Restrict iExpenses to credit cards only?

We are implementing iexpenses for credit card transactions and due to the nature of our business we want to keep the credit card processing and cash & other expenditure separate. Does anyone know if it is possible to configure iexpenses to allow expense reports to be created for credit card transactions only and remove the option to add cash and other expenditure expenses to the expense report?

Log into your child's iTunes Store account and follow the instructions in this support article to get to the account information:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1918
and select "none" for the payment method.
Regards.

  • I don't have a credit card (only debit cards), how do I add my kids to our family share?

I keep getting an error that I need to prove I am an adult and add a credit card to my iTunes account. I don't have credit cards, only debit cards, and that doesn't seem to be acceptable. Any help would be appreciated.

That doesn't seem like a good system. Is there any alternative?
Not that I know of. You could do it the old way and simply share the same Apple ID for family purchases.

  • IExpenses Corporate Credit Card Remittance file

    Hi,
We are implementing Corporate Amex Credit Card in our iExpenses.
I would like to know what is the process to generate the remittance file to send back to Amex?
    Thanks,
    Senthil

yes, I have checked it already. But it only explains how to process the transaction file from Amex and make the expenses available in the expenses screen to the user.
But my questions is, once the employee classifies the expenses as business / personal, we need to finally send the remittance to Amex. How to generate this file ?

  • Firefox do not open certain pages, it send me a form asking for my credit card, only on certain pages, like facebook, piratebay etc

When i write www.facebook.com, and press enter, it say that my account is blocket, and ask for my credit card number and all the data in credit car, name, address, etc. but I can login to facebook with IE and Chrome, when i tray to write the www.piratebay.se is the same problem, only in firefox.

It sounds as though you have some malware or prank software. It could be an add-on, or it might be external to Firefox.
Let's start here. Open the following page and disable ALL nonessential extensions. By nonessential, I mean you cannot use the internet without it.
orange Firefox button ''or'' classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions category
Then restart Firefox and test again. Any improvement?
I assume you run full-time security software. These two free tools are highly regarded for supplemental scans for anything your regular software might have missed:

  • ITunes Match with credit card only?

    Hey!
I just wanted to register for iTunes Match, so I started iTunes on my MacBook and hit the Button, when there was that message that said I would need a credit card to continue. Unfortunately I already bought some gift cards to pay iTunes Match. So my question is: Do I only have to deposit the credit card or do I also have to pay with it??
    Thanks for your help!

Note: You may use store credit to pay for your iTunes Match subscription however a valid payment method must still be on file at the time of sign up.

  • HT1918 I have changed my billing information and updated credit card info as it had expired but using same credit card only had to update the expiration and it still says its not the same that is on the account and i updated the account , still cant buy a

I have tried to update my billing and account information which I was able to but in the billing section it keeps saying that the info doesnt match the bank info and the only thing was that the credit card had expired and I am still using the same one but cant buy a song, keeps saying its not correct.

Ok, so I finally got help on this issue.  Basically, I had tried to edit my credit card information, and it secretly locked my account.  After finally getting a hold of a representative through the chat service on the support site, I was able to get this fixed.  I had been previously helped by someone through e-mail, but that was a complete waste of time.  Go for the chat service, it's a million times better.  They were able to release the secret block on my account...from trying to change my own information so that I could change it and be on my way.  Anyway, I hope this helps.

After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".

You have to enter your credit card number and some amount would be debited from your account(60 rs in india)
After registration, You can Go to
    1 Settings
    2.Itunes&App Store
3.Click on your apple id .
    4.Select View Apple ID
    5.Slecet Payment Info
And You can find NONE here.
Please select NONE to delete your credit card numbe r from the list
But While registering you cant find NONE, you have to enter the cc number.

Among these all payment cards setup, I want to restrict and show only a few for US Sales Org and rest of them for UK sales org. as a selection option to the user. Is there a BADI which I can use to put such restrictions or it is going to be a UI specific development i.e. a seperate code for ISA, Web UI, SAP GUI etc.

  • How can i set up a apple id account for my child without a credit card?

Hi i have set up family sharing but now want to set up a apple id for my daughter. i have attempted to do this but i do not have a credit card only my visa debit card or visa electron. I was wondering if there is any way i can set one up for her ipod with just one of my cards? I really dont want to lie about her age just to create one
    Thank you

    Hey Sonn.80,
Creating an Apple ID for a child requires the use of a credit card for your payment method in Family Sharing. See this article -
Family Sharing and Apple IDs for kids - Apple Support
    Specifcally -
Before you begin, make sure that you're using a credit card as your iTunes Store and App Store payment method. To comply with child online privacy protection laws, you will use the CVV or security code from a valid credit card as part of providing your parental consent. If the card on file is a debit card or another payment method, you’ll be asked to provide a credit card before you can continue. After you create the child's Apple ID, you can change your payment method back to a debit card.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
    Be well,

  • HT204266 How can I remove my credit card information from the app store?

How can I remove my credit card information from the app store?  I would like to have an account without the credit card information.
I would like to put in my credit card only when I am ready to purchase.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your phone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.
    Changing payment info : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1918
If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen then do you owe iTunes anything or have any pre-orders/subscriptions due : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5366 ?

  • Can't seem to register my credit card..need some help

hi, i'm trying to register my MASTERCARD credit card on my itunes appstore but i keep getting the error message "your payment method was declined. please enter valid payment method information." i have checked my credit card information as well as the billing information numerous times already but i don't see anything wrong with the infos.
i did a searched around the forum and someone posted that there might be some problem with the bank or credit card company so i called up the credit card company to see if they have set any restrictions to my credit card and everything checks out ok and i'm still having the same problem. i even tried to register a new account but this time using my brother's credit card but same problem. by the way, i'm from the philippines and i did choose "philippines" as the country in the appstore.
    any idea what's going on?

I doubt anything is wrong with your card, it's probably on Apple's end.
