Responsive gallery and DW template

I've been trying to find a way to add a "responsive image gallery" into my CS6 DW template.
Actually, I need to create around 100 image galleries - each gallery will have around 70 images.
I thought I had the answer with "JuiceBox" running the "script" thru CS6 PS and creating the gallery and posting that gallery with no modifications to the page - and it looked fine on my mobile phone (Kyocera Hydro VIBE running Andriod v4.3) - checked the page in the Chrome browser and whatever the un-named browser is that comes on the phone, looked great.
Page is at: http://www.wakeupgraphics.com/ici_tt/current/500/index.html
But the page I used/added the gallery onto with the DW template doesn't work right on my mobile phone.
Page is at: http://www.wakeupgraphics.com/ici_tt/current/500/index2.html
What's really odd is the DW page with the "JuiceBox" gallery in it looks fine on my desktop, in three different browsers. Reduce the browser window and it responds nicely.
I tried the "Apply Template" function in DW then tried using the "JuiceBox" steps for adding it to a DW page by putting in the "script" to the page.
Posted the resulting pages - Results were pretty much the same - doesn't work right on my mobile phone.
The gallery can not use "Flash" because of the issues with Apple mobile products.
I would rather not build them manually because of all the time it would take to do each.
Maybe this isn't the proper place to ask this question so maybe someone can point me to the right Forum.
Thanks,
Cliff

OK - on my mobile phone in the un-named browser, when the page first loads I have a large image that is "skewed" (either orientation) with the "Title" verbiage of the gallery and under it the verbiage "View Gallery" - when you hit/touch the "View Gallery" all images disappear including the "Nav-Menu" - an image from the gallery will show briefly when you touch the screen and then it disappears. You can "scroll" left and another image shows but again just briefly then disappears.
On my mobile phone in the Chrome browser it works somewhat but you really have to "fiddle" with it. In "Portrait" orientation you can see an image and "scroll" thru by "swipping" across screen but the "Nav_Menu" that shows doesn't respond when touched. However in the "Landscape" orientation the image covers the "Nav-Menu" when you hit/touch the "View Gallery".
It's very strange cause it all works great in any browser and any viewport (narrow or wide) on my desktop Mac

  • Missing Quiz templates from Gallery and Quiz Menu

    Looking for the Captivate 5.5 quiz templates. I've looked in the Gallery and the quiz folder is not listed. When I pull down the Quiz Menu in Captivate, the download quiz templates option does not display. Has something changed? Also unable to open templates downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/quiz.html. Recieve "could not open..." message when I attempt to open the cptx file.
    Thanks.

    Please, to be sure, could you check the version number (Help, About Captivate)?
    Those Quiz templates are not available in 5.0, and the fact that you cannot open the templates also would point to you using a previous version.
    Are you using the English version?

  • Windows 7 64 bit Dreamweaver CC 2014 & Lightroom 5: Trying to insert a lightroom web gallery into a template in Dreamweaver

    I am using a template for my website in Dreamweaver CC 2014. I installed a lightroom 5 web gallery into the template. I have an editable region where my main content goes that is where I inserted the web gallery. The main content css height is set at Auto. The web gallery shows up but only the very top half of the gallery. The whole web gallery wont push down the main content section so you can see the whole gallery. If I set the main content at height 700px then the whole gallery shows up, but because this is a template it screws up all my other pages because of the height setting. I need that to be variable. What am I doing wrong?

    Most likely that main content area also contains a floated element and you are not clearing the float before closing the main content container. Floated elements are removed from the normal flow. Being removed from the normal flow means that a container for that floated element does not regard the floated element as being in it, and will collapse around its non-floated content. To prevent this from happening you should clear the float before closing the container, e.g.,
    <div>
    <img src="very-tall-image.jpg" style="float:left">
    <p>some content</p>
    </div>
    This div will only be as tall as the paragraph tag requires, thus truncating the image.
    But here -
    <div>
    <img src="very-tall-image.jpg" style="float:left">
    <p>some content</p>
    <div style="clear:left;"></div>
    </div>
    This div will show the whole image.

