Required patches not showing in SCCM report, its all ways showing need 0 patches.

Hi,
Can any only please help me on this issue.
We have a critical server and it is added in SCCM phase for server patching.
But now the issue is, In SCCM maintenace window report, its always showing need 0 patches and its no required patches displayed.
No issue with WMI also, logs shows scan process completed successfully.
If it is the issue with WSUS client agent, can any only please provide me the steps to rebuild WSUS client agent or please suggest me the solution for to fix this issue.

in addition to checking windowsudpate.log (usually found at c:\windows), you should also check the ConfigMgr client logs (usually found at c:\windows\ccm\logs, or, c:\windows\system32\ccm\logs)

CVI Execution Profiler not showing (need registry cleanup method)

I have installed CVI 2010SP1 / CVI 2012SP1 and Execution Profiler Toolkit and even though I call the function CVIProfSetCurrentThreadProfiling(1)/set profiling in build options, at the end of the program run, the Profiler does not show up. I tried to uninstall and reinstall all CVI+Runtime (except device drivers which are mandatory to be kept the same), but this did not solve it. Please tell me which registry setting or registry cleanup tool I have to use. Thank you.

I think I might have more suggestions for you. Did you try to open the profiler from Start > Programs > ... etc? Did you try to redirect the profiler output to a file?
If none of these suggestions work, your machine may be corrupted. The issue might not lie in the registry, but in a system dll or other component. We might be able to suggest a few registry keys that might hold invalid data, but that is going to take some investigation and might not yield the expected results.
In the end, you might have to format your drive and reinstall Windows...

Buttons Not Showing - Need Help

I recently upgrade to the latest version of itunes. Now many of the buttons do not have any words on them. Namely when I try to sync a device all the varios option buttons show however they are blank, not lables, thus I dont know which ones to push. Any help you could provide on how to fix would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

try if *removing iTunes completely* (click here and follow the instructions), then reinstalling it using the standalone installer helps.

Ive updated my iphone 4 to ios5 and the music will not play atall even though its all on the phone is anyone else having this problem?

Obviously Ive had the same errors originally but the software has updated fine now. But for some reason the music on the phone will not play atall! with or with out headphones. It seems too just be staying at 0.00mins and even if I fast forward it it just stays at the particular mins fast forwarded to. Has anyone else had this problem?

Similar symptom here. I gathered from other threads that by removing all the songs and re-sync them back to iPhone4 would sort the problem! I tried with one album and it seemed to have work fine! So I removed all the songs and transferred them back again! However, I could not launch Music app any more! Click on Music and it just stopped, i.e. could not be launched!!!
However, I noticed that I could still play all the songs through headphone control. But if you play without the headphone plugged in, no sound comes out of the phone speaker!!!!!

I have tabs that are always reloading and at times it either slows things down or I stopped it before in a previous version. How can you stop this constant refreshing? Its not just one site usually its all of them.

After the last upgrade the tabs will begin refreshing at times it slows my movements the page freezes til it catches up. Or if flashplayer is running it will crash. One of the previous versions had this problem but there was an area to go to, to disable it. Ive tried about:config but it still refreshes. Im using Wimdows 7

Calendars not showing, need to keep switching views to see changes

When I open iCal the 'Calendars' panel is blank, and no events appear at all. If i select a different view (eg. 'day') the the events mysteriously appear, but the calendar panel remains blank.
When I double click to create a new event, nothing appears in the calendar, until i switch views again, and then if I try to delete an event, it stays visible until - you guessed it - I change views.
All this makes it very hard to edit and create new events...

Me too. The Calendar list on the left shows no calendars. I cannot create new calendar. When I try to import data from Entourage, nothing happens even though I see a progress bar.
I had seen my calendars before. I had imported events from Entourage, but they were duplicated. I tried to delete the events, but may have deleted the calendar.

