Reset Clear/Remove Library Message

Using itunes for windows.
When I clear to 'clear' a song from the library I used to get a message asking if I also wanted to remove it from my hard drive.
The last time I checked a box that says DO NOT ASK ME AGAIN (or similar)
How do I reset this so I get the clear/remove message again?

This error arise when we tried to reset cleared document dated June 6,2007 during data migration from Legacy system to SAP.
We wanted to reset this cleared document because it was wrong executed (cleared) way back 2007.
The entries are:
Debit to GL (B/S) --> 3,758.48
Credit (1100039-Vendor) with special GL (408319) --> 3,758.48
=====================================================
For us to correct the clearing, we need to reset first the cleared document via FBRA, however, this error arise saying "Balance of the line item is not zero" with Message no. F5136.
I read several posted issue here, however, it doesn't resolve my problem.

A payment using a payment card fails, in other words, the payment is reversed using Transaction FBRC where the customer or vendor item is reopened.It is not possible to reset a payment document posted again for the open customer or vendor item by using Transaction FBRA, "Reset Cleared Items" and it responds with the error message "Balance of the line items is not zero".

Solution
A solution is available in the Support Package for Release 4.0B and 4.6C. An advance correction is possible. The solution consists of a repair report, so that the current payment document can be reset by means of 'Reset Cleared Items', and of a correction.
1. Repair-report ZREPAIR_BSEGC_FBRA:Create it temporarily as a test report using Transaction SE38. First the current payment/clearing document must be cleaned up of payment card data by means of the repair-report. Afterwards you can reset the payment document by means of 'Reset Cleared Items'. The report takes the current payment document as a parameter. In this case only changes are made to the database if the option "DO_UPD" is set.
2. Advance correction:Supplement the interface for function module CREDIT_CARD_POST_REFUSAL with table parameter T_BSEG with reference type BSEG. The following describes the procedure in more detail.
a) Transaction SE37: Enter function module CREDIT_CARD_POST_REFUSAL and choose "Change".
b) On the "Tables" tab page, create parameter T_BSEG with reference to structure BSEG.
c) Save and activate the function module.
3. After you implemented the correction or the R/3 Support Packages valid for this note, read Note 450081 to avoid the unwanted deletion of payment card data.

How do I reset/clear the Message Field when I create a new message?

For some reason, when I select a new message - the message field has got a previously sent message in it - every time I have to select all text & then delete the text to type in my new message.

How to remove duplicate messages from Mail in Mavericks (POP)

