Resource dimension maintenance error

Hello Experts,
We have to maintain capacity of the vehicle for a variety of products. The company has a wide list with mix of goods which has different units of measure for them.
There is no one unit of measure to calculate the load of the vehicle. So we decided to maintain one unit of measure for the vehicle resource (in terms of % percentage) and maintain the conversion factor for each product in additional units of measure tab of APO. This was the idea to calculate the capacity of the vehicle for mixed loads & full loads.
So in vehicle resource master apart from MASS (kg) we maintained PROPOR ( proportion for %) the system complained that "Dimension PROPOR does not exist in dimension table for SAP liveCache".
Is there a way to maintain proportion in resource master or can you suggest another way to measure the vehicle load for the wide variety of materials.

BINDING.JCA-12510 JCA Resource Adapter location error in SOA 11g Suite

Hi,
I am just testing one simple SOA Application in SOA 11g Suite. Created a SOA Composite Application with one DB Adapter at designtime all worked fine with DB Adapter. But when I deploy the Application on the server I get the following error:
The JCA Binding Component was unable to establish an outbound JCA CCI connection due to the following issue: BINDING.JCA-12510 JCA Resource Adapter location error. Unable to locate the JCA Resource Adapter via .jca binding file element <connection-factory/> The JCA Binding Component is unable to startup the Resource Adapter specified in the <connection-factory/> element: location='eis/DB/soademoDatabase'. The reason for this is most likely that either 1) the Resource Adapters RAR file has not been deployed successfully to the WebLogic Application server or 2) the '<jndi-name>' element in weblogic-ra.xml has not been set to eis/DB/soademoDatabase. In the last case you will have to add a new WebLogic JCA connection factory (deploy a RAR). Please correct this and then restart the Application Server ".Do I need to jndi-name in weblogic-ra.xml if so what is the exact location. Any help is appreciated.

I did but still not able to connect now getting the following error. I went to the Weblogic Console, clicked on deployments, selected DBAdapter, clicked on configuration ,
and then I don't see outbound configurations instead it shows Outbound Connection Pools, Under Outbound Connection Pools tab I clicked on New and it asked to select Outbound Connection Group I selected the one that was already there (with JNDI eis/DB/SOADemo) and then created my JNDI which was added to the default Outbound Connection Group and in the end it asked to save the Plan.xml which I saved it under a new directory created under soa directory. But still am not able to connect.
How do I create my own Connection Group as don't want to use the defualt one out there.
After creating the JNDI Name it asks for saving the Plan.xml file. Where exactly we save this file. Are there any standards.
Why can't I update any properties when I click on the new JNDI name it takes to Settings for javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory --> Outbound Connection Properties but there I see a save buttn but I can't make any changes.

Is there any documentation that lists all these steps as I couldn't find it anywhere. The guide only talks abou DBAdapter but how to configure etc can't find any info. Any help is appreciated.

I have tried several times however it changes the role of primary DB to physical standby , which i again change to primary by "Alter Database Commit to Switchover to PRIMARY with session Shutdown;"

resources connection pool error in weblogic ????!!!!!

I have pl/sql webservice that call from C#.net .
After call webservice in .net the jdbc connection of weblogic do not close
AND in Webloic have resources connection pool error .
then .net can not call this web service ..

Getting 104 resource not found error, when deploying my first servlet

I am new to servlets, and after doing little home work i have created a small servlet but i am i getting http 104 resource not found error.
steps i followed:
1) installed pre-configured version of tomcat from http://www.coreservlets.com/Apache-Tomcat-Tutorial/.
2)created new directory called ch1 under webapps, created WEB-INF under ch1
3)included web.xml, classes in WEB-INF directly

7) i have uncommented(it comes preconfigured) the invoker part in web.xml.
I have tried including servlet in an package and without package
I am not sure if its problem with server configuration orelse problem with my file placing.
Please let me know if you have any idea what went wrong.

Essbase Dimension build error and Unable to Stop/Start Application

Hi All,
I am trying to build the dimendion in the ASO application it is throwing the Error meaasage " Dimension Biuld failed , ther may be problem in allocating memory".
While i am trying to and Start/Stop my respective Application it is throwing the below error meaasge
I tried to debug this issue by checking the Locked objects, and asked my Admin to close my sessions forcebully if any running and also checking all rules files . But i didn't get any clue/solution from them.

Thanks for your answer friend. My admin has successfully killed my session forcebully. And he doubted that i may not have enough rights to Stop/Start application and he provided me the required rights. After that also the error is repeating as below. we two are not getting where we went wrong.

