All versions of PSE 13 that I have seen say it is for Mac OS 8 thru OS 9. Will it work with the new OS 10?
There is no version of PSE that works with OS 8, which would be about 1996 or so. PSE 1 and 2 worked with OS 9.
If you mean OS X 10.8 or 10.9 or 10.10, yes, PSE 13 works. You can download the trial and check it out for yourself. There are problems with PSE 11 and 12 in Yosemite, but 13 should be fine. -
Help required with Photoshop Elements 4.0 this has been installed on my new Toshiba laptop with windows 8.1 for some 18 months and operating well. Now it will not open, message pops up saying “attempt to access invalid address” then “application not responding” Suggestions how to access would be much appreciated. Tks. Stuart
What is the size of your hard disk? PSE 4 is a very old program and I suspect it is not able to access the entire hard disk on your machine. Just a thought here.

In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it. Or turn on Windows 7 and 8 iTunes menus: iTunes- Turning on iTunes menus in Windows 8 and 7.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us. -

I installed the free 32-bit Windows version (as PSE for Windows is 32-bit) plug-in from http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/product/ICOFormat by copying ICOFormat.8bi to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12\Required\Plug-Ins\File Formats and it opens .ico and .cur files fine. The same link also has 64-bit Windows and Mac versions of the plug-in.

Is the EULA for Photoshop Elements 9.0 full version the same as the trial version?

Reading what I assume to be about 14 pages of dense A4 Text through a small windowed box is unnaceptable. How can I agree to something unless I have read it?

The trial is exactly the same as the boxed product.
In fact if you purchase the boxed product from your favorite retailer you can simply enter the serial number from the DVD case into the trial to make it permanent - no further installation required. -
Having installed an upgrade for Photoshop Elements 13, I cannot open the application. I get an error message saying "Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X".
I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but get the same error message.Which version of OS X do you have? It's not clear from your post whether "installed an upgrade" means you just installed PSE 13 as an upgrade or you installed an update to PSE 13, like ACR 9 or 13.1. Please clarify.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version. -

My Adobe trial for Photoshop Elements 10 for the Mac was over and I wanted to buy the application. The screen message was "Your trial has expired...but the fun doesn't have to end! Buy now to continue using Photoshop Elements 10 without having to download or re-install. " and then the button "Buy Now". When I hit the Buy Now button I am put in a field to buy Photoshop Elements 13, with no way to change to Elements 10. I do not want to go through the hassle of reinstalling etc. In fairness, it's been over a month since making the decision to buy. Still, I consider this a nightmare. Any ideas on how to buy the app I've got withou having to purchase a whole new one? Thanks.
If worse comes to worse, will I need to uninstall the trial if I buy a new version? Can I use part of it lime download assistant?Adobe does not sell older versions of their software. If you wish to purchase an older version you will have to find and take your chances with a third party vendor.

Download error for Photoshop Elements 11
I am trying to download Photoshop Elements 11 and keep getting an error that my browser is "out of date/IE4 or earlier" but I currently have Internet Explorer 10 on my computer. Why have I gotten this error about 10 times. I have also downloaded the most current Adobe Reader and Flash Player which has not made a difference.

Invalid serial number for Photoshop Elements 12 trial upgrade.
I originally installed Photoshop Elements 12 as a trial version. Then I purchased the product, received an Order Number and a Serial Number. In the Photoshop Elements "Welcome Screen" that appears on start up, I clicked the "License this product" button and was seemingly logged in to my Adobe ID account and was presented with a serial number form to fill out. After entering the serial number several times correctly, it still gives me an error message saying the serial# is invalid for Photoshop Elements.
