Required Solution to this error.

In our application we are encountering this error.
The application is residing in HTTPS (secure layer).
Application was developed in Java.
Database is Oracle.
Servers are running in UNIX environment.
Problem is uploading of .pdf files is working fine and
while downloading that file we are getting this problem on
our Internet Explorer 6.0.2SP2
"Internet Explorer was not able to Open this site. The request site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later"
If we set browser IE internet options to "Restore defaults" it is working fine.
How to handle this through code. Can anyone tell the solution or tell the root cause why this exception is occurring.

There are three steps so make sure you follow all of them. They are:
remove iTunes and everthing related to it
verify everything is really removed
reinstall iTunes.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

What is a possible solution on this error?

I can't find any information on this error that I have been getting for both Facebook and MySpace. The error is as follows: "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. Please contact your service provider for additional information or to upgrade your current service plan". Now, I have T-Mobile and have called them when it first happened and I have the BB plan that would allow me to do this according to the CSR at my cell phone provider. What else could be wrong? I couldn't get any help from them in regards to this problem stating that they don't provide help with third-party apps. Thanks!

We just ran into the same problem. We upgraded from a Motorola Cliq (Android) to a Blackberry Bold. Facebook worked fine on the Cliq, but would get that message on the Bold. We called t-mobile, and they had to switch the line to a blackberry data plan. Apparently, the Android phones use just a regular dataplan. Once they made that change and we got the SMS message, we rebooted the Bold and now facebook works!

oracle.oc4j.admin.internal.DeployerException: Unknown assembly root-tag attribute: xmlns 10.1.2 is J2EE 1.3 compatible and therefore does not support the use of XSD in deployment descriptors.
I would guess this is the cause of the problem you are seeing -- you need to use the DTD approach in deployment descriptors when deploying to 10.1.2.
If you need J2EE 1.4 support then use 10.1.3.

I still can't find a solution to this error- I've tried almost everything

The instruction at "0x1004ed2b" referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The memory could not be "read".
This is what I get and iTunes closes after approx. 6 seconds upon opening every single time. This has been going on, but not as bad. I can't do a single thing in it because I have no time (6 seconds).
- I've downloaded the newest version.
- I've uninstalled QuickTime and installed it alone.
- I've removed QuickTime by Add/Remove Programs and
repaired iTunes.
- I've went into check for third-party plug-ins. Empty
Still the error is shown and iTunes closes in about 6 sec.
Someone, pleeeaaaaassse give me something that can work. I own so much music through iTunes and I have an iPod, but I'm honestly considering doing business with someone that doesn't have to deal with this. It is a pain in the neck.

Look in your iTunes folder. Find a subfolder called "Previous iTunes Libraries". When you originally loaded the iTunes 7 software, it should have saved your then current iTunes control files (Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml) as of that date and changed their names by adding the save date as part of the name. Rename them back to their original form (without the date) and copy them back to the iTunes folder replacing the newer files with your backup files. ITunes should now start normally. It worked for me.

Per my understanding, first you should
delete the record from the Foreign Table and then after you have to delete the record from the Primary Key table

I know this is a bit late but I came accross this thread trying to resolve this same problem and came up with a solution that worked for me, so thought I would share it here too. I hope it helps someone else.
I just resolved this on Win Vista (should apply equally for Win7 too). Please uninstall iTunes before proceeding though. I'll walk you through the process I followed, if you like you can jump straight to the Solution section.
Problems:
The initial error during the installation of iTunes was:
An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT,version="8.0.50727.4053",type="win32",publicKeyToken='1fc8b 3b9a1e18e3b",processorarchitecture="x86". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT:0x8007054F
The error (after installing iTunes) when trying to run iTunes was:
Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again. Error 2 (Windows error 2).
After trying various fixes around the forums I came across this MSKB article, which relates to the first installation error:

This lead me to trying to install MS Visual C++ but I received the following error trying to install that:

Note: Please backup your registry first (see the above MSKB article for instructions).
I opened the registry and (as instructed in the MSKB article) deleted the following keys:

NextQueueEntryIndex
AdvancedInstallersNeedResolving
Reboot and reinstall iTunes.

First of all, if the asset is incomplete, this has to be corrected. Use transaction AUVA to analyze the asset.
Please note that if the cost center field in the account assignment is optional and it is suppressed in G/L account field the error message ME045 is displayed. This is because the systems checks if the fields are required by both and decision is made based on the requirement and if data is present. Therefore if one is optional and the other is suppressed the message ME045 will be displayed. Therefore, maintain the GL account cost center field as optional.

Trying to upgrade to FireFox 4 and getting this error: The operation can't be completed because the item "libsoftokn3.dylib" is in use.

I am using a new MacBook Pro. I click on the "Download FireFox 4.0" button. The file(s) download and the dialog appears to drag FireFox icon into the Applications folder.
I get a dialog that says "There is a previous version.. Ok to replace?" I click "Replace".
Then I get a Copy dialog that says: "The operation can’t be completed because the item “libsoftokn3.dylib” is in use."
The software is not updated and I am still on FireFox 3. I tried rebooting and doing it again - I get the same results. I also did a web search and was not able to find a solution to this error.

I had success by:
1- Quit Firefox
2- Go to the Applications folder and drag Firefox to the desktop
3- Install Firefox 5 (it installs successfully at this point)
4- Put old Firefox in the trash
5- Secure empty trash
It may be possible to just drag Firefox directly to the trash and use regular Empty Trash, but I did not try that. Some people on the net reported that they could not empty the trash after putting the old Firefox in the trash (got the same "libsoftokn3.dylib is in use" error), so I just tried Secure Empty Trash, which may be no different from a regular empty trash as far as this goes; not sure as I'm a bit new to the Mac.

3. Enter this command: "wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2872339"
4. Restart your computer.
5. Open a command line as administrator again.
6. Enter this command: "wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2882822"
7. Restart your computer.
And try to log in to your iTunes.
