Restrict Maximum recipients in single mail

Dear Sir,
i have default maximum recipients setting is 5000 per mail. i want to change it with selected like 200 recipients per mail.
but it will affect with external to internal mail recipients?
when i am sending mails to all users then it also affect?/
then how to configure?

Set-Mailbox -Identity "John Smith" -RecipientLimits 200 then it affect all users distribution group??

4. As inquired, when sent from SunMail to/copying multiple addresses, the outgoing email is replicated as many as the number of addressees
(For example, if you are sending an email to 10 people, the email is sent as 10 emails)
In the Exchange system, email to multiple recipients is replicated in the Top Mail Server. But in SunMail, such email is replicated to 10 emails when being sent.
We want SunMail emails to remain as a single email when being sent and only to be replicated to each recipient in the Top Mail Server.
This may be dependent on the specs of mail software, which means it may not be able to fix, but please confirm.

The "top mail server" is just some postoffice product, appliance type mta for sendmail.
Is there anyways to pass along the email without expanding the recipients into individual mails?

From a strictly performance/storage perspective it makes no sense to "replicate" an email and the MTA goes to great lengths to avoid such replication where possible. Kelly has pointed out one scenario where replication will occur ("single" channel keyword) but this is not enabled by default (for good reason). There could be other causes e.g. conversion channel or sieve filters or spam filtering that operates at the envelope recipient level.
So if this "replication" behaviour is occurring in the old environment then without understanding why it is occurring you cannot assume it won't occur in the new environment -- especially if you are copying across the old config files.

Is multiple recipients allowed for mail type workitem?

I have one "Send Mail" step in my workflow, I want to send the mail to multiple recipients, one of the recipient is &_WF_INITIATOR& the workflow initiator which is dynamically determined at runtime and other recipients &RECIPIENTS& of the mail are determined by application. So can I set the recipients of this "Mail" with expression like this:
&_WF_INITIATOR&;&RECIPIENTS&, split them with ";" like outlook?

If I am not wrong, RECIPIENTS is a MULTI LINE CONTAINER ELEMENT which gets determined from the Application. Why dont you add your WF_INITIATOR logic also to that Application logic, so that RECIPIENTS contain the WF_INITIATOR also?
You cannot set Mail Expression as :&_WF_INITIATOR&;&RECIPIENTS&.
You can only set only one Container(single/multi line) Element for each mail step.

I have no idea which component you're talking about. If want to discuss here about a non-Sun JSF component, then please mention about the name, version and build in detail. You can also consider posting this question at the website/forum/mailinglist of the component manfacturer rather than here. At least I can tell you that the Sun JSF h:dataTable has the 'rows' attribute for that. I can also suggest you to just take a look in the TLD documentation of the component in question. There should be all possible attributes listed with a detailed explanation about the behaviour.

I have read that I can't create groups, but how to select multiple recipients in iPad mail?
I was looking for this when setting up for two new people who are going to have the iPad as their only device.. and they do need to email a bunch of people at once..

You can select multiple contacts by tapping on the + sign in the upper right corner in the To: field when you are typing a new email. Just keep tapping the + sign and your contacts will pop up in a window. Select the contact that you want to add, repeat the process in order to add as many recipients as you want.
There are other mail apps that let you creat groups and email to those groups.

Hi all
I am sending the PDF generated to a particular mail recipient using the bursting options.
There is requirement in which I have to attach two different PDF's to the mail. These multiple attachments should go in a single mail. Please let me know how we can achieve this.

Maximum number of "Single values" accepted in "Multiple Selection"

Hello gurus. I wonder if you could help me with this.
You know how in transactions like the Data Browser (SE16), you want to look up records in a table, for example MARA.
If you want to list only individual values, then you can press the yellow arrow to the right of the fields, and this opens the "Multiple Selection" window. In it you can add single values, ranges, etc.
My question is, what is the maximum number of single values that you can put in here?
For example, sometimes if I put like 5000 lines, instead of getting a result I get an ABAP runtime error that reads:
Runtime errors DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL
Exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
"Error in the module RSQL accesing the database interface".
But if I put around 1500 or less, then I don't have that problem. It lists the results just fine.
How do I know what the maximum number of lines these functions allow?

Multiple PDF Sending via single mail

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement in which when the user runs a report, he could get many invoices. We need to send all the invoices in the list converted to PDF and sent all the PDF(Multiple) to the sold to party mail ID.
If the Size of the PDF attachment exceeds we need to send as multiple mails.
I have only the invoice number and output type from the report. ITs not a print program there is no Close_form to get otf_data.
Is there any function module to convert a invoice to OTF then to PDF. ?
Is there any function module to send Mutiple PDF(MIN of 10) attached in a single mail ?

If you want to send multiple attachments in a single mail then i would suggest to use
CL_BCS for achieving it.
Look at standard program BCS_EXAMPLE_6 for more clarity.
There you find this statement of code
document1 = cl_document_bcs=>create_document
After creating one document using this you can use the same statement again and create another document.
document2 = cl_document_bcs=>create_document
Both documents should have different name.
Then use
send_request->set_document( document1 ).
send_request->set_document( document2 ).
This will attach both the documents to a single email.
