Restoring iPhone 6 from iPhone 5s backup

I have a major problem with my iPhone 6. Until today i had a 5s. Last full backed up a few days ago. Today, my father wanted to swap his 6 with my 5s because he can't use it. I connected his 6 to my mac and he started to sync (the iPhone 6 was never synced/backed up) so i quickly disconnected it because i was afraid if getting the contacts mixed..
i created a new user profile on my mac and synced the 6 there. Then erased it. Then erased the 5s and synced it with the backup made on the new profile. Then returned to my initial profile on my Mac to sync the 6 with the backup made on the 5s, but i simply could not. I only get my contacts and some pictures and buy no applications nor music. It s like it is a different library. And i think i get my contacts because i had them in my iCloud account.
The backups of my 5s are still on my laptop, i can find them in the backup zone / all backups @ iTunes but when i connect it and try to shift restore i can only find a backup made by the 6 after i tried to restore with my backups..
The backups of the 5s where encrypted.
What can i do?

Keep in mind that iTunes Backup doesn't create a duplicate back up of your movies, music, podcasts, and apps. When you back up, your media content is synced from your primary computer using iTunes.
When you restore a backup, your media (including playlists) is not yet restored to your device. You’ll need to sync the new phone with your iTunes library to transfer over all of the media content.