I'm having some significant problems with Apple Mail, and despite having researched widely, I haven't been able to find a solution yet. Here is my tale of woe...
My set up is that I use Mail with 5 separate accounts, downloading all messages using POP. I keep all my mail so that I have a permanent record of all conversations, going back more than 10 years - this is about 250,000 emails. I'm running the latest version of Mavericks on a 2010 MBP. I have no intention of moving to IMAP - I need to keep a local archive of all my mail.
A few months ago I was having problems with Mail being very slow to load and search emails. I decided to rebuild the mailboxes, but afterwards discovered that thousands of messages in the inbox of one of my accounts (and some of the sub-folders) had disappeared. Once I realised I tried to go back to a recent Time Machine back up, but, for whatever reason, that part of the back up hadn't worked properly and I was unable to recover the previous status. Ileft it while I decided what to do, and had time to deal with it.
The last 2 years worth of emails on that account were still archived on gmail, so last week I decided to try redownloading the whole lot (something like 72,000 messages), and then uplanned to use one of the scripts I was aware of to remove the duplicates to the trash, and then remove any duplicates in the trash forever. That ought to mean I at least had an archive of the last two years of missing messages, even if I had no record of which ones had been flagged or replied to, etc.
The downloading took about 24 hours to complete, and I now have almost 70,000 messages in the inbox of that account. However, I hadn't figured on two things:
1. Mail 'hides' duplicate messages, meaning that all of the messages I've downloaded are showing as unread, and I can't differentiate the ones I already had in my Inbox, and the new downloads. When I click on those apparently unread messages I can see if they have been replied to or forwarded, etc, but there's no obvious way for me to remove the ones I have already dealt with to the trash, without going through them all manually, which is clearly impossible.
2. The scripts I'd found for removing duplicates don't work. Andreas Amann's Remove Duplicates script doesn't work under Mavericks, and he has abandoned the project. I've also tried the remove-duplicate-messages.scpt made by Jolly Roger (http://jollyroger.kicks-***.org/software/), and while it *sometimes* works on individual subfolders on my Mac (but as far as I can tell removes the duplicate in that folder, rather than the newly downloaded version), mostly it doesn't work at all - it creates a 'Remove Duplicate Messages' folder on my desktop, a log inside it and a folder for removed messages, but nothing appears in the duplicates folder.
So, I'm left in a position where I have 70,000 apparently unread messages in my Inbox, a massively bloated Mail library (which has pretty much doubled in size), a slow and unresponsive Mail program. Should be pretty easy as follows:
1 - Make sure you have copies of any pictures you want that are inside Aperture somewhere on your computer.
2 - Quit Aperture > Remove any Aperture icon from dock > drag the Aperture program (lens icon) from Applications folder to the Trash > proceed through any warning dialog (including entering password as required) to complete the process.
Note - new security features in OS X Lion may present those warning dialogs to prevent accidental deletion of Apple programs.
3 - Hold down the 'Option' key and use the 'Go' menu in menu bar and select the 'Library' option.
4 - In the Library folder, open the 'Application Support' folder and delete any Aperture folder found.
5 - While still in the Library folder, open the 'Preferences' folder and delete both the 'com.apple.Aperture.plist' and 'com.apple.Aperture.plist.lockfile' file.
6 - While still in the Library folder, open the 'Caches' folder and delete the 'com.apple.Aperture' folder.
7 - Go the your 'Pictures' folder and drag the 'Aperture Library' (may be named Aperture Trial Library or similar) to the Trash to delete it as well.
8 - Empty the Finder Trash to remove Aperture.
Note - there are some files and Aperture folders in the '/Library' folder (which is in the root of your system drive), but you don't really need to remove those. Since you are a beginner, it is probably better not to for now.
That should do it.
Additional edit: There are two Library folders I am referring to. The first is the one in your user account 'Home' folder which is the one you are going to by using the 'Go' menu. This is the one you are deleting files from in the steps listed. The second Library folder is the one in the root of your system drive and is not typically a location for beginners to work with (thus the final note above). Hope that is clear enough.

Actually my query is if we reset a payment document.
Then we get a reset cleared document.
If we do FP40, then we dont get any document with amount there in FP40, If we do reversal of reset clearing document then we can get the document with amount in FP40.
At that moment when we reverse the reset clearing document we are facing a dump error.-->
The current application triggered a termination with a short dump.
What happened?
The current application program detected a situation which really
should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).
What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.

Can I completely reset /clear the bluetooth subsystem / device database?

