Reschedule in SA

Hi Expert,
I have several scheduling agreements, each with several delivery schedules. By mistake I had a wrong route determination in time of documents creation.
At this moment all routes are 1 day long, but it should be 3 days.
So there is not a deal to change a route (even straight in the table VBAP), but what about scheduling. How to update scheduling in the fastest way?
Please help me with that issue...Thanks in advance!

I have double checked and after changing the route system is carrying out rescheduling automatically.

Hi ,
You can explore the Planning Detail Report which you can run against your ascp plan. However there are few standard reports available in ascp. I suggest you can explore option of building custom report which will be best suited to your business needs (i.e. using Discoverer or if you are also implementing obiee you can build a custom report based on standard views or noitex views (- for ascp)

Expired Scheduling Agreements still in Credit Check / Rescheduling

Hello everyone,
I am running into an issue with expired Scheduling Agreements on the SD side (VA31,VA32, etc.). There are many Scheduling Agreements that expired on a range of dates from 2005 to 2009, SA's that customers will not send JIT delivery schedules for anymore and are basically just out in the open and unused. The issue is that these Scheduling Agreements are still being taken into account when a credit check is run. Additionally, when our rescheduling jobs run at off-hour times, the system is still attempting to allocate materials to these orders. The main problem with this is that it causes additional processing time for the rescheduling job.
The current business process for these old Scheduling Agreements is to reject all the line items within the applicable SA, and as a result our rescheduling jobs avoid these orders, and they do not show up in VKM4. However, the Valid To date in the SA is clearly in the past and I'm wondering if there is a way to have these closed without having to reject every line item.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For credit check I would recommend:
1) Using your own routine to exclude expired sch agreements in OVA8- Document controlling- 'No credit check' field.
2) rejecting at header level/ using "mass'.
For Rescheduling
1) Using button "Unconfirmed documents required" checked.
2) Creating your own copy of the program SDV03V02 including document number, document type in the selection fields and creating a variant excluding specific, expired Sch Agreements. To reduce processing time, you may also try the 'divide and rule' policy and execute several parallel/serial runs by using ranges of materials, plants, document types. I am sure you might have already tried this.

IDOC to be generated after Rescheduling of a sale order

Clarification : U can create SO in SAP with TC VA01 & can change SO with
TC VA02
In the changed order I am not able to get how to add that custom message in the IDOC segment or
--- Can you tell me how does our system identified a IDOC triggered from a first time created sales order and a changed sales order. Actually we are sending this IDOC to a non sap system in XML format, so we need to some how tell them that this is a changed idoc . as they identify IDOC by order05 name ,So our IDOC should be a able to distinguish itself.
I dont have access to functional consultant, So depending on SDN for tables and fields .

Thanks for the inputs i am trying that way, I guess now i have to write a custome idoc and run it separately . Or any other easy way...actually the functional requirement was to trigger the IDOC when the changed document is saved.

Rescheduling of Unconfirmed Sales Orders

Dear All,
I was trying to reschedule the sales orders whose schedule lines are not confirmed using a report SDV03V02 (V_V2) but that picks up the confirmed open sales orders also in the process of rescheduling.
My issue is I wanted set some indicator where it can pick only unconfirmed sales orders and not all the open sales orders.
This program is been run in Background daily once so I can not put any specific material number also.
Please let me know if there is any alternative method to reschedule only unconfirmed sales order other than going for a Z program with required selection screen.

Hi
V_V2 is a collective rescheduling program as such it will do a reschedule all sales orders except for the ones with the fixed date and qty indicator set. You alternatives are:
1. Take a copy of the V_V2 program and have a programmer change it to suit your requirements
2. Set the fix date and qty flag as default in your ATP config and use transaction MASS to set your existing orders. Then the next time you run V_V2 it will ingore all your confirmed schedule lines. However, this may cause you as much trouble elsewhere than it solves.
3. If the number of sales order is not high you can manually allocate the quantities by using transaction CO06

