Resolution problems persist

The same problem of the Apple TV 2 outputting 480p since its first update continues, at least for me. Nothing in the specs or the box says anything about 480p.
Has anyone figured anything out to deal with this? I've read about an HDMI switch in older thread but a $40+ fix is off the table. I've been able to get it to stick with 720p in the 4.1.1 release (which claims it fixes the 480p problem?) by pulling out and reinserting the TV cable timed with turning the receiver off and on, but that doesn't work with the newer versions (they display in 720p for a second then revert forcefully back to 480p).

I just bought an ATV2 two days ago. I had this same problem...ATV2 would default to 480p no matter what I did. The customer support line is useless.
I am running all of my hardware (Tivo, SACD/DVDAudio, PS3, etc) through Denon preamp that scales all input formats to 1080i/29.97 for my CRT front projection system—the "TV", for simplicity—with a DVI input (HDMI > HDCP compliant DVI plug). I found a 100% reliable solution to this, because it's an HDMI-handshake problem where the Denon unit does not get a list of supported modes from the TV. I assume all scaling receivers would behave similarly, as there's not much difference between them.
I turn on the Denon unit (which also powers on the ATV2 since it's plugged into it for power) and turn on the TV. The ATV2 will start up and load in 480p. I turn off the TV, the Denon unit is no longer reporting a blank list of supported input modes, and the ATV2 switches to 720p mode. When I turn the TV back on, no new set of input modes is reported and it stays in 720p mode every time.
It does not work for me to simply boot the Denon unit first with the ATV2, then power on the TV. It gives me a 1280x720 layout chopped off to 480p, so I can only see a small portion of the ATV2's menu (for reasons I don't really understand).

Place iPhone on Wall Charger for at least 10 minutes. If still problem, try DFU Mode Restore, here are the steps. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power buttons, after exactly 10 seconds release the Power Button, keep holding the Home button until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually about 20 seconds time. If the iPhone screen is black, blank this is DFU Mode. Click the Restore button of iTunes. DFU Mode can be difficult to enter sometimes, just keep trying. DFU Mode is a black, blank screen with iTunes saying Recovery Mode. If still problem and there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution.

Have you changed something on your SharePoint 2007 environment recently before this issue occurred?
This issue may be related to Alternate Access Mappings settings like the following similar post, if you have configured AAM, you can check if this issue happened to some URLs, if it's the case, please add the problematic URLs as a Publish URLs for the default
zone for your web application, and also add these URLs as trusted locations, then check results again.
If above doesn't work, please enable ULS log on verbose level to get more useful log errors which time are corresponding to the errors occur.

I'm trying to get a blog module going, I've even deleted the html insert bog with the tag in and re-published which then I don't get the error but as a result no blog either. But then I add the tag in again and publish the error comes back. I've used the dev console and it says that my musicians sample.css is out of date but why is it only out of date when I add in html to my muse site?

Also I've noticed when I've re-published occasionally it will show the mobile version on my desktop and not the desktop version??? no idea why that's happening so I've had to turn that off. any explanation on why that is happening would also be much appreciated.

I haven't received an answer as of yet, I'll post t on here when I do. I de-activated the mobile site because it's my clients site so he needs it to be operational during the day. I hope someone gives me an answer soon.

How do I fix my ipod classic that says very low batter after I have charged it and the problem persists?

I have an Ipod video 30g that says Please wait very low battery. I charged it for about a day and the problem persists. I've tried using some solutions on the internet and none of them worked including: holding the menu and select, holding select and play to put it in disk mode with no avail. Is there anyone who can help me!!!

With no Firefox window open, I can't launch a new one. Or click on an email link and launch a window. This started when I upgraded to 5. Now I downgraded to 4 again and problem persists

I upgraded to Firefox 5, then noticed when a window was open I couldn't launch another one. Or launch into Firefox off an email link. Or open a new window if there was none open.
So I downgraded back to 4. Problem persists.

Uninstall the ones you know about, yes.
As regards the others, it's difficult to say. All you can do is to disable them all via Safe Mode (checkmark "Disable all add-ons", then "Make changes and restart") and then re-enable them one by one checking each time until the problem recurs. Laborious I know, but the only sound way of doing it I'm afraid.

