Hi,
what are the pre requisite condition table records for
J1AU excise condition type for the Indian Excise scenario?
plz help me to configure my Excise condition type.
cond type consists of export and domestic business, and has three basic forms:
Tax fully liable
Tax partial exemption on rec C form.
Tax not applicable.

In my system which is running on ECC 5.0 the Access Sequence JEXC is related to 'IN Excise access'.
It has got
Access No. , Condition table, Description, Requrement tabs as follows.

Default vendor as customs for Import PO Excise conditions

Hi,
How can we make Default vendor for excise conditions in import pos as our users needed to enter every time they enter PO in excise conditions detailed view and change the PO vendor to commissioner of customs
I created condition record in MEK1 as material info record standard type for vendor customs ,material,purchase org and percentage and validity period. But still in PO I getting the PO vendor as default ,what should I do?

As a work around Please refer old purchase order no.While creating new import p.o it will copy all details from old p.o

Authorizations Required for Accessing WAD and setup an Active RFC

I an having problems for accessing WAD. It says 'You are not authorised to run WAD'. Does any one have idea of what authorizations are required to access WAD. I need to do the set up for information Broadcasting.

Hi Sai,
As far as I have seen more than the transactions, the jobs associated with the transactions are used.
Also, the replication is done by the administrator of the system, which means either SAP_ALL or SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR.
I suggest you to run the associated jobs for the 2 transactions BBPGETVD and BBPUPDVD . Following are the jobs associated
BBPGETVD BBP_VENDOR_GET_DATA_JOB
BBPUPDVD BBP_VENDOR_UPDATE_DATA_JOB

Is RFC destination is required for accessing BAPI from java/VB program.

I am not able to understant that all BAPI are Remote enabled ,but no where I observed that RFC destination is required.

I was not able to execute bapi BAPI_MATERIAL_GETLIST but I executed BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL succesfully.
Still I have 2 doubt.
[1]. I called BAPI function module(BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL) from simple java program,But I need to call API method ( GETDETAIL) created for this BAPI not direct BAPI function module.
[2] this is something apart from original topic.
I have tested your java code in java as well as similar in ECC 6.0
But I am not getting any output in JAVA program.
I am getting output in ECC6.0 only when I will take internal table lt_mara[] with header line.
if I will take separate workarea output is not coming. I think this is the problem in JAVA also.

we can very well have requirements for manual conditions also. Like we have standard requirement "2" Item with pricing and this is assigned to PN00 ( Net price ) condition which is a manual condition.

Access sequence requirement for output control

Hi!
I would like to get some inputs on how access requirement for output control works. I created a new requirement for a condition table that has key combination billing type/sales org/country because I need to restrict the output for a paticular customer in one country. I think the requirement works fine such that it is not fulfilled for the customer that I want ot restrict, thus no output is created. However, I noticed that other customers in that sales org/country are affected by the requirement. The output is created (sy-subrc=0) but it is not processed (remains in yellow status). The output should be emailed immediately upon creation (medium 5/timing 4). For other sales org/countries the creation of output and sending of email work as expected.
I hope someone have valuable inputs regarding this.
Note: I created this discussion under ABAP development but it was rejected, for reason: This does not appear to be an ABAP question. So I hope I have selected the correct one with SD.

There is Output determination log available in the output screen (see the menu). It tells everything about how the output was proposed.
If the requirement is not fulfilled, you won't see output created with any color - yellow, red or purple with sparkles. If output has been proposed and has a yellow light it means it has not been processed yet. Output is processed only after the document has been saved, so while creating the document, you'll never see any other color. If after saving the document output is still yellow, it must have a different timing than 'process immediately' and it will be processed according to that setting.
This is a very simple concept, well documented and discussed gazillion of times on SCN. Requirements and conditions are two different things with different purposes. You might want to read a bit more on the output determination.

I have doubt, whether excise invoice is required for finished goods or not. As I am trying to create MIGO doc for PO of finished material, and it is saying, no excise invoice possible for finished material RG1.
Can you advise please.

How to set required for group of condition type in the same condition class

Hello,
we have a group of condition type with the same condition class B, the last one have been set, and all of others will be inactive.
but we don't set any required for all the condition types in pricing control, so if user don't set any of them, the sales order or billing is still saved. that is a risk.How can i fix it? Thanks.

Hello,
incompletion log is not available in invoices.
You have different options:
- activate a validation in FI when the Billing document is released into accounting, so that te release into accounting is not allowed if the invoice amount is zero;
- define a subtotal in the pricing procedure as sum of the pricing conditions of your group, then develop a custom routine to be assigned in the formula "CalType" (field T683S-KOFRM) where an error should be raised if the amount of the subtotal is zero (use as an example formula 48);

Well it is Database Specific.
Howevr there are few 3rd party .jar (Derby) which you can use it for accesing some standard databases.

u can use options condition value, condition based values for this requirement.
1.all Z requirements starts from 9xx onwards ,
2.u need to use Internal tables KOMP in that requirements based on the given conditions.
3. Dont active all , select only new requirement->Edit->Active.