MRP Reschedules PO ahead of Scheduling Agreement

Hi,
We have a situation where one company code (Company A) buys product from a second (Company B) via an inter-company Scheduling Agreement. The schedule lines are generated automatically from MRP.
Company A now has a need to purchase a one-off quantity of the same product from an external company and so have subsequently raised a Purchase Order with delivery dates in the future (after the next requirement from company B is due).
The result of the MRP run has been to prompt rescheduling of the Purchase Order in to meet immediate requirements and only generate schedule lines from Company B after the full Purchase Order quantity has been used. This is not as required, as the dates on the PO are those that are achievable by the external supplier.
I can't find any settings that relate to a prioritising of MRP elements which would imply that a PO has precedence over a Schedule Line, and I would rather not fix the schedule lines of the Scheduling Agreement.
Has anyone seen this before, or knows what I'm missing.

The requirement goes this way.the sales person creates a scheduling agreement instead of a sale order.The next process is running MRP for the scheduling agreement .
Just he wants to know through a report what are the sceduling agreements peding for MRP run.

Is there any method to stop rescheduling of the PO Need By date from ATP if there is any holiday specified in shipping calender. The requirement is to update the schedule ship date on Sales Order but the lead time of Purchase Order should not increase

We are currently not able to manage schedule ship date proposed by ATP when our warehouse is closed. For example , we would like that ATP doesn't propose any schedule ship date for the first of May , which is a non working day in France. The constraint is that we don't want our purchase need by date to be impacted by the process.
I tried to closed one day in FR1 calendar and, after testing with order management, it appears that ATP didn't propose the closed day, so that's fine, but, our purchase order lead time was increased of 1 day and this is not what we expected.
Can you help us to find the right process.

Error in rescheduling a report programatically

Hi All,
I am trying to reschedule a report to use a new password using a c# program. But when I run the new schedule, the instance always shows "running" status. If I click on the status, I get the message "An error has occurred: The property with ID SI_NAME does not exist in the object" . Please find below the code snippet. Am I missing something?

2. Load their parent reports
3. Reschedule the parent reports

Hi All,
Can someone help me with this please? I am not able to schedule a report using sdk. It does create an instance, but it fails with the error "Information is needed before this report can be processed.". The instance also shows around 15 parameters for a report that has only 5 parameters. Any help is highly appreciated.

Need to run the rescheduling job V_V2 whenever goods are received

Whenever Goods are received into the warehouse then the rescheduler program v_v2 need to be run only for that particular material automatically.

Currently we are running V_v2 as a background job every night for all the materials.
But now we need to run it for a material for which goods are received.
If i run it as background job then it has to be run for a specific set of materials or for all the materials in the plant.
But my need is whenever I receive Goods through MIGO, I need to run V_v2 automatically for the material for which i received goods.

Reschedule strategy plan based on last actual order completion date

Dear all,
Hope you can help me with this one.
We use strategybased maintenance plans. We want to achieve that the next scheduled call date is calculated taking into account the actual completion date of the last (previous) call.
For example :
strategy = 1 maintenance order every 52 weeks.
start of cycle = 01.01.2009
First call created a mainenance order for 01.01.2010
This order did however only get actually completed on 20.02.2010 (so actual completion date of last call = 20.02.2010 ).
Now we want that the next call is rescheduled to 20.02.2011 ( so the last actual date + the 52 weeks from the strategy)
This we can achieve for one maintenance plan at a time by using transaction IP10 and than the funtion "start in cycle' .
However we want to achieve this for a mass selection of maintenance plans in one go.We cannot find a suitable transaction that does do this.
For example IP30 simply keeps rescheduling using the "startdate of the cycle" instead of the "last actual date".
Does anyone have a suggestion how we can solve this?

Please follow as suggsted by BroermanG . In Addition to that please ensure that the positive & Negative Tolarance is maintained as zero value in the Scheduling Paramters of the Plan.
Then the system will take care of your requirements. You need not use IP10 and reschedule to get the desired schedule.
You can run the IP30 normally.

How do i reschedule a time Apple phoned me I said wanted to reschedule then they emailed with now way of telling them the time I want to be called at.

I have been trying to get some help with my computer. My home phones are a long way from where my computer is so I have to lift it around the house to where a phone is.I have a mobile but I do not know if apple will call me on this. I asked on line for help. Apple called but I pressed the button to reschedule as I have to move my computer. They said apple would email me and I could decide a time for them to call me.The email came with no info when I go to review it online it gives me no info no box or choice of times to reschedule a call what should i do ????????

Gaps Between Orders while Rescheduling in DS Board

After rescheduling is carried out on DS board , I observe that there are gaps between orders on the resource and the sequence of orders have been changed.I am planning in forward direction and the scheduling mode used is insert operation.
I need help in understanding the presence of gaps and why does rescheduling change sequence of orders.

By using "Interrupt" functionality in DS board, the partially confirmed operations can be rescheduled, but when you double click on this operation, you will see the checkbox "Part.Conf." is removed.
Now customer want to see this flag stays to be set, so as to configure the color for this partial confirmed operation, and meanwhile to enable the rescheduling functionality.
Is it possible? Any enhancement we have to do for this requirement?

Question about Rescheduling Start Date of a Task
I'm trying to determine whether the 'Reschedule' action is appropriate to my situation...
I have a service that consists of 4 tasks. The first 3 tasks will be completed immediately and then the request's 4th task will sit in a queue for about a month so that all of these requests can be grouped together and fulfilled during a few overnight work sessions.
While the 4th task is waiting to be fulfilled, the technician will be contacting the requestor to schedule the work to be done sometime during a 3 day window. The technician needs to specify which of the 3 days each request will be worked on. I'm not sure if I should store the date in a service form field or have the technician reschedule the task so that the start date of the task is set to one of the 3 days. If I use the reschedule feature, are there any downsides?
The advantage of using the reschedule feature is that the scheduled start date can be displayed in ServiceManager's task list and can therefore be sorted on and queried. This wouldn't be possible if I stored the date in a dictionary field on the service form. In that case, I'd have to use custom reports to group the tasks by start date.
Please let me know your thoughts...

This strikes me as a very good use of this feature, since your need to to have the date for this task rescheduled/reflected in ServiceManager. This is the specific effect of using this feature.
For the benefit of others reading this post, remember: this rescheduled date will not change the due date for the service.

Reschedule Excel Format Report - An error has occurred: $Proxy5

It seems on the RESCHEDULE function, that if the report was published in the format CRYSTAL REPORTS, you can click the parameters and change them. However, if it is formatted in EXCEL (97-2003 Data Only) and you click the parameters on a reschedule, you get the error: "An error has occurred: $Proxy5" or "An error has occurred: $Proxy4".

Create a new schedule instead.
You can pre set all the parameters in the CMC default settings of the document. so it should be really quick

Rescheduling of order based on operation confirmation dates

Hi All,
Our production process to complete a product has got long lead times.
In production order, for example, there are four operations OP10, OP20, OP30 and OP40.
During production order creation, system will perform lead time scheduling based on standard value time mentioned in the routing for every operation. Due to long lead times and production delay, there will be delay in actual execution of these operations with scheduled dates. After confirming OP10 with actual execution dates in CO11n, if we go to production order and click on scheduling button, then system reschedules remaining operations dates in the production order based on actual execution times entered for OP10.
Our requirement is by using Enhancements/BADI/IDOCs is it possible to automatically reschedule the order after confirmation of OP10 in order to reflect nearest actual production execution dates.
Please suggest your valuable findings.

For calibration orders .. once usage decision is selected as OK , we can trigger follow up actions via which u can do TECO of Calibration orders , for this u have to do settings in QS41 for Catalogue 3- Usage decision , QS51 - For a catalogue 3, Plant , Selected set as * , here for a selected set , u can define for a combination of code group and code u can give valuation code & follow up action .. , this follow up action is defined via SPRO -->QM -->Quality Inspection -->Inspection Lot completion -->Define Follow up actions -->Here u can define Follow up actions and use FM QFOA_ORDER_TECHNICAL_COMPLETE :- Follow-Up Action: Technically Complete PM Order ,Select After posting & sync update tick mark.
2. For other orders , In IW42 - U have the option for TECO but need to do manually , but for automatic case i believe u have to use User exit :- CONFPM05 PM/SM order conf.: Cust. specific enhancements when saving , you have to use a suitable FM , which
