Restriction for Movement type 202 - reference of 201 Movement only

I want to make the restriction for Movement type 202 by material document.
The user should only be able to do the 202 Movement type in MB1B with reference of 201 Movement only .
Kindly give me the details for incorporating it .

HI,
202 movement type is the reversal movement type of 201 (goods issue to cost center)
when we cancel material document with 201 system create reversal posting with 202
And you can manually enter 202 movement type also in MB1A and MIGO
Now if you want to restrict user to use 202 directly
GO to OMJJ -> select movement type 202 ->allowed transaction ->Remove MB1A and MIGO and save
So you can only cancel a material document of 201 to create 202 not possible to create manually (without reference)
{IF in future needed you can always add those in OMJJ again}
You can cancel material document is through T. Code MBST
This will fully serve your purpose

GOODS RETURN MOVEMENT TYPE 202

NEXT TIME SAME MTRIAL ISSUED QTY 1   MVT 261

Mvt type 202 is technically the movement type for reversal of 201 mvt type ( issue to cost center ).
This mvt type is picked up automatically in case of cancellation of 201 mat docs .
But when manually a posting is done using this movement type , this is deemed as good as initial stock entry .
Same will be the case when u post a 262 mvt type directly .
It is highly recommended to be extremely disciplined in directly posting such document . The system will never check it if it is a cancellation .
Also in case issued are to be reversed , always cancel the 201 document .

Conversion program to do movement type 202 and 309

Hi everyone,
I need to do a conversion program to upload current stock balance from 1 material to another material (Material to material transfer). This is because we have created a new material type, therefore i would need to move any current stock balance of 1 material (of a different material type) and create the material again in the new material type and transfer the current stock to it.
Our consultant has decided upon using movement type 202 and 309 to do the goods movement required.
Since MIGO could not be recorded, is there any other suggestion besides using ABAP program?

You can check the direct input program RM07MMBL for goods movement.
This is used in most of the cases to do a goods movement.

Movement type and its sub sequencing movement types

please help with configuration behind below scenario,
When I do goods reversal with 262 movement in MIGO, the material is going under quality stock. when I looked the detailed goods movement, it is showing two other documents created with movement type 322 along with 262 movement type document. WM functionality is activated for this material.

262 is the reversal movement for 261
both movements can only work with unrestricted use stock
322 is the reversal of 321 and posts an unrestricted use stock into quality stock
the 322 is not conected to 262. and does not have any reference to 262
if those movements really come together in your system, then I think this is because of an own developement

What happened to the option to see all your purchased movies alphabetically? I can only see recent purchases and then I have to look by movie type. With over 500 movies purchased this is a huge pain.

I will stop buying films via AppleTV if this is the way it is going to stay. I am not searching for films in this crazy manner.

Same issue here. Might have to do with size of library. I too have over 300 purchased movies. "ALL PURCHASED" folder disappeared yesterday on all my AppleTV's. My son only has 20+ purchased movies and his still shows "ALL" folder. However, I had him log in under my account and "ALL" folder is missing??? I hope Apple gets this resolved quickly. I too do not want to flip through various Genres looking for movies.

Movement type 202

Hi friends,
There is Problem in mvt. type 202.
I issue material to consumption from Warehouse by mvt.type 201 say 10 nos. Later when user identifies that by mistake he has issued more material than required. Now when he reverses the entry by mvt. type 202 and enter the quantity 20 the system allows to reverse the entry.
This should not happen.
Any clue how to avoid this user mistake.

Hi,
The user could use MBST + material doc. reference to cancel the wrong posting.
But if you only want to reverse a part of the posted qty (e.g. 5 pcs from 10 pcs) I guess your user has to be careful...

