This is regarding my order of an IPhone 6 Plus at preorder time.
Like many others I tried to order an IPhone 6 Plus at the 12 am Pacific Time launch. The system was busy but I was able to get my order started about 20 minutes later using the Apple Store App on my current IPhone. I was able to get to the order all the way to the carrier options where it checks you current service and it errored out. I received a message I had never seen before stating that my order had been reserved. I still tried to place an order but it took over an hour to go through the order system and by the time I got it added to the cart and added Apple Care, the delivery date had slipped to 4 weeks. I cancelled my order.
Later that morning, I received an email confirming my reservation and provided a reservation number. It had a website to check my status and I logged in and verified that my order was waiting to be completed. It told me to wait for a second email. A couple hours later I decided to check the status again, and I got a message that it could no longer find my reservation number. I called 1800MYAPPLE and when I got through they assured me that the reservation number was valid and that I needed to wait for a 2nd email.
A few hours later I got the 2nd email with a link to complete my order. There was a link to continue my order and a notice that the reservation would expire in 24 hours. I clicked the link using my home computer and it took me right to my order after I logged in. I was excited to notice that the shipping date indicated I would get it on September 19. I got past the part where I confirmed my carrier service and it processed for awhile and gave an error about being unable to complete the order and took me all the way back to the store page. I tried the link again and again got the message about how it could no longer find my reservation number. I tried calling apple again but this time they were no longer accepting calls.
I waited another hour and finally got though after waiting on hold for another hour. I got another representative that assured me that the reservation number was still valid. They tried to complete my order for me, but they were unable to get the order to process on their side. I was told that the system was getting overwhelmed with orders and it was just unable to pull my order up. I was told to wait for things to calm down and the system would be able to catch up.
I tried several more times in the afternoon and in the late evening. I never got past the logon screen with the error about not finding the reservation number. I called again and got another representative telling me the system was too busy and to try even later. I tried during the night after 12 am Pacific Time and still could not get though. I tried calling apple service but the lines were closed. I waited until they opened at 4 am and when I called I got redirected to a voicemail, but it full and the system hanged up on me.
I called again and got a representative who escalated the case and said I could be called, but I should call 1-800-676-2775 in an hour if I don't hear anything. This brings me to now. That number seems to bring me to same system as 1800MYAPPLE and I am in queue for customer service.
I am hours away from the reservation being expired. Is there anything else to try?
I would also like to point out that while I appreciate the offer to have my order reserved as it was placed and allow me to continue where I left off, this implementation is cruel. It would have been better if the order just simply failed and that was that. To be given this ray of hope that the order is out there and all I have to do is jump though the right hoops and it all work, just to have it constantly fail and push me further and further towards the expiration date is borderline trolling.

Well it's official. My reservation has expired without being able to complete purchase despite numerous calls over past 24 hours, online chats and a visit to an manager at Apple Store. It had a delivery date of 9/19! The link to complete order now states I can continue with purchase and they will get a phone out "as soon as possible" which according to Sprint should arrive just before Thanksgiving. Glad I stayed up all night and wasted all this time. Thanks Apple. You sure know how to treat loyal customers. If I hadn't had your reservation I would have gone to Best Buy or Sprint and would have an earlier ship date than mid November. NEVER, EVER AGAIN

A/P Reserve Invoice closes Source PO - But A/P Credit Memo does not open it

Hi Forum,
1. Create a PO with say a single line item
2. Create a target A/P Reserve Invoice from above PO
Note: The PO of step 1 is closed.
I want the PO to again go to OPEN STATUS.
3.I perform A/P Credit Memo from base document (A/P Reserve Invoice) from step 2 above.
Question: The status of PO does not become open. Is there a setting that I am missing here which would make the status of PO go to open again?

go to Administration -> System Initialisation -> Document Settings -> Per document -> Purchase Order
Place a tick in the checkbox 'Reopen Doc. by creating returns/Goods Returns/Credit Notes Based in It' & update.

I am trying to create a reservation.
I have given a plant and storage location for a material by checking in table mard.
for some reason ,its says storage location not supported even though the mard
table has the same plant and storage location for that material.
it sometimes says only 1 quantity available.
what should i do in order to increase the quantity available.

Create Goods Receipt PO from AP Reserve Invoice (bug?)

Via the user interface of sap2005 pl7 you can create "Goods Receipt PO" from an "AP Reserve Invoice".
In the "base type" field of goods receipt the value "18" is displayed. This seems not to be a "valid value" and it is as a consequence not possible to read the contents of this field with the UI-API, because <i>base type</i> is a combo box and only valid values can be returned.
Is there a workaround to get a none valid value from a combobox?

Estou com problemas no controle de custo de materiais que são utilizados pelo setor de produção, e estão na conta razão da manutenção. Para isso eu gostaria de bloquear somente as reservas de materiais da conta razão da manutenção.
É possivel?

Error:Unable to reserve .lok file for Integrated WLS server (DefaultServer)

I am having jdev 11.1.1.1.0.
Many times I get following error while running my application pages:
Unable to reserve the .lok file for Integrated WLS server (DefaultServer). Typically this is because another instance of this server is already running in the WLS domain.
The only way out is to close jdev, delete system11.1.1.1.33.54.07 folder and open jdev again.
Why is this error dialog shown? Is there any permanent solution?

