There are two iphones on my account. Is it possible to restore my iphone from the other phone's backup? Could something go wrong if i tried this?

If your sole purpose is to recover an app, no restore is necessary. I'm assuming that since it is a texting app, it assigns you a phone number or username or something like that. If so, simply re-download from the App Store (you won't have to pay again), and sign in with your username/phone number/whatever you use and everything should be there.
If you conversations are NOT there, then we can proceed with the backup. Best of luck

I read another topic that said if I can access to" PRIVATE folder in my Iphone 5 then I should go to var and then keychin then if I delete a file in there ; Finally I can restore my Iphone 6 to my backup without pass!!

Yes, just install the Find my iPhone app from the AppStore and sign in using the AppleID of the lost phone.

If you had Photo Stream enabled with your iCloud account settings on the iPhone, photos in the Camera Roll should have been transferred to your photo steam automatically when the iPhone was connected to an available wi-fi network.
Your photo stream is not available when logging in with your iCloud account with a browser on a computer.
Why were the photos in the Camera Roll deleted?
Photos/videos in the camera roll are included with your iPhones backup. If your iPhone's backup has not been updated since the photos were deleted from the camera roll, you can try restoring your iPhone from the backup.

If you've previously synced the pictures to a computer (as is generally advised to archive them), then they are gone, unless you have backed up the device to itunes or icloud. If so, you need to perform a restore:

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your phone. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your phone is new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

Photos that were synced from a computer won't show for copying to a computer. If you want to copy them back then you will need a third-party app on your phone such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to a device, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer (e.g. their dimensions might be different and their colours may look a bit different).

What a dumb decision. It would seem sensible that a mobile visitor to me.com should be able to proceed to the "regular" website and check mail, etc., through the web interface. You might be (as I tried, yesterday) vising the site through the browser on your wife's iPhone, which is already set up with an account there (and it would require cancelling her log-in and completely resetting her iPhone to proceed on the path Apple now requires!), or ya might be using a friend's iPad (my next attempt, a few minutes later!), or etc. etc. etc. Ooops! Brick wall! No options.
Seems like a counter-productive decision, one that's certain to be counter to common-sense needs and goals of Apple users; I can't be the first person to find this dead-end to be frustrating and contrary to expectations. Okay, I have my rant finished, now.
