Restriction in T Code F-02

Is it possible to restrict the Posting Keys that can be allowed to be used for entering transactions through T Code F-02. E.g. Only 40 and 50 Posting Keys should be allowed to be used through T Code F-02

Hi,
Case 1:
If you need posting key default in F-02 please follow below scenario....
1.Go to SE93 Transaction code and put F-02,then select change button
2. Menu Edit-->Change transaction type then select 4 th radio button.
3.System display one special table ,there you put (RF05A-NEWBS)and posting key 40,whichever you want
Note: Here possible only one posting key (40/50)
Case 2:If you want both posting key control you need to maintain Validation

Restrict a t.code VK11 using Site as authorization object

Hi all,
We want to restrict VK11 t.code using Site as one of the authorizations. By default it has only Sales Org, Distr channel and division. I've added one more field for "Site" manually.
We have defined specific values for Site in authorization objects. Still system does not restrict VK11 executed by user as per site. It works with Sales org/Distr ch/Division. But it does not restrict Site-wise for that role.

FV11 Restriction at Co.Code level?

Dear MM experts,
I have checked up entire forum for the above subject matter.
Kindly let us know whether FV11 T-code is restricted at Co.code leve.
We have two company codes and userwise we would like to restrict while updating FV11 condition " JMIQ" .
FYI, updating FV11 for key combination " Plant/Vendor/Material"
Requirement is the above condition, User1 has to exclusively update FV11 for Co code 1 & User2 has to exclusively update FV11 for Co code 2.

Hi,
You can create a new access sequence for the condition type JMIQ (e.g. co.code/Plant/Vendor/Material) including company code.
While maintening the condition records for the condition you can seperate the the condition values by co.code.
i.e. for Co.code = 0001 the conditon will have 16% and for
Co. code =0002 the condition will have 18% vaue.

How to restrict the t code BBPMAININT with DISPLAY Mode in SRM?

I want to restrict the T code BBPMAININT : Maintain Business Partner with DISPLAY mode in SRM system?
Action Taken:1. I have restricted with "03 Activity" of all check and maintainauthorization objects for this tocde .
2. I have performed the authorization trace also, there also I have not found any new objects.
Here are list of auth object I have restricted:
BBP_FUNCT
BBP_PD_AUC
BBP_PD_BID
BBP_PD_CNF
BBP_PD_CTR
BBP_PD_INV
BBP_PD_PCO
BBP_PD_PO
BBP_PD_QUO
But I have not clearly understand of the object : BBP_FUNCT.
In this Object, I have maintained BE_F4_HELP value only. And rest of the auth object I have restricted to 03 activity only.
But still users are able to acess the CREATE and MANAGE buttons.
So how Can I restrict the this T code in display mode?
Please suggest me...

Does your users have any other tcodes assigned to them other than the one you needed to be resticted?
As a trial, assign only your tcode to a user and run the trace.
Let us know your findings.

Restrict this transaction code only to create sets starting with 'ZMR'

I need to create custom transaction code for 'GS01' and restrict this transaction code only to create sets starting with 'ZMR' No other sets should be allowed to be created.
If anyone have done before with the same scenario. Please give me clear documentation on this .

YOu cannot find the call to the badi's by searching the main program.
The badi is called a t run time.
To find a badi attached to a main program, goto se38,
GIve the program name.
Goto->Object Directory Entry. Find the package.
Go to se18 transaction, Press f4.
give the package name in the popup.
you can get the badis associated with the main program.

plz suggest how to restrict entry of same article code more than once in various purchsing document types using ME21N transaction.

SAP permits to have multiple lines with same article number in the PO because these may be from different Purchase requistions. You may validate the duplicates in function EXIT_SAPMM06E_012. In this exit, we will get all the PO lines.

Search Help "PREM" Restriction on Company Code

Dear Friends,
I have modified the screen SAPLKACB 0002. I HAVE APPLIED SEARCH HELP "PREM" ON COBL-PERNR(Personnel No).Now if u go to F-02 Transaction.We have a Company Code entered Say : 2200.
Now if we fill in the mandatory fields we go 2 next screen there we have personnel no field where i have
attached F4(Search Help).
Now i need 2 restrict the search help according to the company code.
if the Company Code i enter say 2100 and hIt enter.it should give me some king of msg that
the company code 2100 does not match the (F-02 Transaction Company Code:2200).
Please Guide as 2 how 2 Accomplish this.

Sensitive fields restriction to company code

Hello
we would like to activate sensitive fields for one specific company code. In standard SAP we can only define the sensitive fields for the whole client. Anybody did this before? Or do we need something like enhancement SAPMF02D to do this?

What if I do not know the restriction's pass code on my ITOUCH 4th gen?

I my daughter a new used 4th gen Itouch.
When I went into the preferences>general> Rstrictons
I see that it says 7 failed attempts to enter a 4 digit code.
So how does one get a new code or reset this?

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

Substitutions - restricting to T.code

Hi All,
i would like to use a substitution only at the time of clearing the GL accounting (t.code F-03 and F-04).
In the substitutions i have used a constant value(GL account) to substitute a GL account. i have tried adding the T.code f-03 and f-04 in the prerequisite and it is not working .
Please advice it is possibile to restrict to a T.Code, if so how to go with that.

Hi,
In this case you can not restrict. There is the parameter SYST-TCODE, but this works on the "Real" transaction code that is used in the background.
F-03,F-04 are not "Real" TCs, they just call the real TC with a specific Variant.
F-04 is actually FB05, using FB05 as prerequisite would affect all transactions that use it.

Restrict Important T- Codes

Hi,
I want to know, many users are having access to the important T-Codes : SU01, PFCG , etc.. which only authorization teams should have, but in earlier days roles was built like that, now if i make some role chagnes then it will mess up. Because many roles providing access to these T-codes.
So what iam asking could you tell me is there any other to restrict these particular transactions to some set of users? It should not reflect any impact on roles.
What is SHD0 transaction and what does it do ? Is there any way to fix this with the helpw of SHD0 transaction?

To check for users assigned with a particular role, transaction SUIM is your answer. Here you can find a list of all the users who have been assigned a particular role.
Secondly, it is not possible to restrict users for executing any Tcodes without modifications in their assigned roles.What you can possibly do is copy roles, make modifications and assign these new roles with restricted access to the users.
Lastly, the transaction SHD0, is the SAP Transaction Code for Transaction and Screen Variants
Program/Report used to generate this transaction is SAPMSHD0.

Posting authorization restriction in t-code F-02

I have created a scenario for park/post for special GL entries. for that I will be using f-02 to hold the invoice and fb11 to post the invoice.
I need to restrict the authorization of posting in F-02 so that the user can only held the invoices. any possibility to restrict the posting rights? I dont want to go on screen variants? cant it be done from second level authorization?

I have checked, system is still allowing to post the document.
I have trace the system for authorization check in ST01, I can see system has checked just the activity as 01 to post the document.

I don't think it can be possible through any standard authorization object. You may have to go for your own custom authorization object or you may go for the exit or badi to restrict that.

Hi,
The corresponding table which you need to restrict is J_1IMOVEND. Usually this table exists in &NC& authorization group. You can check the corresponding authorization group in your client as below.
Goto SM30 --> enter table name V_DDAT_54 --> click on display and select the table by using the position button.
You need to restrict the particualar authorization group to the user, so he can't see or change the "Vendor excise details"
You can also assign the required tables to different authorization groups (custom) in SE54.

means that users are asking to not access the NEX tcode. Is it possible to do that ?

These are commands in SAP, so as per my knowledge it is not possible to restrict.
