Reset the Spam-Queue ?

Hello,
we want to implement SP25 in our Solution Manager.
Transaction SPAM shows the following error:
ERROR: SAPK-1507OINSTPL : couldn't locate TA-info in .../cofiles
(illegal format detected)
HALT 20110407094709
ERROR: tpsettainfo: /usr/sap/STD/trans/cofiles/K-1507OINSTPL.SAP contains no valid information
ERROR: EXIT(16) -> process ID is: 21223
After this, we download the files again and unpack the Files new...
Same error...
We have tried to reset the state of the queue, but we get another error ( [Screenshot1|http://www.christoph-bastian.de/sap/screenshot1.jpg] )
Then, we tried to delete the queue -> new error ( [Screenshot2|http://www.christoph-bastian.de/sap/screenshot2.jpg] )
Delete the entry out of the table PAT01 or execute function OCS_REST_QUEUE ( [Screenshot3|http://www.christoph-bastian.de/sap/screenshot3.jpg] ) brings no change...
How can we reset the queue, so that we get an consistent state ?
How can we solve the problem with the first error-message 'cofile contains no valid information) ?

Hi,
The cofile could not be created from the corresponding data
file. One possible error is that <sys>adm does not have write authorization for the
directory /usr/sap/trans/cofiles (UNIX). Check whether the data file was created.
If it was not created, check that the option Create new data file is activated in the SPAM
settings

You added apparently some fields to a table (ZZ*) and you did not maintain that modification when SPAM requested you to do so. Now the tables should be activated but the field is missing.

This morning when I opened my iPad to check my email, the mail queue at the bottom was blank when I opened it. Upon further tries of trying to reset, it keeps telling me it can verify and that if I save the info submitted, it may not be available to me. How do I go back to yesterday when it worked?

Need to delete the SPAM requests from the import queue

Dear all,
There were some issues with my QA system SAP patch application and we were forced to do a DB refresh from our production system. Now our QA system ABAP stack is having an issue with the STMS import queue which shows 4 old patches(witch were applied to the system before the refresh) with u201Crequest will not be importedu201D status. When I try to delete these requests from the import queue it shows the following error
u201CThis is tp version 372.04.29 (release 700, unicode enabled)
ERROR: Client 'ALL' is not possible.
tp returncode summary:
TOOLS: Highest return code of single steps was: 0
ERRORS: Highest tp internal error was: 0246
standard output from tp and from tools called by tpu201D
When I try to import a new support package it gives the following error,
Error in phase: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS
Reason for error: QUEUE_NOT_EMPTY
Not sure how these requests arew still in the import queue even after the DB refresh. How can I delete these 4 old requests from the import queue?
The System is ECC6.0 ABAP+JAVA stack with Oracle 10g on Win2003 server.

Now I just wanted to remove these entires from the STMS=>queue=>import queue list.

The best way is to call applecare (800) APL-CARE (800-275-2273). You can also email them but you need to create a case here https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action. When I did it it took about 10 mins.

I have already reset the printing system after my Epson workforce 600 keeps saying "filter" stopped in the print queue...

I have a Epson Workforce 600 all-in-one printer and it will STILL not print anything after the Mountain Lion upgrade. I have downloaded the latest drivers from Apple's site, tried to print thru TextEdit, it connects via Verizon Wireless 4G hotspot Wi-Fi network, printer is getting signal, macbook picks up nearby printer and installs and configures it, but when looking in Print and Scan, it shows printer is "Idle". Then when you try to get computer to communicate with printer via configuration utility, it says "communication error." What else can I do??

Epson Stylus Photo 1290 - how do I remove items from the print queue?

Description of problem with "Epson Stylus Photo 1290" Application:
After selecting Show Completed Jobs from the main menu (Jobs > Hide/Show Completed Jobs) I am presented with a status list of print jobs (a.k.a. "print queue") that are either marked as "Completed", "Cancelled", "On Hold", "Printing" etc. Each and every time I print an item it is added to this list.
I simply want to clear this list.
However, the application's "Delete" button appears to only transform a "Printing" job to a "Cancelled" job, for example.
So how on earth do I clear the old (and, to me, useless) jobs listed in this print queue?
I know this isn't apple software but seeking help on the EPSON sites (and the rest of the net) has led me nowhere.
Many many thanks in advance if anyone can suggest anything!

Hmmmm. Doesn't look like I can edit my post. Okay.......
Contrary to what I've said above, this IS an Apple issue as the problem lies in the Print Queue, which is part of the OS.
The "fix" is to go System Preferences > Print & Fax and then delete the 1290 from the list of printers.
When the 1290 printer is re-added its print queue is now empty AND the Delete button does as it is supposed to do - it deletes items from the queue list.

What EXACT version of Photoshop CS4 are you running? You should be on Photoshop CS4 v 11.0.2.
Also run Apple's software update to see whether it offers you the latest Epson update:

I have the same problem as alfredo's ones. I followed the instructions of this thread but no success.
I am performing the trx SPAM against the Support Package SAP_BASIS : SAPKB7012. It failed during the phase of DDIC_ACTIVATION with the reason of error : TP_STEP_FAILURE and its RC is 12.
I checked the JOB which failed it is RDDMASGL with the ABAP/4 processor dump: SYSTEM_NO_TASK_STORAGE.
According to the trx ST22 on that program:
"Unable to fulfill request for 247040 bytes of storage space at the sentence: sort tabltab by name (table dd03l)"
Information on where terminated
    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "RADMASDSC" - in
     "MA_DTEL_TABL_MCID_SEL".
    The main program was "RADMASG0_C3 ".
    In the source code you have the termination point in line 262
    of the (Include) program "RADMASDSC".
    The program "RADMASDSC" was started as a background job.
    Job Name....... "RDDMASGL"
    Job Initiator.. "DDIC"
    Job Number..... 15453500
The computer has 8GB and the SAP parameters are:

Clearing the eprint queue after error

We sent two print jobs to eprint and got an email error message that the printer was not connected. We discovered the IP address was missing and traced that to the cable being disconnected accidentally. That is all cleared now and in the process of troubleshooting we updated firmware, etc and restarted/reset computer, printer and router.
We now have an IP address and test print pages worked fine. However, we have not seen the two jobs in the eprint queue come through. We tried sending another one and got an email with the error message that eprint is busy printing other jobs.
Do we need to clear the queue or do something else?