  • Downloading and Installing Templates

    Aloha folks,
    I have a (hopefully) simple set of questions for the community here.
    How would I install templates for...
    Pages?
    Keynote?
    Numbers?
    I am looking up and downloading templates from this site: iworkcommunity.com
    The numbers templates are the biggest pain there. The folder in the zip file contains jpg's, Tiff's, previews, and txt files.
    To see what I mean, go to the site. On the home page, click "Pay Analysis. Analyze various aspects of renumeration" to download the file.
    I ask at the site itself, but I decided to post here because of a faster response time.
    Any ideas for this?

    Here I get the same behavior without Stuffit installed.
    Just rename the folder from
    Software Comparison  to
    Software Comparison.nmbtemplate

  • Web Gallery and iWeb

    There is a template in iWeb for albums, but not one for iPhoto Web Galleries. You can use the insert .mac web gallery option to get a web gallery onto a page, but is there a way to use the cool album template instead?
    It seems so odd that there isn't better integration between Web Galleries and iWeb templates.

    Yeah, I'm noticing this, too. Seems a bit of crap work, if you ask me.
    I'm kind of unimpressed with the new iWeb. A few "widgets" isn't really all that neat, and I'm shocked they didn't include some sort of iphone theme (like a theme best viewed on an iphone.)
    But this gallery thing is the most irritating.

  • Web Gallery and Client Feedback

    Hello,
      I'm using the Web Gallery in Bridge to quickly upload images to my clients and have them choose which ones they want.  The problem I'm having is that they view the image, then have to write the numbers/names down for each, then either write it down again in an email or call me.  It would be much easier to have a solution where the client highlights each image they want,(or write comments/questions) and then presses a button (in the gallery) that would either send me an email or something telling me what they want, thus automating the process.
    Is there a way to do this, or has it already been done?  I'm searching with no luck so far.  Thanks!

    Victoria,
    I would argue that a relatively high percentage of professional photographers would like to have this feature to be able to get feedback from clients. I don't agree that it would be generally considered bloat. Among commercial photographers, photo-journalists, and probably wedding photographers I would argue that the ability to create a web gallery that facilitates feedback from a client, or an editor's desk, has a greater level of value than does having 20 different gallery layouts with various transitions between slides, and cozy color palettes. I do see the value of that variety, but I'd like to see a little more utility also.
    Even Photoshop, up to version CS3, had the ability to make a gallery with feedback option. Each image in the gallery had a text box that essentially acted like a Submit button. All comments a viewer made were compiled in an email and the comments were tagged with the image number/name. The gallery was cramped and ugly, but the feature was very useful.
    While the TTG Client Response Gallery plug-in looks like it fits the bill, it also requires more of a learning curve than I would like. It also requires making sure my ISP has the correct version of PHP and the correct type of Apache server – certainly more than a basic HTML solution.

  • Would like project entry on Recurring JEs and Posting Templates

    From our customer:
    Version:  SAP 2007A PL 49
    Description of requirements: (When setting up recurring entries and Posting Templates there is no place to enter the project code.  There is a field to enter the distribution code.  For some monthly recurring entries such as vehicle insurance, we wish to record a project code on the recurring journal entry which represents the vehicle.
    Valid as of: (Not a legal requirement)
    Business needs: (We use project codes to record all expenses against a given area.  Automated postings such as recurring journal entries that do not post to the project codes jeopardize the accuracy of reports afterwards.)
    Examples: (When creating a new Recurring Journal Entry, there should be a field displayed that allows the user to enter a valid Project Code just like there is for Distribution (Cost Centre) Code.  Then when the Recurring Journal Entry is added on the proper date it will contain the valid Project Code.)
    Current Workaround: (Manually add the project code to the newly created journal entries after the fact.  Hard to find entries and high possibility to miss entries or make mistakes.)
    Proposed solution: (Please see response under Examples.)

  • Responsive gallery help (javascript issue?)

    I'm trying to add this responsive gallery to my site (http://tympanus.net/codrops/2011/09/20/responsive-image-gallery/) - I'm still working on customizing the style, but my main issue is that it's not responsive - I copied everything from the downloaded files, even tried with a clean HTML page when it failed to work within my site, but the gallery does not adjust when I resize the browser window.
    http://atenndesign.com/photos/cuba.html
    I'm not experienced in javascript but I copied those files and link paths as is... what am I missing?

