Rescue email not valid

Hello all,
Sorry if this has been asked already.
When I answer my security questions I'm getting a notification saying they're wrong. It's telling me to use my rescue email to reset my security information, however my rescue email is not valid anymore and has been deleted. So, obviously I can't use it or change it, and I can't call Apple directly because I'm living abroad right now and the country I'm in isn't listed in the "Contacting Apple" list. Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security
Is there any way to get around this?

You have the same country on your iTunes account as you are currently in (you have to be in a country to use its store) ? If you do then try contacting support via this form and explain : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

i bought a new iPhone, and now not in the US., in china now. When I first make a purchase on iTunes it needs to verify by answering security questions that i totally forgot and the next problem is the rescue email is not working anymore, other wise , US support can not reach me here to call in china.
What should i do? the only thing i remember is my apple ID and password.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
You don't need to verify the rescue email address for the reset link to show on your account. If the link isn't showing then you haven't got a rescue email address - are you sure that's what you have, not an alternate email address, which is different ? You can only add a rescue email address by answering two of your security questions, as described in steps 1 to 7 half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from.
If you can't remember your answers to your questions then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset (they should also be able reset your password and enable your account).

Email not valid for title (viewer builder)

hi everyone,
I'm on DPS professional edition, trying to set a new viewer for android, in the first screen I enter the email and password I used to create the folios (the folios are already in the folio producer, published as privated and free) but I keep getting the error EMAIL OR PASSWORD NOT VALID FOR TITLE
I've been looking for solutions in the forum, but cannot find it, there is an image in attachment in case it helps.
Any recomendation on how should I proceed?

ok, I called Adobe customer care and the problem has been fixed, here we go:
login with the master account
go to Account Administration and create a new user (the new user has to be different from the master, and it has to be a real email adress
give this new user all access
logout from the dashboard
click on forgot your password, it will set a password for DPS dashboard
login with the new user id
now you can create the viewer app

You've checked the spam folder on the account and tried clicking the reset link again ? If you still don't receive it then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I have forgotten my Apple ID security question answers and I clicked on the reset link provided on manage Apple ID page but I didn't receive any reset link in my rescue email. not in junk or spam even inbox..!
I think My email address can't receive any mail from apple. how can I change my rescue Email?

You cannot and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
Changing the rescue email address requires supplying two of the answers. They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

As long as you still have access to your Apple ID account, you should be able to change or edit the Rescue email address associated with your security questions. You may find the following article helpful:

Try restoring the device and setting up as new.
If it is still shows an iCloud activation lock, then it's on an iCloud account
The wrong device was removed from an iCloud account.
Check any other Apple IDs you might have at
iCloud.com
Get signed into them and remove that device.
I wish this was the first time I seen this.

Did you check the email account for a verification email from Apple? You may need to respond by clicking the Verify Now link before the new rescue address will be accepted.

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support :http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team :http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
