[ Résolu ] Photoshop CS6 et l'abonnement Créative Cloud

Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau dans ce monde d'Adobe et malheureusement je ne connais pas par coeur le mode de fonctionnement de celui-ci ( malgré les rubriques d'aide )
Ma compagne fait beaucoup de photographie et également de la retouche avec PhotoFiltre. Par contre, nous n'avons ( pas encore ) les moyens d'avoir une clé complète pour l'utilisation de Photoshop CS6.
Après renseignement, j'ai trouvé le "Créative Cloud" que propose Adobe avec l'offre sur l'utilisation de Photoshop CS6 pour pas très chère par mois ( sous forme d'abonnement ). C'est juste parfait !
Elle aura seulement besoin d'avoir à utiliser Photoshop CS6 ( sur un seul poste ) et l'abonnement trouvé permet de le faire sans problème ( limité à un seul outil ).
J'ai donc suivis la procédure sur le site, enregistrement, paiement de l'abonnement, lecture des CGV, et hop j'avais un nouveau mail de bienvenue
A partir d'ici, j'ai réussi à faire l'installation de manière très simple Photoshop CS6.
Le problème, c'est qu'à l'ouverture il est en mode DEMO et demande une clé pour l'enregistrement. J'ai cherché partout dans le mail, le compte en ligne mais impossible de trouver la clé.
Suppression, ré-installation ( vue Forums ), check de son hosts, upgrade, toujours rien
Pouvez-vous de donner une piste de la marche à suivre s'il vous plait ?
Ou puis-je trouver cette fameuse clé ? Dans le cas contraire, comment activé mon abonnement pour pouvoir utiliser le logiciel ?

  • Photoshop CS6 Extended not available in Creative Cloud single app membership?

    I have read everywhere that Creative Cloud includes Photoshop CS6 Extended. So I went to buy a membership and figured I only need access to that one single app, and paid the US$19.99 for access to a single app license. But whenever I try to activate Photoshop now, I get regular CS6, not Extended. If I go into http://creative.adobe.com and look at my Apps it says just "Photoshop CS6" but when I click Learn More it brings me to the CS6 Extended product page. My question is whether I actually am entitled to CS6 Extended, or if I have to buy the more expensive $49.99 membership for access to all apps in order to get that? The marketing should be more clear if that's the case. Thanks in advance for any help!

    You're correct, when you get a membership to Photoshop CS6 by itself it is the standard version, versus with Creative Cloud membership it is the Extended version. I didn't find this written out anywhere. I did notice when I clicked the Photoshop picture from here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/cssubscription.html it took me to the Photoshop standard product page versus here it does say Extended http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tools.html and links to the Extended product page.
    Where are you seeing this "Learn More" link that takes you to the wrong place (Extended page)? Can you post a screen shot?
    This seems like something that should be called out on the first subscription page and here http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/faq.html#subscriptions
    I'll see if its possible to get something added and possibly change this Learn More link once I get more info.

  • Photoshop CS6 will not recognize my creative cloud serial number

    application manger asks for a serial number, but when i enter the one on my account for my subscription it tells me its invalid. Mutliple calls to support are disconnected. Chat is a 45 minutes and counting...any suggestions as to how i might be able to use my lisenced software?

    There are no serial numbers for Cloud apps. They're activated via your Adobe ID.
    There should be a License This Software button when you launch the app.

  • How do I make Photoshop CS6 keyframe panning work with many clips?

    Hello Photoshop experts:
    I am having big troubles with applying keyframe controlled panning in Photoshop CS6.  After reading chapter 10 of Photoshop CS6 CIAB, I added a simple cloud animation to my video.  The original video/audio track is in Video Group 1.  I pasted a simple JPEG graphic of a white cloud in to Video Group 2, without anything else in that group.    Following the CIAB directions, I was easily able to make the cloud pan across the top of my video.  Ah, this is easy I thought! 
    Then, I added a second cloud, this time it was black.  I added this to Video Group 2, right after the white cloud.  Here is where the troubles began.....  I would highlight the image frame of the black cloud, move the playback head/cursor to the right end of the black cloud clip, then click on the "Position" clock to install a yellow diamond keyframe marker.  At that instant, the selected clip of the black cloud would de-select, and the white cloud clip would select instead.  As soon as the white clould was selected, then I couldn't click and drag the black cloud, as that frame was no longer selected.  So, I would click the mouse back on the black cloud frame, and try and set the second key frame marker at the beginning of the black cloud frame for where I wanted the black cloud to sit at the start of the pan............  But then no motion would take place as I advanced the cursor across the frame. 
    So, I started a Video Group 3, and moved the black cloud into that.  Then, without problems, I was able to use the key frame markers to control the panning of the black cloud across the frame,,,,,,,,,,,  ah, this is easy!  But then, I put in a red  cloud onto Video Group 3, and guess what?  It would not work, the same as before, it only wanted to jump to the black cloud clip as soon as I had set the first key frame marker on the pink cloud.
    Note, underneath the first still image clip that I successfully automated the zoom function, there appears a violet shaded area under that clip, going from the starting key frame marker to the ending key frame marker.  It seems as though this should be telling me something, as only the working automated panning sections have the light violet highlighting.  But I can't move or eliminate that highlighting, or get it to associate with the clip I am trying to work with, after the first instance. 
    I have about 75 little clips I need to pan and zoom in on, and I am NOT going to make an individual Video Group for each clip!  Something is wrong.  I have spent about 5 hours banging my head on this today, and about 2 last night......  
    A) Maybe this is too confusing, but if someone can say what is wrong, I would appreciate any help.
    B) Can you recommend an appropriate video (YouTube or other free source) that would shine light on this?  The only videos show just one simple segment getting automated panning applied,,,,,,,,,,,  my problem does not exist in that simple case.

    Classical case of context handler overflow. Delete your file associations in Explorer, thne reinstate them using the Open With... method. also make virus scanners, compression tools and others that may add additional associations and context handlers behave by disabling their all too helpful Explorer integration options where appropriate...

    Licenses and subscriptions are two different things. If you purchase a license for Photoshop CS6, Lightroom is not included.
    If you subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud you get access to the latest version of PS and LR with the subscription, but it's not guaranteed that you also can download the older versions you mentioned.

    Claudias31518194 what specific error do you receive them you open Photoshop CS6?  Did you previously evaluate the Creative Cloud version of Photoshop?  If so I would recommend removing all installed Adobe Creative software titles and reinstalling the versions you plan to continue using.
    Without doing so you may still have upgraded components installed which could lead to unexpected results similar to the repeated request to activate.  You can find details regarding the uninstall process at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
    If you need a fresh copy of the retail installation files for Creative Suite 6 they are available at Download CS6 products.

    Yes, in theory, but it is generally not recommended. But that location would depend on what OS you are on.     Canon 1DX support was added to ACR in version 6.7, 7.1.  An updated CS6 should be at level ACR 8.6.  If your ACR is not at level 8.6 try using CS6 menu Help>Updates.  If that does not install ACR 8.6 try downloading the ACR and DNG 8.6 converter and see if ACR 8.6 will install into your CS6.