Alright. Let's try this next. Before doing these steps, make sure you have all of the "Pending" jobs cleared out of the print queue.
First, disconnect the power cord from the back of your router.
Next disconnect the power cord from either the back of the printer or the wall, without powering it off first.
Wait about 30 seconds and reconnect the power cord to your router.
Wait about another 30 seconds and plug the printer back in. It should boot back up automatically, but if it doesn't go ahead and press the power button.
Once everything is back up and running, try to send another ePrint.
If this doesn't work for you, reply back in this thread with model of printer you have so that I can give you the next set of steps.

Adding Modification Adjustment Transports to SPAM queue

Hello;
As part of my upgrade, I need to remove a table column as the upgrade to component SAP_APPL will re-insert it. However, if I remove it separately from the upgrade, the activation of the table removes the data - which needs to be kept.
I've created a transport that will remove it. How do I include it in the queue when the the stack for SAP_APPL is imported? Will the Modification Adjustment displayed when "queuing" the SAP_APPL stack allow the transport to be imported with them? If so, how do I get the transport into the respective queue so SPAM will see it?

Hi Jim,
YOu can include Modification Adjustment Transport only in the SPAM import queue.
It is not possible for your to include a normal transport in the SPAM import queue.

So my suggestion is to just do SPAM import on your DEV system, and when the import run into the SPDD phase, you can create transport and do modification adjustment for this table. When you do upgrade on QAS and PRD system, you can include the modification adjustment transport generated on DEV system in the SPAM import queue.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going tohttps://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within, I think, about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

Deleting the mass queue

We have around 200k entries in the outbound queue CSA_MASS_BUPA,
We have decided that we do not require these entries.dunction module is BAPI_COPA_UPLOAD_PROXY, USER = ABC
now, users are modifying records and this queue is blocking the remaining updates under the same queue name.
How can I delete the entries ( mass delete )
The delete should work like below
delete all entries with user = ' abc' and function module = # bapi_copa_upload_proxy'

1)No: You'll need to process them
3)The inbound and the outbound queue are not necessarily linked to each other.
- Inbound queue: transactional RFC's that need to be processed into CRM
- Outbound queue: transactional RFC's that leave the CRM flow (either for another system or for CRM itself).
=> An entry in the inbound queue is always processed by CRM flows and depending on the subscriptions it will be send to other systems (=> outbound queue).
For the inbound queue, the best thing that you can do is to:
- stop all inbound traffic (smqr)
- reprocess the queue-entries with a retry error (they are probably in error because there weren't any processes available to process them)
- find the short-dumps or Bdoc errors for the "sysfail" entries. This error means that the system failed to fully process the LUW and either a short-dump was generated (transaction ST22) or a flow error (SMW01). Normally you should be able to locate the error using the time and date of the queue-entry. If you cannot fix the error you can delete the entry in the queue with the error.
=> when all the errors are removed, you can re-activate the inbound queue again, which will then process the queue-entries automatically.
To keep your system consistent, you should always fix the errors in the inbound queue (usually the refer to missing customizing, inconsistencies in the inbound data, or program errors).
For the outbound queue: normally, this queue is independent on the inbound queue. If entries in the outbound queue are not being extracted, this means that it's blocked as well. Check the status of the TOP-entry in the outbound queue & reset it if necessary.

Question about reseting the time of day trigger.

A little while back the college was running a promotion and at the last minuet they decided to stay open later then normal to server the needs of our students. I reset the time of dayclosing time with the CCX editor and ga 6 the phone shut down when I had change it to 7:00. I then rebooted our contact center servers so that the new close time would be active but in rebooting the 2 servers all the callers in queue were dropped. Is there a way to change the time of day trigger and rest it with out rebooting the servers?

When you edit the UCCX scripts \ prompts \grammers \ applications, please refresh these pages from the UCCX Admin-> Application path.
Yes, as the UCCX high Availability works in "Warm standby" modes it is expected that the calls in Queue will be dropped, where as the connected calls will continue at the cost of missing Call details.

How can I reset the CAN card before it can be used for transmit from VC++

I am using a tool developed in VC++ to send and receive the CAN data ove NI-CAN card. The application is designed in with different threads, which will call the NI-Card for sending and receiving messages.One thread will use the card for sending, others will be waiting for the completion. Once one thread completes next which is there in the queue will take control over CAN card and will release after using it. So other threads can use it. Every thread will follow initialize -> send -> uninitialize sequence. I am facing a problem If more threads are used, the can card is giving the NI can card initialization failed. Only way to use the CAN card after it is failed is to restart the complete operating system
Is there any function to reset the CAN card driver from VC++ (it is using NI drivers) before it is initialized to avoid restarting the system?

Since sound can only come from the speakers, you will need to clarify what you have tried so far. Is your volume level turned up? Is the volume low when you are trying to play music? Is there a case on your phone obstructing the speakers? Is there any dust or lint in the speakers? Try a reset, hold the power button and home button until you see the apple then let go.
