No, but if you really mean that the way you said it, I don't know that Print is the best way to this. If you haven't already, after selecting the images you want to get printed, try clicking the Export button in Book or Library module and then selecting format .PDF. Once you export the file to .PDF, try opening it where you saved it and printing from there, not in Lightroom but in Adobe Reader. If that doesn't help, here are a couple of videos that might--follow their instructions carefully with no shortcuts:

If Lightroom keeps closing even when you try all this, you may need to reinstall Lightroom because your copy may be screwed up.

Not seeing my metadata changes from Light Room 3 in PSE 8

PSE 8 is on my Mac.
LR 3 is on my PC.
I make changes to my image in LR 3 then choose "Save Metadata to File", then move the JPG to my Mac.
Go into PSE 8 and Browse using Bridge. Bridge *does* show my changes. If I open in RAW editor, changes there, too.
But if I open the file in PSE 8, no changes are there.
I would much appreciate it if someone could help me out. I cannot find anything via numerous google searches.

3. It is a JPG file.
1&2... I made several changes to my file (crop, tones, lighting, etc.) while in LR. Then, in LR, I chose "Save Metadata to File". When I open the file in PSE 8, I do not see any of the LR changes that I made. Instead I see the *original* file, with none of the changes that I made in LR.
However, when I use Bridge to browse the file, the thumbnail does, indeed, show the changes that I made in LR. I can tell because of the crop and drastic color/tone changes I made.
Moreover, if I open in the RAW editor from Bridge, the RAW editor also displays all the changes I made in LR.
Only when I open it in PSE do I *not* see the changes that were made in LR, even though the metadata is obviously saved to the file given the two points above with Bridge and RAW editor.

Emergency! i need help trying to print from light room

I need to be able to print 4 different images in 2x3 on 4x6 paper. I created a print package with 4 2x3's. but it keeps displaying the same image in all for 2x3's and just print is on 4 different 4x6s... help?

That is how a picture-package works. You can make a custom package and drag specific photos into each cell.

The port is determined by your Email Service Provider. So first off, who is your email provider?
Port 110 is not a standard port for sending. 25, 465 and 587 are the standard SMTP ports (sending) and 110, 143 and 995 are the standard POP/IMAP ports (receiving).

is there any way to export what ever the RAW file you are working on and export it to DNG with an option (compress or noncompress)?
I do not see this option from light room. I see it just compress it by default.

Having been through the year of beta testing and the pre-release testing phase I am pretty aware of all of the issues mentioned.
However I think that there are some dubious points stated here. Adobe didn't promise to incorporate everyone's feedback into v1.0. They certainly didn't promise to remove the pixel limit!
I guess there are some Windows problems, I don't use Windows so don't know the extent of them, so all I can do is use the Mac version to say: v1.0 is definitely faster. I have tested and timed certain actions and can categorically state that I have seen speedups in excess of 33x.
I have also seen the full requested features from users and can say that if all of them were implemented then a) the application would never have appeared and b) it would be the slowest app ever created.
Adobe obviously had a deadline to ship from when b4.1 was released, so they had to make judgments as to what to include and what to leave out.
Anyone who has been through the process of software development, which I assume Robert has, has to balance a set of features with what is practical to include for a given release date. Now they could have listened to Robert and made the application in his own image, but they took a reasonable selection of requests from the users and from the private users and implemented them. So a lot of all the features that were most requested were included. Shoots went, Spotting and Healing, Red Eye, more functionality in Library and Develop modes etc. He doesn't like the new crop tool for example, whereas I can many others love it and wish Photoshop had it!
I have used LR as a production tool since b3 and there are too many good things about it for me to swap, I don't feel locked in, I just like using the app. There are a few things I would love to have, but accept they will come in time.
It isn't a perfect product - I don't know anyone who would say that - however from my perspective it is a good, solid v1.0 release.
Robert you are obviously a very bitter man about Adobe, I don't know the full story, but all we ever hear from you is your bitterness. I guess you haven't realised that acting like that doesn't gain you any influence, quite the opposite. However I was surprised to find a bit of praise lurking in your posts (I went and re-read to make sure it was true) I guess there is a soft spot somewhere there after all :)

Light room 5.0 multiple pages printing issue

I'm facing strange issue with multiple pages print from Light Room to Pixma Pro-10 using Canon IJ XPS driver. (OS Win 7)
Every time when I want to print multiple pages, second and all others are shifted to green. It's also seen on Preview page - see below

It's a print of two exactly same images (created by virtual copy in Lr) only difference is a printing order (seen on bottom left) if I swap the printing order results is the same - second print is shifted.
Even if I make 8 copies of the same image and print it - 4 per page (2x2 pattern) all images on the first page is ok and all on second page are shifted.
I can'not imagine where should be a problem. Image is in sRGB color space. Color management managed by printer. Printing from other applications (tested with Irfan and ACDSee) seems to be OK.
It's not a startup problem - I already print numerous images without issue - its should be faulty settings somewhere - but I'm not aware of any color related settings change.
Disabling preview didn't help - second and next images are shifted
Color management in LightRoom is set to Managed by printer - which gives excellent results (for the first image)
Any other settings produces much worse images.