Where's a smart person when you need one? My iphoto just will not open for no reason at all(I REALLY NEED HELP)

I have not done anything strange like changing something in my computer or IPhoto. One day it just decided not to open. I dont have my photos backed up from IPhoto and I really need the photos on there and Iphoto itself to graduate in two weeks.
I will click on Iphoto and it'll jump twice, open but it will be totally blank white and immediately have the spinning rainbow wheel and it never loads. I'll then put my mouse over the icona nd it'll say "IPhoto not responding" and everytime I have to force quit. I really dont understand what happened.
I have googled for days variations of "My Iphoto will not open" and none of what people are saying helps at all because all of them have done something to mess up their apps. I really really need help, please, its got to be something so simple because I didnt change anything on my computer.

Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'

My ipod says i have no music on it, but when i plug it into itunes, and look under music on my ipod, its all there. NEED HELP ASAP!!!!! all the music came from a computer which i no longer have, so my ipod is the only place where that music is.

However, when I plug my ipod into itunes and click on the music tab under my ipod name, all of my music is there. What happened and how do i get that music back on my ipod? I need help asap.

You had a glitch and the music files got corrupted. I know of no way to uncorrupt them.
You can try using a computer app like iFunbox

to see if yo can get them from the iPod in a usable file.
Otherwise you will have to re import them to your computer and sync

There is a requirement do not show the null (#) values at report level for characterstics fro example for onedocument there is no notification type in report for that document it is coming with null value but i do not want that null value in report it should be blank
any suggestions please,mostly provide the information at report level,but at cube level any options at the time loading( through start routine)

There is one tcode where u can keep ur symbol defined say blank to show in report when null values occur... i didnt rememeber tcode i will tell you as soon i get it....
but it will effect not only this query but all the queries so it is upto u....
and at cube level u can write a routine to check ...
if this field value is initial .
change it with blank
else
leave it.

MW not showing Internet Expenses pre-upgrade tasks

User logins to MW, Selects project from "Select Role" "Engineer", Select category "Prep for Upgrade" from Process Steps. An assigned task/step for that user does not appear. For this particular user it is Category=Prep for Upgrade, Prod Family=Financials and Procurement Task=Internet Expenses Step = Import expense reports into AP. All other steps for this user are appearing fine. Tried unassigning and reassigning, but still does not worked. Assigned task to an additional user and different user can not see it either.

Customer doesn't have the have intercompany data in OIE but they want to know why this is not showing, since they think if there is this problem other steps can be affected as well (required steps not showing) and the tool will not be trusted. I am trying to understand why this step is not showing, maybe it is a bug, or something.

SCCM Report

Hi,
I am new to SCCM reports and all I want to find is the MAC address, System Name and System Serial Number. I need to do this by either collection or IP subnet but cannot seem to get the code correct. I have the following so far:

New hard drive not showing on MacBook Start Up or Disk Utilities

Hi there,
I have read a lot of forum information in the last hour and I am not sure what direction to take.
I have a 2007 MacBook and my hardrive died so I have had a brand new Hitachi 5400rpm 1TB installed.
i am unable to format it as it is not appearing in Disc Utilities,
I am unable to select it as a start up disc as it is not showing (needs to be formated first?)
My external is not working when I try to backup from it.
Will I need another MAC as some forums suggest to format the new HD?

SCCM 2012 R2 not show Threat item in Malware Detected Report.

I had no "Malware detected" items fount.
There are no report abount virus that Endpoint Protection client finds.

Trying to deploy MS14-051/KB 2976627, SCCM reporting 'Update is not required'?

hey all,
i'm trying to deploy MS14-051/KB 2976627 as part of our August Windows updates, and i've noticed that over 90% of our computers have not installed the update yet, SCCM report shows 'Update is not required'.
if i dig through the links in the report to any computers that are affected, i get a blank page with no details where there should be a description/reason outlining why the update is not required.
from what i've read, there aren't any other updates required for this to be installed, and it's a critical update so i'm confused as to why it isn't installing. we're running IE 9 on Windows 7 x64 for most of our computers.
i reviewed the other August updates that are part of this deployment, and they appear to be installing fine.
any help is greatly appreciated!