As suggested in the given thread, I logged into the weblogic console http://127.0.0.1:7101/console/ as 'weblogic' user.
On the left hand side in the 'View changes and restarts' section, no pending changes are shown. It shows following text:
Configuration editing is enabled. Future changes will automatically be activated as you modify, add or delete items in this domain.
Please advise. I can share the application.zip if needed.

You need to check the identification code issued to the enterprise by AMADEUS must be entered in the R/3 Customizing for Travel Planning under Master Data u2192 Control Parameters for Travel Planning u2192 Define sales offices and Define API access parameters.
External reservation system In the Travel Planning subcomponent Travel Management accesses an external reservation system connected to R/3 to carry out the queries on available travel services and to book the selected services. The reservation system currently available is the AMADEUS Global Travel Distribution system.

Connection to an External Reservation System

Error occurred during initialization of VM. Could not reserve enough space

Dear All,
I am trying to install SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SR2 SP9 on Oracle 10.2 and platform is Windows 2003 32 bits. While installing, in t he restarting the JAVA Instance step, server0 node is getting shutdown. When I further analyzed dev_server0 log, I could get below useful information:

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

*** ERROR => The Java VM aborted unexpectedly.

I referred the note mentioned above and it inturn referred to note# 940893. I followed many other sap notes also. However my above problem did not solve yet. I have checke my JAVA SDK version also. It is j2sdk1.4.2_11 and seems to be fine. My systems memory is 3 GB and I gave 20 GB as Virtual memory. I dont think that it should be a memory problem. However somewhere I am lost and can not get the grip over the problem to resolve it.
May I request all of you to kindly help me on above issue? Please let me know if you need any more information.

Heap Size=512 (earlier 1024)
Changed below paramters in configtool:
-Xmx512m (earlier 1024)
-Xms256m (earlier 1024)

I want to reserve a static IP address on my Airport extreme. What is the difference between reserving by MAC Address and DHCP Client ID?

I want to understand the differences in the way you can reserve a static address for a device on the network. I had previously set the device itself to an address and then reserved it with DHCP Client ID, which I thought was just the devices static addresss. I'm not sure if this was in fact correct or just happend to work. I know what a MAC address is, but I'm not really sure what the DHCP Client ID is. So it would be great if someone could clarify it, and the difference between reserving address by MAC Address or DHCP Client ID.

A MAC address is a unique identification consisting of letters and numbers in a form that looks like this:

Every network device has a MAC address, which can be found on a label on the bottom or back of the device. Apple calls this the Ethernet ID.
A DHCP Client ID is an optional name that you can assign to a device. For example, on your Mac....
Open System Preferences (gear icon on the dock)
Open Network
Click on Ethernet
Click Advanced at the lower right
You may be able to edit the DHCP Client ID here....for example.....you could enter MJ500's MacBook in the space provided. That would be the Client ID of your Mac.

How to change Script path for Reserved.ReportViewerWebControl.axd when working behind reverse proxy?

My application works behind a reverse proxy which has polices for secure and unsecure areas of the application. Architecture and Infra team is not willing to allow any root level policies in any case
When report viewer control is rendered on the page, it is adding a reference to the http handler Reserved.ReportViewerWebControl.axd in the script tag and the URL is at the root level. Unfortunately like other AjaxControlToolkit web resources I cannot modify
the URL to refer to the local script using ScriptManager.
Do we have any other property / means by which I can get this altered.
It is so unfortunate that the Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms assembly resources like scripts etc are not exposed as webresource at the assembly level and there is no way to modify this.
Does anyone has any solution to this?

Zune and reserved space problem

Hi all, I just started using lumia 710 and finding it a great, fun and highly efficient device. One minor problem I am getting is with zune and reserved storage space.
If I install a game/app in phone, the reserved space bar increases as expected. But the problem is that, even if I uninstall the game/app, the reserved space bar does not decrase, it stays the same as when the game/app was installed. so if i try out a few apps/ game and remove them later, i lose the equal amount of space from zune media storage. For example I tried out couple of xbox live titles and removed them later, net result --> my reserved space increased ~500mb while i lost 500mb from zune media free space.
if anyone can help me to sort this out, I will be very much grateful.
P.S. from phone i see i have ~ 3gb free space out of 6.28 gb. thanks

Additionaly, I have all my music files in User/Music & in Downloads. I also see my iTunes "Media Folder" is located in User/Music/iTunes and is 20GB...the size itunes says.

I have loaded data for the AFS based datasource 2LIS_AF_PABDSI of PP. But there is no data in the field -
J_3ARESM(reserved quantity) - only showing 0,000. Used RSA3 transaction to extract data.
I checked it after filling up the setup tables. Data is present for all other fields.
Using MB25 transaction, when I give a particular production order - it has reservation data.
But, no data is present for Reservation Quantity in 2LIS_AF_PABDSI.

I think this standard datasource is not fit for this filed. J_3ARESM(reserved quantity) filed populate through J_3ABDSI this table try it once with z datsource mapping through
J_3ARESM- ZJ_3ARESM(AFS Fixed reserved quantity)