Some thoughts that may or may not be of any help:
1) To me the "green" image looks desaturated like a ProPhotoRGB image that is being printed with an sRGB profile. All images in LR have internal color numbers that have ProPhotoRGB-sized colorspace but a different gamma, irrespective of what the source image had for its colorspace, so the way you have things set, I would assume that LR is sending raw ProPhotoRGB-like data and the printer is doing a conversion, but erroneously only for the first page, somehow, whereas any other program that prints is sending sRGB data and it works every time.
2) What color management settings do you have set on the printer? Are they some sort of Automatic color or have you set a specific color profile to match the paper?
3) What happens if you have LR manage the color with a paper-specific profile set in LR and set the printer not to manage color? Does the first page print differently, then? Create smallish-sized prints on each page so as not to waste ink. This is the way I'd have LR and the printer setup, with LR doing the color-management and the printer not. You haven't said how you have your printer settings, so something that could be happening is LR is expecting the printer to do the color-management and the printer is expecting LR to be doing it, so its not working right.
4) A first page printing differently than the others can be a setting in the printer, to handle a cover-page differently than the rest, because it has different paper. I have no experience with your printer, but you might look to see if there is such a setting.
5) You haven’t said if you’re using any LR printing layout preset or not. If so then try printing without having selected one or select a completely different, standard one, and see if the problem clears up.
6) LR will remember the last printer and printer-driver settings that you used, so if the driver is updated but LR is remembering settings for the previous driver, then things can get messed up. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer drive. You can try installing another copy of the printer driver using a different name for the printer, that way LR’s saved settings shouldn’t be associated with that new name.
7) As a last resort, and only after reviewing various preferences you have set in LR, you can try to reset LR’s preferences, in case something is corrupted and causing problems. The way to reset the preferences is to exit LR and rename the preferences file to something without an .agprefs extension, then restart LR. If renaming doesn’t seem to be working, then move the .agprefs file to your desktop, temporarily. You can delete the preferences file, but it’s safer to rename it or move it, in case it doesn’t fix the problem, then you can rename or move it back and have all your old preferences back, instead of recreating all the non-default settings. Finally, is there a reason you’re using LR 5.0 rather than one of the newer versions, in case 5.0 has a bug that has been fixed in subsequent versions?

How do you transfer Creative Cloud (Light Room & Photo Shop) from your old Desk top to a new desk top

I have just got a new desk top and I am trying to work out how to get The creative Cloud programs I use (light Room and Photo Shop) off my old Desk top and onto the new desktop. Does any one know how to do this or have already done it, or do you have to cancel the subscription on the old PC and start a new subscription for the new PC.

You do not need to cancel the subscription. You can simply follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps which will help you to install the Adobe CC application on your new PC.
If possible you can also deactivate the license from your previous computer using the article: Activation & Deactivation Help.

Why does lightroom 5 do not read or can't find my raw files when I'm trying to import my images from my camera to light room

It just started happening out of the ordinary. I had a photo shoot done today. I came home plugged my camera usb to my mac lap top and tried to import my raw files as i usually do into light room 5 to edit my images. This time the same error message popped up stating it couldn't read or my files weren't found over and over again. Neither the new ones nor the old pictures was able to import them. Please Help!

I just bought Lightroom and have the same problem - MacBook Pro with OS X 10.10.1. LR actually displays the photos properly when previewing but fails when starting the import. Also, a couple of times it would start but would hang up. I think it may be a Yosemite problem. I was having trouble importing with Aperture too. The fail message from LR was:

I can copy the folder from the camera to my desktop and then import. That works but of course I shouldn't have to do that.

If you are using a standalone version of Lightroom, you may have updated with the CC-licensed update. That will not work. If this is your situation then it will be necessary for you to uninstall Lightroom and then install an update from a different website. Assuming that you are using Lightroom 5, this is where you need to download from:
Product updates
After you make the change you will be able to continue from where you left off. The switchover does not affect your images or your catalog.
