Requisition are not receiving the email communcation............Workflow

Hi Friends,
Here is my query on Workflow,
One of our customer created a purchase order through shopping cart,in the place of the requisitioner details they maintain the user id and we checked the user id in Su01, and i found out the mail id and and user id has been maintained here and the communication method is "Remote Mail".
Our system is configured in such a way that when the requisitioner will create a purchase order one mail should go to the inbox of the requisioner through workflow procedure.
I checked the workflow and it is showing that mail has successfully sent.
Now the user has raise a query that "he is not receiving any email communication whenever he is creating PO through shopping cart".We confirm with the user about the communication mail id and he said that the mail id is correct and the same mail id has been maintained in SAP.
If anybody faced this kind of problem than pls help me on this.

Hi Kumar,
Are you expecting the emails in the Outlook inbox? Is it an external mail id?
Check things below -
1. Are alerts being generated? Check transaction ALRTINBOX to make sure that.
2. Check transactions SOST to see emails are generated for the users.
3. Make sure that in transaction SCOT, the user id is added as supported address types.

    Go to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team...either can help you reset your questions/answers.

  • I just started using Adobe Send but customers are not receiving my emails

    I am using Adobe Send to send pdf files to my customers. I choose my files, enter my customers email address & copy me...hit send.
    However, my customers and myself are not getting my emails...anyone else have this happen? How do I fix? I can't track the emails if my recipients are not receiving them?!

    There are still many accounts who are not getting the emails…what I am doing is copying myself at my msn.com as that account seems to get all of them.
    So then once received, I then forward them from my msn email address. Then they get them.
    I think they get put in spam or blocked because because the from email address says (faked from)
    My bigger question — my links are expiring – this link below doesn’t work anymore???

    Why am I not receiving the email to reset my apple id password?

    Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather  get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..
    Any help from the community would be much apprecated! thanks!

    Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    On WinXP Back, Forward, and Home was last in the Firefox 3.6 versions and disappeared as of Firefox 4.0 - and hasn't been seen since.
    Doesn't the Mac OSX versions of Firefox have Back and Forward in the context menu (right-click), as Windows and Linux versions do?

    The easiest thing to do is to contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Forgotten Apple ID security questions.

    I recently updated my iTunes to the latest version; however, when I go to purchase songs now, it says I need to verify my apple ID.  It tells me to click OK to follow the instructions on how to do so.  When I click OK, it says an email has been sent to my email address associated with my iTunes account that will hold a link that will aid in the creating of my apple ID, but I already have one, and just need to update it.  And to add to this, I have not yet received the email, and it has been a few days now... any help?

    I've been trying to register my email to my BBM so that I can remotely backup the phone.... Now idk what it is..... But for every time I try to do it... It tells me:

    You only have to do it once. I don't know why it would say not registered now, if it was earlier.

  • Not receiving the emails for the reply of my questions

    Hi Experts,
    I am not receiving emails for the threads i have created .
    Lets suppose i have posted any question on OTN but when someone is replying to that question i should get email on my registered account.
    I have checked all my profile setting and they all seems to be correct.

  • Not receiving the email to enable reset of my Sync password. Have tried several times across days. No email.

    I had to change my Sync password a couple of weeks ago for security reasons, but now neither password works. Attempts to reset my password via the email method don't work, because while Sync says it has sent one, I never receive it. According to Sync, the email address associated with the account is still active.

    If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well ?
