Reservations not showing in MD04
Hello,
I have three reservations with movement type Transfer within plant 311 which is transferring stock from storage location A to B.
These three reservations do not show up in MD04 stock requirements screen but show up in Transaction MB25(Reservation list Inventory Management) as open reservations.
I have checked that both the storage locations are not excluded from MRP through MMSC and in "Define storage location MRP per plant"
Can you please help me out with this issue?
Sincerely,
Puja
HI
As Vivek said transfer requirements b/n Sloc's are seen in MD04 only if the Sloc is excluded or planned seperately i.e. have 1 or 2 in MRP-4 view for Sloc MRP indicator as it is deducted from one storage location and add to the second one.in such case
as i have same scenarion and in MD04 it is showing.
check in MMBE

Sales Order number is not showing in MD04
Hi Gurus ,
I have got one case where Sales order number is not showing in MD04 screen . This sales order , line item has already delivered , PGI & billing document also been generated . Moreover accounting document is also been created .As cheeked & found that it is not shwoing in MD04 screen because at the time sales order creation availability check “01” was maintained which has sum up all the requirement in one particular day ( Also as
per SAP note -70408) .
Now because all the subsequent document has been generated for sales order so we can not mark it for “Rejection for rejection “ & to create new sales order with availability check “02” in material master .
Please let me know the possible solution for the same or if any sap note would be required to get the sales order number in MD04 .
Thanks ,
AmanHi Kiran ,
Actually before running the report in “SDRQCR21” in PRD I wanted to run it in “Quality “ .
In quality I am not able to simulate the same .
Please refer below points related to my testing result .
1.Mainatined availability check group “01” .
2 . Created Sales order
3. Check in MD04 screen & as expected sales order was coming blank with negative Qty .
4. Run the MRP which generated PR
5. PR converted to PO & GRN was done which updated the stock
6. Created delivery & checked the same in MD04 . It was also coming blank . No delivery document numbe was showing in screen but it was coming with negative Qty .
7. Done the PGI & blank delivery document number was removed & it become normal .
In PRD .
There are 3 sales order
One sales order is already marked reason for rejection & two sales order delivery , PGI has been done .
But still it is showing blank sales order with negative Qty & after MRP run it is generating the PR also .
I don't why it was showing with negative values .
Please refer attacehed screen shot .
Thanks,

KumarDear Kumar,
The PIR is maintained for the version GP,which is not active,as suggested either you should maintain
the PIR for this version as active or else for the version 00(SAP standard).

Schedule agreement not showing in MD04
Hi All
We have a schedule agreement created and its not reflecting in MD04. According to the thread i changed the avl check to 02.
But its still not showing in MD04. So my question is do I have to do any other thing so that the avl chk change will get affected for same schedule agrmnt or I have to create a new one so that it will show in MD04.
Thank You.First you need to identify what schedule line category is flowing in your sale order. Normally, this would be CP. So next go to VOV6, select the schedule line category and execute. There tick the box for "Req./Assembly"
thanks

PIR not showing in Md04 after certain date
Hi
The PIR's are coming from LTP.
The PIR's which are created after 03/2015 are not showing in MD04
MRP run back ground with NETCH still why PIR's are not showing?
What settings I have to check..
Regards,
Srihari.MPlease check the following :
1.If you have done splitting of the required qty during PIR creation . , please check in MD62 whether , you have un-checked the Active Version for some of them .If those qty. are falling after 03/2015 , then it will not pop up in MD04
2.While creation of PIR , if the planning period is beyond planning horizon , it will flag you a message and requirement will not display in MD04 , then check the same in OMPD and compare with planning period.

Hi
I created PR to PO. Po created with account assignment category c-sales order and item category s-third party. My question is PO or PR not showing in MD04.
Please can anybody suggest?Hi,
Please check whether your PO and PR really exist for the plant, material you are speaking about.
You can check in VA03 in document flow whether the mentioned PR, PO really exists.
If it is so, you should see both PR and PO on MRP list. Start MD04 again > please check whether you gave proper material, plant, MRP area in MD04 > click on refresh button.
Please check organisational levels (used in MD04 and used in your PR/PO)! Please also check whether there's deletion indicator on the PO / PR.
Can this help?

What are thesettings required or any thing missing in IMG. Please help me in this.
Regards,
SriniSrini,
You may also want to check if the Unrestricted stock is in a storage location that is excluded from MRP.
On MD04 you will then see a separate line item at storage location & the Qty =4 should appear as shown below.
12/02/2009 Unrest Stock 12 12
12/02/2009 SLocSt QANN StLoc: not plnd 0 8 QANN
12/02/2009 SLocSt VEND StLoc: not plnd 0 0 VEND
Hope this helps. Good lcuk.

Customer Order Qty not showing in MD04
Dear Sir,
Customer has booked an order for 5000 Nos of one FG. The Order is very much active. But when we see in MD04, Requirement Qty is showing (-)5000 but there is no qty coming in available qty column. Practically it should be (-)5000, as plant stock is zero. Due to this error, planned order is not coming on planning run.
I believe some thing missing in material master. As other material booked against same sales order is coming in MD04.
Can anybody help me. Full points for helping answers.
GRHi,
I think you should do what was told you by Ganesh. If planning strategy is e.g. 10, 11 the SO has only informative role, no PldOrd will be generated for it - this is MTS environment.
If planning strategy is 40 you may have PldOrd for SO based on IndReq qty&date.
In MTO environment you should 'always' get PldOrd for SO.

Reservation not visible in MD04 but visible in MMBE
Hi Everyone,
I am facing a problem . Reservations of materials are visible in the Tcode MMBE but those reservations are not visible in Tcode MD04.
Please help me in this
Thanks
Bijay PrasadDear ,
In SAP Txn : MD04-there is always theree entreis : Plant /Material and With Filter Check box.If you hit the With Filter Check box , u will find Display Filter and Selection Rule is appearing as a menu bar .
Now , for a test case , provide one material and plant code , mark with filter , Select only SAP Requiremet and Stock both Display Filter and Selection Rule , press entre ,MD04 will display Stocks as well all the Reservation Number as Ord.Reservation (both manullay generated or automatically generted) .
In case , if it is not displaying , then investigate goto -SPRO-MRP-Evalution -Filter -Define Selection Rule -Select the SAP00002
-SAP Requirement and Stocks -Goto Details -Check wether Reservation is set to "Do not consider " .It should be set in " Display availability relevence " .Other filter screen like SAP00001-only for Reciepts .
Check this and come back

Reservation not appearing in MD04
Hi Expert,
I had created a reservation and it cant show out in the MD04 screen, may I know what could be the possible problem for that?
Thanks.HI,
Reservations are stocks that are reserved for a usage example production Issue when you release the production order reservationa are created for components, manual reservations also can be created if you want to allocate some stock for a particular use. Tcode for reservations
Create Reservation MB21
Change Reservation MB22
Display Reservation MB23
List of Reservations MB25
If reservations are more than the UR stock still movements can be posted and in MD04 u can see the actual situation. if you run te MRP for that material if the reservationa are more than the URUS then mrp will create the PR.
In MMBE choose the stock and click --Environment -->reservations you can see all the reservation details ie for which production order this materials reservations are created.
Hope clears to you.
