Restrict particular account values in total

Hi Gurus,
               Requirement is I want to display the amounts and quantity of particular profit center and GL Account, but shouldnt be added in the total.
I have a report, each profit centers contains group of GL Accounts. For every profit center I want to restrict particular GL Account in the total calculations but I want to display the records. I tried to exclud the GL accounts in the selection, but this is not displaying amounts, quantity records as well.
            Please give me your valuable advise.

Thanks for your reply, but could you tell me how it is possible with Cell Editor. Using Macros I think it is possible but I am not good with VB macros. Please if possible could you give me sample code so that I can write rest of the logic.....

How to restrict two employees from viewing each others' activities in a particular account?

Dear Experts,
I have a scenario here and request your kind input to bring a solution to it.
I have two sales org. in one company. One is SO1 and other one is SO2. I want to restrict the sales employee of SO1 and SO2. Both of them are working in the same national account. I don’t want the SO1 sales employee to see what the SO2 sales employee does in that particular account; and the vice versa. So, it’s just restricting the view of particular account for both of them. Is it possible in CRM? If yes, how do you do that?

This can be done by using authorization profiles. Here we need to crete two Authorization objects separately such a way that each of them should be allowed to one sales organization. And then assign these Authorization objects to users, based on their sales organization(Your requirement).
You need to reach your Basis Consultant and explain the scenario.Basis people can easily do this.

How to put column value in total by that particular column?

Hi All,
I am not able to put the column value in total by colunm in a pivot or table view.
Eg. like below
Total by Branch *1* 12345
Total by Branch *2* 45678
I can edit the caption and put "Total by Branch" but unable to display the coumn value 1 or 2.

Hi ,
GO to pivot view and you can find column option like (no Total) click this option we can find none,before,After options.
You can apply after option in you pivot column.
I am not sure this is what your looking so far.

XK03 can be restricted by account group in order to prevent general users

Hello Gurus,
Please advise, if XK03 can be restricted by account group in order to prevent general user population from displaying employee data ?
I understand that XK03 has auth object F_LFA1_GRP for account group in which I restricted with 03 and particular account groups but still the test is failing because the test user is able to view employee data.
Please suggest..

By your last update, do you mean auth group or account group? If you are talking about auth group then this auth object F_LFA1_BEK (XK03) has auth group.
I checked the F_LFA1_GRP is active in SU24. Is there something which i need to look in F_LFA1_BEK for particular auth group after restricting the auth object F_LFA1_GRP with account group ?

MM-Restrict particular Mat type for specific Doc type

How to restrict particular material type in particular Purcharasing document type...

Go to OMS2 and Select Material type and in Internal / External Purchase Orders and in External Purchase Order tab Set the Value 0 No External Purchase Orders allowed and Save.
I dont know how far we can Control this for a Particular Document type.
Coz if you Set this this will be applicable to all Purchaisng Documents

    I want to restrict the Null values of a perticular key figure in the Bex Query Output.
I will explain in details. i have 3 key figures in my query.. let us assume.. key1 key2key3

i don't want to see the the records for which key 2 is 0.
we have a setting in the Bex Query for restricting the Zero values in the query properties. If we enable that setting it will show

but i want the report to display..

0               1           10.00
can any body guide me. <b>i want to display the values if key2 <> 0.</b>

How do I download an app to a restricted kids account when I can only get it to show in the administrator's account?

I downloaded the LEGO minifigures game for my kids, but it isn't showing up in their restricted kids account. They are playing in the administrator's account but I want to move it to the kids account. Any idea how to do that?

Mende1 - Thank you for the response. I have the kids account set up where they cannot access the apps and websites from the administrator's account. I set up the kids account when I bought the Mac and I don't know how to edit the restrictions on it. It was specifically set up as a "kids account" with preloaded content from apple like access to nickolodean, PBS kids, etc...
My problem is with these restrictions I couldn't put the game on the account. It ended up in the administrator's account. Now I don't know how to move it over there the the restricted kids account.
Funny story: I left my 6 year old in from of the game and he came and found me and he said he was having trouble. He was somehow on my paypal page with my populated username and password with a $40 charge. I cancelled before the charge was submitted but I was one click away from some 6 month LEGO membership!

We are implementing ESS business package. In the Record Working time, within the Weekly View and Daily View tabs, there is a column Att/abs.type which has several drop down values - like: floating value, Funeral Leave, Military Reserve, Regular Attendance, etc. Our requirement is to restrict the dropdown values by means of showing only one of these values (say: Regular Attendance) and others should not be shown. How do we achieve this?

How to restrict the duplicate values in lov column of VO based Adv Table

I want to restrict the duplicate values at lov which is a colunm in an Adv Table.
If user enters duplicate values then first it should show an error msg that Duplicate values have been entered.
After the duplicate values have been removed, then the user can save all the values in the table.
My Adv Table is based on a VO.

The problem account works fine on my iMac and Windows Machines. I have been to the local Genius bar and through trial and error we have determined that Mail is working ok but somehow the account is causing the problem. I have used this account for years. Any ideas what is causing this?

No idea why, but one thing you may try if you have the time, is create a new user, and set up the problem mail account in the new user space. See if it causes your MBP to hang as well. That will tell you if it is something wrong with your main User, or something wrong with MBP.
Assuming this works, I'd nuke the problem account in your main user space, re-start, and reinititate the account and see if that helps.
Depening on how many email accounts you have setup, it may be necessary to nuke the whole Mail folder in your User/Library.... Hard way to get it to work, but just my idea.

Restricting particular session variables being shared

i am using weblogic 10.3.
I have an EAR with has 2 WAR in it , with session sharing enabled in the weblogic-application.xml . I understand that this will make all the variables that are added in the session to be shared by both WAR, but i want a particular variable added in the session not to shared by both WAR, it should be accessible by only WAR1.