Copy of 601 movement type without reference to delivery

I have created new movement type as 901(copy from 601 movement type) in OMJJ. I want to use this 901 movement without reference to delivery in my project. In Account grouping and update control-Movement indicator L is available. But entry is in freeze mode so I am not able to remove movement indicator L. So please guide me how can I achieve this? Is there any way?
I have made copy of 231 movement. but problem is in case of 601, we can maintain VAX account in case of non consumption posting and VAY in case of consumption posting. But in 231 movement this facility/such record not available to maintain both VAX and VAY. My company is using both VAX and VAY. So in both case( 231 and 601), I have to change/create records of movement combinations. So please suggest keeping this thing into consideration.

Restriction for condition type

The objects concerned have to be:
V_KOND_VEA Maintain condition: Auth. for use/appl./cond.type/table -- (Deals with condition records)
V_KONH_VKO Condition: Authorization for Sales Organizations
V_KONH_VKS Condition: Authorization for Condition Types
But in the standard system VA02 has these objects set to No check in SU24. You may have to modify this to Check/maintain and then maintain the values in the users role. Like you can have:
Object : V_KONH_VKS Condition: Authorization for Condition Types
Condition Type: PR00
Actvt : 03

Inspection lot for Mvt type 311 between two storage location only

Hello all,
I want to create an inspection lot only whenever my material transfer between two particulars storage locations. e.g if i have multiple storage locations, then i need an inspection lot to be created whenever my material transferred from say X S.Loc to Y S.loc only. For other transfers i don't need to create an inspection lot even from Y to X.
For more clarity, suppose i have ten storage locations. i have also created one storage location for my Lab. So I want an inspection lot to be created only when my material transfer to my Lab storage location from any other storage location, not when i transfer from my LAB to any other S.Loc or between two S.Loc other than LAB.
I have activated inspection type 08 but it does not have a restricition on S.Loc.
So please suggest some solution for the same.

In this case what you can do is make a copy of 311 movement type, say Z11. Deactivate QM for 311 and activate QM for Z11
So whenever you want inspection lot to be created use Z11.
You can activate and deactivate QM in QCCO > Quality inspection > Inspection lot creation > inspection for goods movement

Is there any way "material movement type" can be changed once its been determined in the delivery, or durin delivery creation (after creating the sales order)
is it possible to override the material movement type creation, (apart from the control which we get by the schedule item category field).
Is there any way to change the material movement type in a deliver document ?

That could be correct. If all the conditions are known at the time of sales order then you can try and use the MV45AFZZ and form to move data into VBEP and move a different schedule line category that has a different movement type. Please check this option and it would work. We used it in a couple of situations in our client here. You need to configure and assign the schedule line category as manual one in the config.

Idoc mbgmcr02 movement type 311 .. goods movement not possible w/mvmt type

i am using we19 to create a test idoc...i have the ports and partners filled in...i am using movement type 311..i have the material , the plant, the storage location...the qty..i have the move material, the move plant and move storage location filled in...
when i use standard inbound processing it generates the idoc..i go to we02 and look at the idoc..in the status records i get status 51 goods movement not possible with mvmt type 311..????what am i missing
if i do the exact same thing with the transaction migo...works fine...
am i missing something????

Is there any restriction for the types of components in a tool bar.

Hi, i'm using a tool bar where i'm having different command buttons and an "<af:inputFile>" component.
In one of the command button i'm having "<af:setPropertyListener>" component. This command button is not being used as a partial trigger by any other component. If i invoke this button i'm getting "Assertion failed:Incorrect use of AdfRichUIPeer.GetDomNodeForCommentComponent" error.
if i remove the either the "<af:inputFile>" or the command button having "<af:setPropertyListener>" from the tool bar then there is no such error.
is there any restriction to use different components in a tool bar. Please clarify me . Thanks.

Thanks for your inputs. But non of the component using the attributes "rendered". And non of the components is being partial trigger for other components. Please let me know what else could be the cause. Thanks.

Parameters restriction for Float type

I want to get a value from the user which is Float type from the selection screen. But the parameters statement doesn't allow the float type value. So please suggest me an alternative to this restriction.Please be clear in your reply as I am new to SAP.

Well, the only alternative I can think off is to use Type P. This will not give you exponentials but will take care of the decimals.
