Restore Website ???

Hello,
I got a problem that is driving me craze. I wrongly deleted my "domain" file in the username/library/application support/iWeb/ folder. I also have deleted my entire website stored locally. However, my website is stored on iDisk and works well. Is there any way to restore my website locally based on iDisk data?

If you truly did delete your "domain" file in username/library/application support/iWeb/ then I'm afraid you will have to start again from scratch. The version on your iDisk is the "published" version. You need the original.
Please think seriously about a backup strategy. It's so easy to lose all your hard work. What if your hard drive were to fail or your house burn down? I have all my personal and business data backed up on a removable drive that is stored off-location.

I recently had to rebuild my macbook pro. I created a web site using iweb and have it published. I can i restore that website to be edited in iweb. it only gives me the option to start a new site. thank you.

As Tom pointed out you need the domain file. If you don't have it you'll have to rebuild from scratch.
Chapter 2.3 of the iWeb FAQ.org site has tips on using some of the published files in the reconstruction of the site.

Firefox is crashing and not allowing me to restore websites. it crashes multiple times a day.

I have pasted my crash signature from my most recent crash. This happens quite often in the past month or so. It will not restore my websites and it started out happening with the computer was idle. Now it is happening while I am working on something. I can't have this because i am a college student and I have to be online especially when I am testing.

Looks like a problem with the JavaScript compiler.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

Photo restoration service website, need a way for customer to upload photos to my site.

I have a digital photo restoration service in need of a website. Is there a webiste plugin that will allow customer to upload photo to my website for quote? Go Daddy, and Wordpress/MintThemes said it isn't something they support with their themes. Other photo restoration website have the upload option. Please advise.

DWT is not updating pages

Hi again,
I'm facing a problem that many people faced it seems like. My DWT, that use to update all pages successfully when I made it do so, is no longer updating them. It is doing that with two of my sites and it recently started happening after an Adobe update.

I have been all over google looking for a solution to fix this, and while many people posted that they were having a similar error, none of the solutions provided to those people helped me. Does anyone know why my files are no longer being updated by my DWT?

Some gestures have been removed in Firefox 4.
You can restore the zoom feature by changing the values of the related prefs on the about:config page.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

Wow! I think I had this same issue just last night.
I was cleaning my macbook pro retina on the outside. Then I opened it up and was wiping dust off the monitor and I can't pinpoint exactly when, but the colors changed suddenly. It looked super strange, it was like green halo's and it looked worse when looking at it at an angle. Of course I took no pictures!!! I was freaking out that my 2 grand laptop was busted and I somehow removed a protective film or something.
But I digress... The image looked very green and spacey, it was almost a neat effect. After about 5 minutes it started to look a little more digital though. There were straight lines of this halo effect on the edges and top. After about 10 minutes it turned into a predominate issue with the blacks on screen. I could open a web browser and it was unnoticable on a white background. After about 15 minutes, you could only barely see the green cloud effect if you looked at the monitor from an extreme angle. After about 20 minutes, it was completely back to normal, I almost feel paranoid like I see a halo or something strange. But I believe that might be all in my head now.
So yerp, lemme know what you guys figure out.

I am unable to access the app store and certain websites on my ipod touch. I already tried restoring nothing changed. Also it is post ios 6. Can anyone help?

Not sure what happened but after I downloaded iOS 6 to my iPod touch 4th gen i was unable to use the app store and go on certain websites like yahoo.com, cracked.com and other websites I ussually visit. On top of that the yahoo weather app does not update and always says it fails. I just restored my ipos and nothing changed. Does anyone have an idea of whats going on here?

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Update to the latest version of iTunes. Mac OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard) users may need to download iTunes 10.6.3.

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to performunauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials - Restore Whole RD Website On IIS

I Have Very Little Knowledge In IIS/IIS 7.5
Recently, I tried to add Spiceworks into my Small Business Server Website as a Sub Directory such as http://websitename.com/spiceworks
this did not work, but while doing this I have messed up the SBS Remote Web Access Site. I tried to remove and add the IIS Server Role in Server Manager, this gave no luck what so ever, I then tried to delete the Mac, Certificate and Default Web Site from
IIS MMC Snap-in and re-add them, they did not work and I'm not sure where they are located. I do not have Exchange OWA or Sharepoint installed, I only have Spiceworks running on it's own web server under port 9877 and all the Microsoft SBS Software from the
install.
I cannot not access any website including the Client Connect, Main Website and the Spiceworks website at all.
I don't really want to Format and Install SBS again as it was difficult to get it installed and I have about 1TB of data what would have to be moved else where. Is there any way on how I can restore the whole website back to a fresh install state?
And sorry, Backup Drive has failed so no backups currently.

Your post is somewhat confusing. To restore your iPad you use the iTunes application on your computer and connect your iPad. Select your iPad in the left column of iTunes on your computer and select General in the right column. You should find the restore choice there.

My history function, that keeps track of which websites I've visited by date doesn't seem to work anymore, how do I restore?