    The gallery is responsive (you can test this by adding a small width to your <div class="content"> which will resize the gallery). However, your website is not. For the gallery to work, you need to make the rest of the site responsive by using % widths and preferrably no tables. There are a few posts about responsive sites in this forum or you can have a look here: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/responsive-web-design-guidelines-tutorials/

  • How do I get the Questions to show in the 'View Responses' TAB, and then show up in the Summary Report?

    How do I get the Questions to show in the 'View Responses' TAB, and then show up in the Summary Report?

    There are more than one Applications folders. At the root level of your system is an Applications folder for all users, where most installations go. Every user, including you, also has a separat Applications folder.
    Check all of them.

  • My iPod Touch 3rd Gen is having problems with the touch screen being unresponsive, too responsive, freezing and constantly resizing. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix?

    My iPod Touch (3rd Gen) is having problems with the touch screen being unresponsive, too responsive, freezing and constantly resizing. It varies between not responding when I tap the screen and acting as if I double-tap or tap and hold when I tap. Every so often it freezes for a minute or so and then comes back. The scren is constantly changing sizes too such that I often can't see most of the top status bar or other edges. This makes typing almost impossible, ruins most games and generally makes everything difficult, but otherwise the iPod is working correctly. Powering off, shutting down apps, letting it sit have not worked. This has happened once before months ago, but the issue resolved itself somehow. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix?

    Try this for the freezing

    Or if they don't work put it into recovery mode

  • Query designer report and Web Templates

    Dear All,
    I have a very basic/stup doubt.
    Are reports made through Bex Query Designer and Web Templates the same?
    Actually there is a following requirement:-
    "Navigate from a BW Web template to a PCUI application". I have a document related to it but it gives me step on how can i modify my web templates to achieve this functionality. But all my reports are made through query designer and it available to user through Web Dynpro portal.
    So i just wanted to know is Web Template and Reports made through query designer the same? So that i can implement the changes in my report.
    Thanks.

    Hi Anup,
    by using web templates we can use N number of data providers (Queries) for a single analysis view with various available options. - N number of Queries can be assigned to Web template to create a web report
    but by using the Query designer ,you can create a single report which may not provide sufficient information to the client and the number of features are less compared to web template.
    as you mentioned that you are using the web dynpro.
    i think the web dynpro requires the web reports as an iview and ths iview can be created by using the Query designer and or web app designer.
    so the most clear view can be given to client using the WAD reports

  • Gallery and iWeb

    I have some movies and photo albums published in my Gallery. I'm producing web sites using iWeb. I want to insert the photo albums and movies into pages. This works fine when I choose Insert>.Mac Web Gallery> and the appropriate movie. But I never get the option to insert a photo album. Anyone know anything about this?
    Thanks
    Jim

    You cannot use the images in the Web gallery directly in iWeb.
    But since the images are already on the server you can use the HTML Snippet to display them on your page.
    The images are stored on iDisk>Web>Sites>_gallery
    Then folders with large numbers.
    The URL to an image is something like:
    +http://web.mac.com/dotMacID/gallery/100678/IMG1999/medium.jpg+
    [Click for sample|http://web.mac.com/wyodor/_gallery/100024/Alfred-20E--20Neuman/medium.jp g]
    Use the [HTML img element|http://htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/special/img.html] and paste it in a HTML Snippet.
    <img src="http://web.mac.com/dotMacID/gallery/100678/IMG1999/medium.jpg" width="320" height="240">
    And 20GB is a lot of space for photos.

  • When I build a web photo gallery and upload to my server, the web page as displayed by browsers is blank.  With preview, insid Bridge, the slideshow works fine.

    I have been building web photo galleries with Bridge for a few years and everything worked fine until my latest two builds.  Now when I build a gallery and upload the folder to my web server, it's not getting displayed by browsers.  When you hit the index file of the gallery, the page is blank with no written errors.
    When I use the "preview in browser" feature in Bridge, the slide show works as expected.
    I'm creating the gallery and saving to my local hard drive.  When that's complete, I ftp the entire folder to the server and then point to the index.htm file.  I've been doing this for two years with good results.  All of a sudden, I can't get a gallery to display on-line.

    I am experiencing the exact same problem; the gallery displays and functions perfectly when viewed locally but not when uploaded to the web server. I am wondering if it is also a Dreamweaver issue as each time I upload I receive an error report e.g. some files did not upload et cetera.
