Reset forgotten security questions answers

I'm trying to reset my security question answers since I don't remember what they were.
I'm on a new computer, trying to make a purchase from itunes and cant unless I answer
the questions. When I go to manage my account, I click on the link that says insturctions
will be emailed to me, but the email with the info never comes. Help.

How do you get the email? I have forgotten the answers to my security questions (either bad memory or they changed the questions on me since I can't remember). I have sent my problem to apple support but no reply or anything when I really need to make a purchase on my phone. And when I go to manage my account and there was no option to reset the questions.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I didn't set the rescue email when I created my app ID, How can I reset my security questions answer? I have forgotten the answers which almost drives me crazy

You won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

How/where are you opening the email ? Have you tried opening it in a different browser in case the reset link is being blocked due to the security settings that you have set on the one that you using ?
