Hi! actually i wana describe u from start. Before two days, when my (iphone 4) battery was low & then my iphone shutted down after that when i plugged it with the charger, my iphone starts & the apple logo came but after few seconds my iphone shutted down & then again restarted then again the aaple logo came & then iphone shutted down. Then i attached my iphone with iTunes, the iTunes told me that u have to restore ur iphone. iTunes retored my iphone for once for two hours. After that on my iphone, iTunes logo came & after that my iphone is not starting still the iTunes logo is aapeared on my iphone. Im very tens. Please tell me whats this problem & how can i solve this..?

okay. I forgot my iphone password so Im planning to restore it.
but before that, i have to make sure that ALL my files will be save when I click the Restore button on iTunes.

I am not completely certain I understand your question, but it is of little consequence. If you forgot your password the only way to recover is to restore your iPhone from its backup. There is no other alternative.
By restoring it, your iPhone will be restored to the exact same condition that existed when it was last synced with your computer.

Problem with iPhone and iPad keyboard shortcuts

When I try to access the keyboard shortcuts in either my iPhone 6+, iPad 3 or iPad Air, the sequence Settings>General>Keyboard>Shortcuts causes the devices to go back to the Home Screen. I spent several hours in a chat with Apple Support, had to go through an iTunes back up on the iPhone and restored it to "new phone" and it fixed the problem on the iPhone, but not on the iPads. Chatted again today with Support, tried hard reset (press both buttons till Apple logo appears) on the iPad 3 and I could access the shortcuts. Did the same on the iPad Air with no luck.
Now, one hour after second Support chat, none of the devices can access the shortcuts. There must be a problem with iCloud for this to be happening on all 3 devices.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I got like the same problem, last days I get message to restore my iPhone, so I did it yesterday and it work very well. In the afternoon I saw that at top in the left corner show invaild sim card or so (only knew the german version). so I restore it again but now it won`t activate after I enter SIM-PIN and it accept it, it shows "No Service".
Anybody can help? My Carrier is o2 Germany.

The iPhone is in Recovery Mode, generally the iPhone will have to be restored to get it out of recovery mode.