Labview: resource not found error code 24 when building executable using 8.20 and dsc module

I am trying to build an executable and I keep getting and error and cannot seem to figure out what is wring. The whole error is "LabVIEW: resource not found. An error occured loading "interface 3.vi" Labview load error code 24: this vi cannot be loaded because it is broken and has no block diagram."
I am using LV 8.20 and DSC 8.2. I am trying to create an executable that has the web server running for using remote panels, i have netowrk published shared variables, connecting to a fieldpoint unit, and I am using the NI system tray icon vis to load the program to the system tray.
I have my shared variable library added as a support file, as well as the lvdsc.ini, and the tray icon files. I have sleected "Enable Enhacned DSC run time support" in the app builder, did not remove any type def,etc.
I cannot get the .exe to run on my development machine or another machine, I get the same error. I tried creating an installer that installed the 8.2 runtime, dsc,fieldpoint, variable engine and manager and MAX.
I could not find anything in the help files on the dsc, maybe someone else has some hints. thanks

Resource Gantt Chart - Error : Resourse with same ID "%1" already exists

Hi,
I have a requirement to have multiple periods per resource.
I have implemented the example in http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=36648:60. It seems only to cater for a single period.
The COLUMN_NAME ID in my query is not unique.
The following error in the chart is displayed:
Category: 1000
Error code: 1002
Message: Resourse with same ID "%1" already exists
Somewhere I'm missing something, and might be the late nights - Can you please advise?

Thank you for the suggestion. After setting parent_id to null, it still doesn't load. By using debug I'm getting a invald character to number conversion. Paring down the query to just basics, it still won't pass query validation:

I have to think it's the timestamps with timezone that are causing the problems since all other data is only numeric. I'll keep after it.

Resource not available error with tomcat 5.5.26

i have a problem with running my servlet on apache tomcat/5.5.26 in window xp enviorenment.
when i am running my servlet as typing URL http://localhost:8080/mukesh_test/mks , i am gettig error "
the requested resource(/mukesh_trst/mks) is not available
my servlet path is webapps/mukesh_test/WEB-INF/classes/mks.class
my web.xml is this

</servlet-mapping>1) To avoid confusion, I would not use mks for the <servlet-name>. It's a fake name internal to your web.xml file anyway, so be creative and use something like: Flying Tigers.

</servlet-mapping>The stuff between the <servlet-class> tags is wrong. You need to put the "fully qualified class name of your class" between the <servlet-class> tags. For instance, if your file mks.java (why are you using lower case names for classes?) does not have a package statement at the top of the file, then the fully qualified name of your class is: mks. On the other hand, if mks.java has a package statement at the top of the file like this:
package com.example;
then the fully qualified name of your class would be: com.example.mks. In addition, if you had that package statement at the top of mks.java, your .class file would need to be placed in the directory: .../mukesh_test/WEB-INF/classes/com/example/.

Resource not available error in servlet

This is my directory structure C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 4.1\webapps\VSG\WEB-INF and here i have in web-inf my web.xml which looks like this

Now i run my servlet in browser as
http://localhost:8080/vsg/myservlet
it gives me error that resource is not available.... any idea on this ???

Still, putting classes in a package is highly recommended. You can only access classes from another packages when you explicitly import it. As you cannot import from the default package, the classes in the default package remains unaccessible for classes in another packages (like the application server implementation classes).

Resource not available error for JSP application

Hi
i have developed J2EE - Web Module DC with JSP pages. I built the .WAR file of this application. Now I created J2ee - Enterprise application DC which references above WAR file and created EAR file. This EAR was then deployed on the server and RC was 0. but when i try to access the JSP page, it is giving me "The Requested Resource is not available".
this error comes only when i deploy the DC thru NWDI. if I deploy it directly from NWDS, i can access the JSP.
Please guide.

The Deployment is not successful, the activity associated with the deployment is still in import queue.
Check in http://<hostname>:<port>/TCS/Deployer and check in <namespace>_<trackname>_D and see if the activity is in import queue.
Trigger the deployment manually.

Requested resource not available error

I am using Apache Tomcat 4.1.31 and have JDK 1.4.
The default JSP and servlet examples that come with Tomcat are running,
but the problem is my own applications are not running. I have kept the application in the webapps directory but when I enter the URL for example for an application named 'myapp' saved in the webapps/myapp directory I get an error page displaying the following error message:
HTTP Status 404 - myapp/filename type Status report
message myapp/filename
description The requested resource (myapp/filename) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/4.1.27
the examples folder and myapp folder is in the same directory..
/usr/local/tomcat/webapps/
please help me..thanks in advance for your help..

do you error like this:
