Hi Friends,
i have a requirement for MIS report for Human Resource Analysis Report which have to display Head Counts Vs Cost for the employees at Employee Subrgroup and Grade wise....
Kindly suggest me how can go ahead with this...
for the example.... i am posting the format how the report will look like

Changing font size in reports refer program DD_STYLE_TABLE.
use NO STANDARD PAGE HEADING to hide description of program.

Help Regarding the Reports in BI

Hi Everyone ,
I have a question from BI Answers.
So in 11g we can find all the recently viewed reports in the Most Recently viewed tabs in Home page ri8.
We have a report with a Report Prompt on date and also we have this same Report on the dashboard .This Dashboard also contains a Dashboard prompt on date .
We have a requirement .
When the user opens the report from recently viewed tab .He need to get the date from the particular Report date prompt But When the user tries to open the report from Dashboard ,the dashboard date should pass to the report and the date which is in the report should be negated .
Ex: Dashboard prompt has a date with june 13th and report has a date with may31. when the user tries to open the report from Recently viewed tab he need to see the data with MAY 31 and when he tries to open the same report from the dashboard then the JUNE 13th should pass to the Report and the report date MAY 31 should be negated .
IS this possible with creating the repository variables and session variables for the dates .
Any help is very Appreciated

Hi Sunny
You can acheive something like your requirement by using a presentation variable and its default value.
In your dashboard prompt, have it set a presentation variable called, say, v_date
In your report put a filter on the date column and set it to "is equal to / is in". Click "Add More Options" and choose "Presentation Variable". In variable expr put: v_date and in the default type your report date in the correct format.

2) Enter you DataSource name in OLTPSOURCE filed -->Execute

I need help regarding my microphone and playback for a VHF app just bought

I have purchased the Royal Yachting Association VHF SRC App for my iMac and downloaded it.
The programme asks me to test that my microphone is working and the playback is working.
I have been to System Preferences and can record my voice to get text onto Word by pressing fn fn - so I know the mike is OK
I have no idea whether the App does record my voice because when I press Playback nothing happens.
My iTunes is working perfectly so I can listen to music and watch videos.
Please help tell me what to do?

This problem might be because of:
1. Wrong settings for kernel parameters
2. Wrong environment variables
3. Wrong access privileges to oracle database files and folders
4. Improper shutting down or startup of database
Please provide more information so that we can have some clues. As well, let us know which platform are you running the database on.

Please help regarding a PL/SQL Code for padding of digits

I have a table named as EWT_POL_AGT_REL. There is column named PDT_AGENT_NBR present in this table. The data type of this column is
VARCHAR2(8 byte). There are some records in with pdt_agent_nbr having 8 spaces and some starting with zero such as “08400”. So I want
to do following things 1.)left-append a '0' in front of the existing 5 digit PDT_AGENT_NBR and make it to 8 digits 2) if the existing PDT_AGENT_NBR is already 8 digits, do nothing 3.) if it contains leading spaces then replace them by zero.

I am not familiar with crystal report. But using queries (that already answered) you can create crystal report.
You can also refer how to guide for creating crystal report in sap b1.

Issue in Adding Custom Status Defnition for a resource object

Hi,
We have installed OIM and patch it to 9.102. We have created one custom resource object (flat file connector) for reconciliation. As part of requirement we need to define three status for this resource object - Enabled, Suspended and Disabled. As Enabled and Disabled status are available OOTB, i have added 'Suspended' status under the Status Definition in resource object. Now the issue is that if we are passing reconcile user status to either Enabled or Disabled, the status is changing fine on Linked user resource object. But if the status passed as 'Suspended' the resource account status of linked user (OIM) is not changed.
We have mapped the resource side Status attribute to OIM_OBJECT_STATUS under process definition. I also made the entry 'Suspended' in 'Lookup.Object Object Status' lookup to see if any help, but no luck.
The 'Suspended' status is successfully added in OST table against the object key and on manually updating the status key against the resource object it is reflecting 'Suspended' status through admin console. User-->Resource Profile
Does anyone have any clue if the requirement is correct (adding a custom object status) and so, where i am going wrong. Thanks in advance.

A quick doubt..If i have written down a process task and calling this on completion of 'Reconciliation Update Received' and in this process task , a adapter is attached which is updating the resource account status (ost_status) on the basis of some custom attributes. This task is working fine and updating the status. But the issue is that once this task is complete, the mapping in Process definition (loginDisabled <MetaDirectory> --> OIM_OBJECT_STATUS) overrides the status.
Per my understanding the flow is going like this-->
1. Reconciliation run
2. Event Linked
3. Reconciliation Update Received
4. Call The custom Task --> Update the OST Status
5. Update the OST Status per the mapping OIM_OBJECT_STATUS.
Is there any way we can implement that the status update in (5) occurs before (4) so that my custom task status can override the (5) as per my business requirement.

Management Portal unavailable - "cannot load management data for this resource type"

Noticing that with the exception of virtual machines, every resource type in the (non preview) Azure Management Portal is showing a sad pink icon and the help text "cannot load management data for this resource type."
So that's a near total portal outage for us. Anybody else experiencing this?
I've attempted to open a ticket with developer support but I'm not sure if that's the right channel.

Regarding Alv report for Production Cost

Hi All,
I have to create one report using alv,in my selection screen i have fields Company code(BUKRS) , Financial Year (RYEAR) , and period (RPMAX).
I am using the tables GLT0,SKAT.
I need to display in out put Account Number(GLT0-RACCT),Short description(SKAT-TXT50) and actual value and planned values.
These actual and planned values are stored in table GLT0 with record type (RRCTY,0-for actual and 1- planned) and some 16 fields are there like HSL01 to HSL16.
My doubt is how we get these values dynamically from table based on period value in selection screen.
