Restored my phone and now i can not reactivate the phone
Was having problem with my 4s so I backed it up and did a restore back to factory settings. After the restore my phone and iTunes are both giving me server errors and I can't reactivate my phone. Before I call apple support I was just wanting to know if there was anything I could try differently.
You are listing the wrong iOS in your profile. What is the actual iOS on your device?
Settings > General > About: What does it say next to Version?

You need to use the credentials for the iCloud account that was used to turn on the Find my iPhone service.

If you've been walking around for 2 years with someone else's account set up for Find my iphone, then you'll have to get hold of that individual. If you can't, there is no way to bypass activation lock. -
My Mac will not allow me to downlode the latest iTunes and now I can not connect my phone and computer. THis is very frustrating! HELP!!!
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac". Write down what it says about "version"and report that here. Now continue to "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).
Even my 12 year old Mac lets me download the newest iTunes. Of course I can't install it but any computer can download the installer files so we need to know precisely what you are trying and what error messages you are seeing. -
I just upgraded my iMac to OS 10.8.5 from 10.6.8 and now I can not get the calendars on my Mac and my iPhone 4s (running iOS 8.3) to sync. I already tried replacing the calendars on the phone with those on my computer but nothing happened.

You'd only get that message if iOS 7.0 Beta was installed on this phone. There is no fix. Either return the phone for a refund, or give it back to your boyfriend & have him get it fixed. -

I have IMac 10.7.5 Lion I use I forgot the password and I did a few fixes from web sites, which did not work and now I can not get the computer to reboot the gray screen comes on with the apple and if a shift+c, I get a load bar and it goes half way and stops, I can get into the black screen area with the hard drive info

In the future it's a good idea to remember not to do something when you don't know what you are doing and what happens when you do it.

My daughter made an iMovie project using picures from her Camera Roll and then delted the pictures from her camera roll and now she can not export the project. Does anyone know of a way to still export this project?

Help I have put some folders from timemachine in the trash and now I can not empty the trash can. I now realised I took the wrong action to delete these folders duh! but i canot work out how to solve the problem I now have, can anybody please tell me what action to take?

Thank you for your reply. It did not work at first, I think there was just to much stuff. In frustration I held ctlr, alt and cmd keys down then empted the trash and it worked! I had to repeat the process several times as only a few folders were delt with at a time. but now are all gone.

I just got an Iphone 5, and it requested an update. I plugged it in and connected it to my home wifi and now I can not use it at all. The only thing that shows on the screen is the itunes symbol. I tried to hold the start button and the enter button, but that does nothing. I have pictures and videos on the phone, is there any way to retrieve them?
Plug it into your computer and restore it. It is in recovery mode. Anything that was on the phone is already gone. If the pictures and videos were not backed up, then there is no way to retrieve them.
