Restrict data to after Business hours only...

hi all,
I am trying to ascertain how many services calls are logged to a particular workgroup made after business hours i.e. after 6.00 pm(18:00hrs) and before 7am (07:00hrs), each day for past 2 months.
so how do i restrict the data only between these times.
i am confused as 7.00am fall on the next day early morning.??? thus data is restricted to from 6 in evening to 7:00 hrs next day in morning.
any inputs or ideas will be highly appreciated mate..
regards
abhi.

Use a record selection formula that ONLY pulls times (hopefully you have a date time field) that are between 6pm and midnight OR between midnight and 7am.

  • Shut down WLAN after business hours

    Hello,
We have recently deployed a vWLAN controller (AIR-CTVM-K9) and AIR-CAP2602I-A-K9 access points at all our sites.  Since we are a retail operation I want to make the WLAN unavailable after business hours.  The Cisco sales promo material mentions this as a capability but I can't find any supporting documentation.
How would I set this up?

There are several methods to achieve this and this depends on how your network is setup and how much technical skills you have:
    1.  MS AD:  You can specify time and dates when authentication happens;
    2.  Cisco EnergyWise:  You can specify what time of day(s) to enable the Cisco switch to provide PoE to the AP.  When specified, the switch will disable power to the port.
    3.  You can enable time-based ACL to disable the dynamic interface of your AP.  Your AP will still be able to broadcast the SSID but it will NOT accept any clients (or the clients will get 169.X.X.X IP addresses).
    Finally,
    4.  If you have WCS/NCS or Prime Infrastructure, you can specify the time and date when the radio of the APs go up or down.

  • Downloading Mountain Lion on Mac Book Pro with max RAM and after 20 hours only 1.50Gb downloaded of 4.37GB. What gives?

I have a MAC Book Pro with maximum RAM added and tried to download Mountain Lion and after 20 hours only 1.50GB downloaded of 4.37GB. Very slow and set my machine not to sleep overnight or anything. Should I give up and stick with my snow leopard?

I think that since Apple just released the Mountain Lion 10.8.2 Update and iOS 6, their download servers are being somewhat overloaded.  It may pay to try again in a day or two after things calm down a little.  It also depends on where you live and how fast your ISP download speeds are.
    Hope this helps

  • Is there apple support chat available after business hours

I need to reset my security questions for iTunes because I forgot the answers and it is after business hours do I have to wait until morning
    to get help?

    many thanks.
Downloading goes through the installation process, but then stalls with the message that "Apple Application Support" is missing.
With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
    http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you?
If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

  • Data between Date Range with Business Days only

    Hi All,
We have a requirement that we need to retrieve data between a data range, providing From date and To date as input.
We also have the option to Include Business Days Only through a check box which will be passed to CR 2008 through a report frame work.
Can some one help me how to display the report data within the Date Range entered and that includes only Business Days.
Thanks in advance for the help.
    Regards,
    Naresh.

try this formula. Lets if your date range parameter is {?date} then try this formula
    @startdate:
    if datepart('w',minimum({?date}))=7 then
    minimum({?date})+2
    else if datepart('w',minimum({?date}))=1 then
    minimum({?date})+1
    else
    minimum({?date})
    @enddate
    if datepart('w',maximum({?date}))=7 then
    maximum({?date})+2
    else if datepart('w',maximum({?date}))=1 then
    maximum({?date})+1
    else
    maximum({?date})

  • Cisco WLC with ISE - need to restrict access during non-business hours

    Hello,
We have a requirement to turn off our wireless during non-business hours.  We have a 5508 WLC with ISE.  What is the best way to accomplish this task?
    Thank you in advance.
    Beth

Aside from Steve's respond, there are several methods of doing this and this will all depend on how complex your network is and how technical you want to do this.
    1.  As what Steve said, use PI and you can define several schedules when to turn off/on the SSID;
    2.  If you have corporate access, you can use AD to schedule non-business hours;
    3.  If you have Cisco PoE switches, you can enable EnergyWise to power off the APs;
    4.  If you manage your core network, you can enable time-based ACL to disable the default gateway of the dynamic interface which is attached to your SSID.
The most "destructive" method is option #3, because there are chances that your AP won't power up properly, if not power up at all.

    Hello Everyone all right?
I'm trying to block access to OWA for external users except for a group of AD users that will be allowed

    hi all,
I created a package that run circularly which begins from a odiwaitfordata(wait for the flag to be 1) and ends to it . But when i update the flag to be 1 24hours after the package started, the odiwaitfordata did not detect the flag change.
    my environment is:

    the command of OdiWaitForData :
    OdiWaitForData "-CONTEXT=GLOBAL" "-GLOBAL_ROWCOUNT=1" "-LSCHEMA=ORACLE_PANORAMA" "-POLLINT=1000" "-SQLFILTER=FLAG='1'" "-TIMEOUT=0" "-INCREMENT_DETECTION=NO" "-TABLE_NAME=ODI_STATUS_TABLE" "-OBJECT_TYPE=T"
Did the parameter POLLINT(1s) too small?
plz try to help me , thanks a lot!
ps:the same problem happened on odifilewait.

