried to do a hard reset of your phone? This will not lose any data. Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone turns off ignoring any slide to power off messages. Then power the phone back on.

Ideapad Yoga 13 bluetooth and wifi issue

My IdeaPad Yoga 13 has a problem with playing music via bluetooth A2DP profile. Audio plays well and without hiccups when I'm not downloading anything from the internet with high speeds but if I download something music playback starts to crackle and break. That is very annoying and I'm wondering why high wifi bandwidth would cause this kind of problem for bluetooth. If I've understood right, bluetooth and wifi modules reside on the same wireless card on Yoga but still, shouldn't they be separate in a way that they wouldn't be able to affect each other's performance? I'm using Nokia MD-310 Wireless Receiver with my Yoga.
My second problem is about the same wireless card, too. My wifi works otherwise well and I haven't had any speed problems with it (unlike many others on this forum) but after a few weeks of using my Yoga it started to have problems with reconnecting to my wifi after waking up from sleep. It doesn't find any wifis unless I run the wireless troubleshoot which resets the wireless card.
I've tried reinstalling the driver and setting windows 8 power management settings to maximum performance but nothing seems to solve these two problems.
Does anyone have solution for these?

I forgot to mention I used a fresh pair of batteries for the mouse (rules out simple solutions).

Chances are you mis-typed a character in the Wifi password and the devices saved that information. Now whenever you try to connect the device refers to the wrong password and the Jetpack does not accept your connection. Tell your devices to forget the wireless connection and start over.
Once you enter the proper WiFi credentials the Jetpack will allow you to connect.

Droid Maxx Issue: Bluetooth and Wifi will not switch on.

Have tried two hard resets but to no avail. KitKat update installed and phone is not rooted.

Thanks for trying the resets already, shivatrance. That usually does the trick when all else fails! What happens when you go into Settings and try to turn on Bluetooth or WiFi from there? Any error message? Do you have any applications installed that help to control your settings that may have auto-installed after the reset?

Bluetooth and WiFi Taken Out...

Is it possible to purchase an AppleTV unit with over the air communications taken out?
I need to hook up four speakers (room corners) and a non networked PC. Media will be loaded via cd/dvd on PC.
Any thoughts? Or even ideas about a competitor's product that can do this?

Apple TV doesn't have Bluetooth. If you don't want to use WiFi, just connect via Ethernet.
If there's no network, you will probably require a crossover cable to connect the Apple TV and PC.
Sound output from the Apple TV will as far as I know need to be routed to an amplifier before it gets to the speakers.
If that doesn't answer your question, you'll need to elaborate.

Flex 14, Bluetooth and Wifi Issues

I bought a Flex 14 from the Lenovo store website a month ago, and I seem to be having problems with my wireless adapter. I can't remember if it is because of the update to 8.1 since I updated my laptop to 8.1 on the day that I received my laptop. No matter how far away I am to the router, my wifi would disconnect. It would disconnect for around 30-60 seconds and happens very often, which is kind of annoying. Other laptops in my house don't experience this kind of issue, so it can't be my wireless router or internet service provider. Bluetooth seems to have issues as well. I bought a bluetooth mouse for my laptop around 2 weeks ago and it disconnects just like my wifi. I've tested the mouse with my phone for a full hour and I did not encounter any problems, so I concluded that it must be my wireless adapter that has a problem.
I've tried updating all the drivers from Lenovo support page, but that didn't fix it. So, I tried getting the drivers from Intel, since my adapter is the Intel Wireless-N 7260. That also did not work.
Any ideas? I would really appreciate any sort of help right now.

I bought Lenovo Flex 14 last month and from day 1 it is showing issues with its wifi. It gets disconnected from my network automatically and sometimes it does not detect even a single network. While at the same time my other devices connected to the same network functions well.
I called customer support and they tried to fix the problem by changing performance and roaming related solutions as has also been pointed out in the earlier replies. Even in spite of all these efforts nothing has worked till date. I either have to restart or have to put my laptop in airplane mode for few seconds and than try to connect (A trick which works for me at times !! )
Is there any solution which anyone can suggest ? Is this a hardware problem or a software problem ? Please help !!

Buon giorno, ho un IP 4S è ho fatto regolare aggiornamento a IOS 7.0.3, ho il Bluetooth che ricerca continuamente un contatto e non è disattivabile, e il WIFI che non si può attivare (rimane in grigetto per capirci).
Contestualmente a tutto ciò la mia batteria si scarica in pochissime ore, anche senza utilizzare l'apparecchio.
Ho fatto ogni tipo di ripristino ma niente da fare, il IPH4s è diventato un PROBLEMA !!!!!
cosa devo fare secondo voi ? avete qualche soluzione o trucchetto per porre rimedio a questo problema ?

I have an iPod touch and for some reason the wifi and Bluetooth has stopped working, I have done a full restore and reset the network setting but to no avail. For reference my iPad and iPhones are working perfectly, the software is up to date. Any body found a solution to this?
