In Management Involvement, in the requisition monitor, there is a link for display request. This link is displayed for some requisitions and for a few others these are not displayed. What is the purpose?
How does candidates get shortlisted for it to be displayed in the shortlisted column in the requisition monitor? What activity triggers that

Hello,
There are 3 conditions which must be met for candidate to appear in the shortlist column. The candidacy status must be 'In Process', manager must be assigned as recruiting support team member for the requisition against which the candidacy is assigned and lastly a questionnaire activity assigned to the manager as person responsible must exist.
Through this link the manager can complete the assessment questionnaire activities assigned, track status of candidacies against his/her requisites, check postings etc.

Recruiter dropdown in Requisition Request (E-Recruiting)

Hi Experts,
I'm facing trouble when click dropdown list for recruiter in PDF form for create requisition in e-recruiting module. In Development system the recruiter field is filled automatically and the dropdown is working. But how may the error happen in The Tesing client (QA) after all are transported, only the recruiter field is not working properly, it's not filled automatically and the dropdown button is not work. The other input fields are okay.
I try to debug and found that EREQ_RECRUITER_PERNR varible is has some value of recruiters, so the data collection was fine.
Anybody can help or at lease sharing idea and experience.

Problem when created a requisition in e-recruiting

Hello all,
We are trying to crate a requisition in e-recruiting, but we have some problems:
When the recruiter star search to select a position, the positions under an Org. Unit apperar with the same incumbent, for example: The recrutier search for the Org. Unit "XXXXX" and all the postion under this Org. Unit have the same incumbent. If the recruiter select one of these position, an internal error occurs. When we check the T.CODE SLG1, the message text for the error is: "No candidate could be found for US CIOTTA".
So I have some question:
1.- How to solve the problem (obviously)
2.- In the normal, the incumbent of a position is the person who is sitting in the position?
3.- where the system looks for this information (incumbent) in EREC system or in HR system (we have standalone instalation)
Please I really need some help...

Problem in Create Requisition Request E-recruitment

Hi,
I have configured the standard workflow WS45600028 for the E-recruitment process in HR administration services and able to trigger the workflow successfully when I create requisition in the portal.
But the workflow fails at the first step 'Import the form data' since the method CL_HRASR00_WF_COMPONENTS-->DATAMAPPING)raises an exception when there are no entries in table T5ASRSCENARIOS.
The case configuration is absolutely fine but yet am unable to figure out why any entries aren't created in the table T5ASRSCENARIOS.
How the first entries are created in table T5ASRSCENARIOS? Is it through customising?
Quick response will be highly appreciated.

Job is missing for the Position while creating Requisition in E-recruitment

Hi Gurus,
I have a situation when I create new job requisition on the ESS. When I select the vacant position while creating requisition, the org unit text box is populated automatically but not the Job text box. The is relationship between Position - Org unit and Position - Job is maintained in SAP recruitment system. can anyone help me get the Job Text box also filled just as Org Unit text box.

Unable to access Requisition in e-recruitment

Hi All,
We are having problem while Creating the Requisition from Portal.
After logging in as Recruiter and upon clicking on Create Requisition i am getting the below error.
"You are not authorized to execute this application."
We have assigned the below roles to Recruiter in SAP R/3
1) SAP_RCF_RECRUITER
2) SAP_RCF_REQUISITION_REQUESTER
3) SAP_RCF_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_2
"Recruiter" role has been given in Portal.
Also we have given SAP_ALL authorization to the User.
Let me know if we have missed out anything.

Hi,
from my expirience the "You are not authorized to execute this application." message is also displayed if there are other configuration / setting issues. The most common one is that you did not create a candidate for the recruiter user (e.g. by running report RCF_CREATE_USER).
In any case check the application log (T-Code SLG1) for more information.

When the requisition is created by the recruiter (in the recruiter role) , how does it get approved by the manager. Is there a delivered workflow available

Hi,
When does the job requisition status changes to closed?Does it changes automatically once the person is hired or it should be closed manually?