The problem PERSISTS!
The problem/situation is that in mail from family/trusted friends, after I
open the mail, there is no "Load Images" warning at the top but an
animated .gif file is in the message! (don't get me wrong, i do sincerely
love dancing bears. i just want some warning.)
Any suggerstions?
In mail preferences,viewing I have unchecked "display images and embedded
objects in HTML messages".
In mail preferences,junkmail I have "enable junk mail filtering" and
"trust junk mail headers..." both checked.
All junk mail is flagged as junk. (in junkmail,advanced and in rules).
I keep the preview pane collapsed.
I pay attention to flags and don't open junk from strangers.

XSD Resolution problem - Unable to load Translation schemas

Hi,
I've run into a very strange kind of problem (not to say some are less strange then others). Let me explain the context of the situation.
I've got a BPEL process calling two plsql packages on ORA database, one Java web service running on the same weblogic server and couple of other services (eg. notification services, jdbc select/insert, etc.). There is no problem with the last listed, but definitely something wrong with the web service and the plsql callouts.
When I deploy the BPEL process and execute it, the first two instances always fail. The same happens when I restart the server, the errors are repeated after a certain period as well (for example over night). The process always fails EXACTLY TWICE, before running normally. Every other instance executed after the two initial failures runs WITHOUT the following error.
I mentioned there are two plsql callouts in the process, earlier the first instance failed on the second one and the second instance failed on the first. Now, it mostly fails on the second callout. I've made no significant changes in the code. Perhaps the strangest thing about this is that it fails when invoking the plsql package but the error concerns xsd definitions of the web service that plays no role at this stage.
All my services are correctly deployed, I deleted all interface definitions from MDS repository and redeployed SOA bundle again before installing each service.
I think it has something to do with generated xsd definitions by the java web service (it's the http://localhost:8001/S50040PrenosSouboruBS/PrenosSouboruBSSOAP11BindingPort?xsd=1 and http://localhost:8001/S50040PrenosSouboruBS/PrenosSouboruBSSOAP11BindingPort?xsd=2 from following stack trace), but I can't figure out what exactly is wrong with them.
Anybody come accross a similar error? Thanks for tips, I've run out of ideas.

I had similar issue, when i deployed composite using Jdeveloper. The problem was with my adf-config.xml pointing to dev server and all my references in my composite.xml referring to test server.
I changed property of 'oracle.mds.persistence.stores.db.DBMetadataStore' in adf-config.xml to test server. After adf-config.xml change in Jdev my compilation went smooth.
Note: If above changes doesn't work, try restarting JDeveloper, sometimes the changes in adf-config.xml is not getting effect immediately.

I cannot connect to the login page of my banking websites for Firefox but can from IE also firefox does not close when I shut it down I have just done a clean instal of windowsws7 and teh problem persists on reinstall of FF3.6.13

I can connect with my banking websites but the login page will not come up. This is a recent occurrence and I have done virus scans and have also recently done a clean instal of Windows 7. The problem persists. I can connect to any other website with no problems. When I close FF it appears to close and Task manager shows as not running but it will not reopen. If I attempt to uninstall I am told that FF is running and needs to be closed. I have to reboot to get to close and be able to reopen.
I can connect to the bank sites with IE. However I really don't like IE.

I don't have an answer, but I experienced the same problems trying to set up an airport express to route traffic to my stereo.
Apple Extreme router, iMac and laptop all worked just fine for months, upon installing Airport Express (step by step, according to instructions), all **** broke loose. Airport Utility was unable to see my Airport Extreme router, after hours of rebooting computer, cable modem, router, and finally a hard reset of the Airport Extreme router, it is finally recognized by Airport Utility again.
Recreated network, iMac connects to the internet just fine, laptop (Macbook Air) connects to the network just fine, but will not connect to the internet. Network diagnostics does not help, it gets to the "do you have a router? If so, reboot" stage, and never seems to see the router.
Any suggestions?

What version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

According to your post, my understanding is that you failed to open external list.
Please change the External Content’s connection properties’ Authentication Mode to BDC identity.
Then launch the SharePoint 2013 Management Shell and run the PowerShell commands to remove the error.

When the page is submitted for approval by using SharePoint OOTB Page Approval Workflow, it takes quite long time and prompt error message as below.

It only happens in Internet Explorer version 8 and 9. IE version below 8 is not used in environment.
But it is working in Firefox.
