Reset ASA 5510 back to MFG Settings - Please help??
A network engineer was in the middle of setting up a customer ASA 5510 Firewall and left. We don't know the IP/UN/PW.
Is there a way to hard reset the firewall back to manufacture settings?

The easiest thing would be to do a password recovery, as described here:

Then you can simply reset the password and carry on where he left off.

I have a iPhone 5. In usage, it says i have 2.1 gigs used because of photos and camera. My iphone 4s is no longer detecting wifi since the IOS8 updates came out. I've restarted, rest the networks, reset the phone back to factory settings, and even tried the freezer trick. It is STILL not detecting ANY wifi networks. HELP!!! I cannot afford to go over my data and I use wifi at home and work... I believe the updates have caused the issue, because it was working fine before the second update released (I hadn't put the first one one until I noticed it had stopped working, and by then the second IOS8 version had came out). They need to do a third update to fix this issue.
If it's grayed out:
Reset Network Settings - if that doesn't fix it, then Backup and Restore AS A NEW DEVICE.
If it's still grayed out, unfortunately that means your Wi-Fi antenna quit, and it needs service. -
After the most recent software update my phone was restored to the factory settings and all of my photos were lost.... Is there any way to get them back??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Photos are meant to be uploaded to your computer for archival and storage. Certainly before doing something as major as a software update, you've done this, correct? In this case, your photos should be residing safely on your computer and you can just synch them back.

The folder where your backup data is stored changes depending on the computer's operating system. Since iTunes only keeps one backup per device, you should ensure the backup folder is included in your periodic data backup routine.
iTunes places the backup files in the following places:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Windows Vista and Windows 7:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: If you do not see the AppData or Application Data folders, you may need to show hidden files (Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7).

If you don't have, you'll have to start all over again. Apps can be downloaded again for free, but any data like game settings or similar will not be included, these are part of the backup. -

If it says your billing info is wrong that means that your credit card issuer is refusing to approve your account. You will have to solve the problem with your bank or credit card company.

I have had a reinstall nightmare getting my loops back they are in the apple library, I can access them through the media browser but I only have a few available through the loop browser, how do I get them all back there again? please help

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -
im having trouble connecting my macbookpro to the tv. im using a mini display port to hdmi adapter, when i switch tv/video to hdmi on the tv nothing pops up, and i dont have the arrangement tap on the display settings, please help!
I've found that the order of operations, so-to-speak, can be important when hooking up mini display port to HDMI. I have the most success with the following operations in this order:
1) Plug HDMI cable into mini displayport adapter (the cable should not be plugged into either the TV or the computer at this point)
2) Plug the mini displayport end of your new super-cable to the computer.
3) Plug the HDMI end into your TV.
4) Switch inputs on your TV to the proper input.
5) If still nothing on the TV, try a different HDMI port on your TV.

Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when downloading them ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Why would you use the same iCloud login? Do you and your wife share that account for syncing contacts?
Was she actually syncing contacts to any supported app on the computer or a cloud service prior to the update as the iPhone is designed to be used?
Did you not backup the iPhone prior to the update? If this had been done, it should be a simple matter or restoring from that backup to put everything back. -