I wrote a program to do this job instead of using ODIFileWait.
The program waits for the trigger file infinitely and uses the command "startscen" to run the etl procedure.
The trigger file is created by "crontab".
Still don't know why ODIFileWait ODIWaitForData can not run infinitely after started...

  • CUIC Custom Report for Business Hours for Weekdays Only

Customer wants a UCCX custom report which we are building with CUIC Premium.  The one criteria we are having issue with deals with the ability to selects days of the week BUT only with specific hours of the day for each of the days selected.  So customer want to be able to run the report for Monday to Friday but from 8AM to 5PM for each of those days, so essentially during business hours only.  The built in Absolute Date Range does not work because that would run the report starting Monday at 8AM until Friday at 5PM.
    Thanks,
    Dan

    dicharville,
Our 3rd party solution lets you produce historical reports by "shifts" by each day.  In your case each day agents having the shift of 8 - 5.  Let me know if you would like to discuss in detail how our solution can accomplish this and more.

  • How to Calculate End-Date for a given Startdate in business hours without holidays

    Hello Experts,
I need to create a plsql function where we need to determine end date for a task. For this, input will be only start date & number of hours allocated for that task. Based on this input we need to exclude Business hours & need to include only Business hours. and in the end we need to achieve the end date after the hour addition to the start date.
    Example : INPUT: 03-OCT-2013 12:00:00 PM /
                                  Hours Allocated 30 Hrs.
Business Hours - 11 AM to 9 PM.
So time starts from or Startdate is Friday 03-OCT-2013 12:00:00 PM.
So If I want to calculate the end-date by adding 30 hours to it, it should come WednesDay 09-OCT-2013 12:00:00 PM because I excluded Weekends & considered only business hours that is 11 am to 9 pm.
I am not able to get any such guidance in Internet as most of the docs are having start & end date as input.
    Please help!
    Thanks in advance !!

    Hi,
As Christ said, there's no nuilt-in Oracle function to tell whether a given DATE is a holiday or not, partially because there's so much local variation in holidays.  You can write a function like that (see http://forums.oracle.com/forums/message.jspa?messageID=3351081 ), but creating a table will be simpler and more efficient.
I suggest creating a row for every date, whether it's a work day or not; that way, you can have variations in the schedule (e.g., schedule changes and
    partial holidays).
    CREATE TABLE  work_calendar
    (   dt  DATE       PRIMARY KEY
                       CONSTRAINT  work_calendar_dt
                           CHECK (dt = TRUNC (dt))
    ,   day_type       VARCHAR2 (8)  NOT NULL
                       CONSTRAINT  work_calendar_day_type
                           CHECK ( day_type IN ( 'HOLIDAY'
                                               , 'WEEKEND'
                                               , 'WORK DAY'
    ,   start_time     DATE
    ,   end_time       DATE
    ,   work_hours     NUMBER
,   work_hours_since_1970     -- or some point earlier than you'll ever need
                       NUMBER
    ,   CONSTRAINT  work_calendar_start_time
            CHECK ( TRUNC (start_time) = dt)
    ,   CONSTRAINT  work_calendar_end_time
            CHECK ( TRUNC (end_time) = dt)
This will let you do a lot of the calculations you need without a function.

  • Error 1200323 after long hours of running business rules?

    Hi all,
I am experiencing some problems with running business rules....
I got a sequence which includes about 20 business rules to run....
After several hours of running this sequence, it shows the errorcode: 1200323, which said that "Error parsing formula for [REGION DEFINITION] (line 1): expression expected after [(].
However, worst of all, this error does not always happen. Sometimes, I could run this sequence successfully without any error happening.
Any one experienced the same problem before?
Any suggestion are welcome and appreciated....
    Thank you,
    Casper

I also play a 3d video game from time to time while in the Windows 7 Bootcamp mode, and it appears the problem happens sooner when doing that.
You have a defective video card, take it in for service.
Run a hardware check by holding the d key down (for a long time) when rebooting, wrtie down what it says if anything.
If you didn't buy AppleCare, you have 1 year from the day of purchase to do so, it's highly recommended as the iMac's all in one design is prone to issues with heat, and it's not modular so one part goes down requires the entire machine to be brought in for service.
IMO, I never recommend a iMac expect to very light desktop consumer type users, heavy business users I recommend a MacPro this way they can switch parts and keep on going, unless they are a rich buisnes that can afford to have another iMac on standby.