I have a Canon MP600 printer/scanner and connected a bluetooth dongle to it (the official Canon part) for the first time today. Unfortunately the user guide omits a few important details and the net result is that both a Mac Pro (early 2008, BT module included) and Macbook Pro (~late 2006, Leopard upgraded) appear to have become very confused about what to do with it.
Initially, contrary to its documentation, the printer ships with bluetooth security turned off. So, my Mac Pro connected to it happily without requesting a passkey and I printed a test page OK. The laptop wouldn't see the printer, though; it seemed that without security features turned on, the printer would only allow one computer to connect. I dug around in the printer's settings (it has an LCD screen so you configure it on-device), found the security option, enabled it and set a passkey (a 4 digit number in this particular printer's case).
Using bluetooth preferences on the Mac Pro, I removed the printer from the device list, then re-ran the setup assistant. It saw the printer, immediately recognising its name (the first time ever, the machine showed the address first, then the name a while later). It prompted for the passkey at the "gathering information" stage. In bluetooth preferences, the printer icon was showing 'Connected' status. At the "To complete the set up..." stage of the setup assistant, I named the printer, clicked on Continue, and watched the printer status suddenly change to not connected. The setup assistant re-showed the "To complete the set up..." page; I set the same name again; this time, I was taken to a page saying "You did not configure any of the available services for your Bluetooth device". Huh?! Extended information on the device in BT preferences says says that it's configured and paired, but not connected. Searching for the error message on Google produces literally no hits, which is a rare thing indeed.
Worse still, the laptop now does exactly the same thing. I've even tried turning off security entirely on the printer, power cycling it and rebooting both machines, but now neither will properly talk to the printer ever again. They just flicker through these strange "Not connected -> connected -> not connected" cycles and refuse to proceed with the obscure "You did not configure..." message.
Given that the Mac Pro successfully printed via this printer at least once, I should be at least able to get the thing to work again with security settings turned off (inadvisable though this is). But Leopard refuses. It's caching some data about the printer somewhere and this is screwing things up.
So, the short part of my very long question is: How do I totally reset the bluetooth software and/or hardware subsystem / device database so that it has no "prior knowledge" or expectations of devices which it detects?

Replying to my own message for the sake of search engine archives.
I have not found a way to reset/clear the 'knowledge' that the Bluetooth system seems to keep of devices once it's talked to them, or, therefore, a solution to the strange Bluetooth setup assistant behaviour. Curiously, though, the 'not connected' issue with the printer doesn't seem to stop it from being printed to.
Having rebooted a few times, I printed a web page accidentally (! - I meant to save as PDF from the print dialogue box) and the device brought itself on line, received the data and printed, then dropped offline again. So it seems to be working fine. My guess would be that the online/offline behaviour is actually a normal feature of the way this particular device works, while the strange setup assistant behaviour is its way of saying that the device is already set up and working so it has nothing else it needs to do.

When we maintain GL accounts/sub ledgers with open item management, we clear docuemnts when the debit and the credit match. This clearing also creates a clearing document. Clearing documents cannot be reversed using F.08. For reversing clearing we need to first reset the documents as open items and then reverse it.
For example I have an invoice no 1234. This invoice will remain open till i receive a payment. When I receive a payment a new document is created (no. 5678) when i enter the receipt and this document also becomes the clearing document. Now due to some error, when we have to reverse this payment document, we use FBRA. When we use this, the system will first reset the documents 1234 and 5678 as open items and then reverse the document 5678.

i am trying to reset clearing items of a document and when i run fbra transaction the system appear it warning:

The document has 745 lines. Could be when i use FBRA it will generate a document bigger than before.
The problem is that the message of error is that:
System lock error: Inform system administrator.
LOCK TABLE OVERFLOW.
And it is full message.

Reverse a reset clear document

Hello ,
When I am trying to reverse a reset-cleared document, it is throwing the following error :-
"Document xxxxxx cannot be reversed due to clearing resets".
I followed the foll steps.
1.There was an invoice of 100$.
2.Incoming payment of 100$-.
3.Reset cleared the payment by choosing the option "whole clearing" and "create a new open item".
4.A new open credit item is created.
5.Now i need to reverse this new open credit item. It throws the above message.
Please help.

Please see the below screen shot, I want to reverse the doc. no. 1500001135. But since this is a cleared item with clrn doc no 1500001178. First I have to reset doc no 1500001178. I am trying it with FBRA but reset option is not available there is error message ' payment was posted with withholding tax , clearing document will be reversed , do you want to continue.'
Please advise how to reset this document

The system will surely Reverse the Clearing Document as it is the SAP's standard function of WHT accounting. Please check the below link to get it cleared.

Check the reason for reversal of the actual document if there are any changes in the vendor line item you can pass the correction/rectification entry on that instead of reversing the payment entry without affecting the WHT line item