In standard this has to be maintained manually by the recruiter / recruiting team in charge of the requisition. It highly depends on the customer process if there is a chance of doing some customer development to add some automatical function there.

What are the pre requisites for E-Recruitment module?

EREC - Problem when created a requisition in e-recruiting

Hello,
We are trying to create a requisition (NB) in e-recruiting, but we have some problems:
When we click over the buttom save, the webdynpro not respond...
In debug mode, i can see that the attribute hrobject-objid and hrobject-plvar are initial. Is that correct? do we need to create a range of numbers for the NB object ?

Hi,
the notes are implemented and now the SLG1 is empty.
the save buttom still does not respond.
If I click over buttom Release, it show the window popup with a list of reasons. The list of reasons are customizing in the table but, the list is empty. The SLG1 display this entries:

Requisition Creation -- E-Recruiting

The manager create requisition in management involvment, no. She hit "Save draft" button. Now, where she see this draft requisition. I see it in Requisition Overview, but when I click on the requisition / click details button it display details but no same requisition.
So, how can manager go back to same requisition, and "check and Send".

If you you are using Portal then ideally the save as draft item should be in Universal Work List. Please ask the manager to check the UWL. It should be there.

E-Recruitment - Issue in Requisition Approval, flow to Recruiter

Hi All,
Im using standard WF 45600028 for requisition approval.
The request when created by Manager is going for approval to his supervisor and Supervisor in turn is able to approve the request, but the its not reaching recruiter.
When i verified Requisition monitor of the MSS view, then i see the request in "Draft" mode instead of "Released".
I feel this is the reason why recruiter is unable to see the requisition coming from Workflow.
Can someone help me change the status?

Anyways, my problem is resolved. What i mean on Recruiter's involvement is recieving the approved form so that he can take it up further for posting.
In My case Recruiter's dash board or UWL , nowhere is the data populated. So i was of the opinion that the approved requests are by default saving in draft mode and hence not reaching recruiter.
Finally, i reallized that there is a small refresh link, at the bottom of the dash board. I need to click on the each of the links in the dashboard and "Refresh" from the link at the bottom, then only my approved requests are showing up, that too under "My Application Groups, My Open Requisiotns and All requisitions".
Silly me !! I have wasted so much of my time debugging Workflow and changing all the possible config setting.
But i really wonder why cant the data base be updated when we refresh with F5 instead click on each of the links in dashboard inorder to see what has he got in his box. This seems little weird to me.

Hi, just want to add to this issue might be useful for somebody else.
We had the same issue, it turns out that the person who is raising the requisition has 2 Business partners in the system. We set one business partner to be "not released" and in addition to that we added the NA relation as this is missing with the CP
MfG.

Recruiter & Manager communication based on Requisition (no employee assigned)

Dear All,
Using create requisition request process, a requisition is created after required approvals, then Support Team member can see it under "My draft Requisition" POWL in recruiter's dashboard and further work on it.
My question is:
Recruiter launched the requisition from dashboard's POWL and found that some information is missing / required from request manager. how can he/she request such information from hiring manager?
Is there any activity which we can use based on requisition?

Sorry for writing "No employee assigned", I meant "No candidate assigned" in heading.
As per my information activities are only possible if the candidate is assigned to a requisition.
but my requirement is to communicate with requesting manager only based on requisition (no candidate assigned).
Can we initiate activities only based on requisition?

E Recruiting _does the line manager able to view updated Requisition

I donu2019t have MSS- e Recruiting service at present. Please can you clarify the following? Thanks in advance.
A Line manager submits the requisition on electronic form. The data submitted by the manager updates the Requisition. Then Recruiter added the some more information on the Requisition.
The question is that does the Line Manager able to see the additional information provided by the Recruiter on the Requisition.

This is how it works. In MSS the manager creates the requisiton request and fills certain details. Then it is forwarded to the recruiter. The recruiter then completes and publishes the requisition.
After this point the manager can view applications/candidates assigned to the requisition but not requisitions.
The requisition request is an HCM Processes and Forms frame work and it can be found in the UWL of the manager.
