Restriction not lifted!!!!!!!

BT restricted my line over a week ago, I owed them £45 which I was in dispute with them over a dongle charge they'd put on my account (see this thread about the lovely wait I had to be connected and why I had a dongle in the first place! http://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity/still-waiting-to-be-connected/m-p/810618 ) There was no warning for this restriction!!
So anyway, on the 3rd May 2013, I paid the £45 and by which time the next bill had come in which wasn't due til' the 8th May, but I paid it anyway (5 days early) So they were paid £130+, we're now on the 11th May and my line is still restricted, I try to make a call, it goes through to BT telling me I haven't paid my bill, I then speak to a person who puts me through to billing, billing say's there is no restriction and put me through to faults, faults say there is no fault on my line and billing need to lift the restriction and put me back to billing, billing say there is no restriction and put me back to faults, faults put me back to billing, billing put me back to faults!!!!!!!! Now I'm on another 'restriction will be lifted in 24hrs'!! I have no doubt that this time tomorrow I will go through the same 'BT groundhog day'!!

    Hi Chandrashekar,
    I am assuming that, you dont want batch to be changed duirng GR for a PO, but you can choose from existing batches in the system.
    in SPRO->logistic General->batch management->Creation of New batches->Define Batch creation for goods movement.
    Here you can control the way the batches can be popolated. Varous option are available which can be used too.
    Please make detail process validation defore usign this option.

    In the Global filters if you are exulding #, then your every keyfigure will be restricted by that . That mean you will not see any record for the infoobject with # value in it .
    You can also imagine, that if you restrict all the keyfigures in the report by exculding #, it will be same as above .

  • Restrictions not working in BO Webi Report

    Hello,
    I have created a universe on BEx query. Now on this universe when i create reports with restrictions the restrictions are not working.
    For example:
    If i create a BO query with restriction say Doc_Number= 108994 and display Doc_Number and Delivery_Number then:
    in Doc_Number column i get 108994 but in Delivery_Number column i get all the delivery numbers from the cube. In other words all Delivery_Numbers are retrieved when i restrict data for one Doc_Number and vice versa is also true.
    Can anyone help me solve this issue?

    If i remove all the filters and include any of key figures then i get correct data.
    But if i remove the key figure and apply a restriction say on Delivery_Number then i get incorrect data.
    I too believe that ideally this should not happen.
    eg:
    Doc_NumDelivery_Number
    111                      1010
    222                      1234
    333                      5678
    Now if i include Doc_Num and Delivery_Number in query and apply filter Delivery_Number = 1010 then the output is
    Doc_Num           Delivery_Number
    111                      1010
    222                      1010
    333                      1010
    Same is the case if i apply filter on Doc_Num i get all Delivery_Number.
    What should be the reason behind such behaviour of the query????

  • Restriction not working up properly in Query

    Hi,
    In BI Backend, i have 2 Info Objects in my Infocube, Movement type & Posting date.  There are totally 3 movement types, A B & C.  In my Query, i have to show up the posting date based on the Movement types in seperate columns.  Say, Movement type A column should show the posting dates assigned to A. 
    I created a Calculated Key figure with Replacement path Formula Variable using Posting date.  I restricted this CKF with the Movement type A.  Similarly i created 2 more RKF's for B & C.
    But, when i execute the query, I am getting the posting date value for all the rows in the 3 columns, which should not happen.  As per actual, a particular row should have posting date value for only one of the movement types but in my case all the movement type columns are getting posting date value for a particular row.
    I am not sure where things went wrong.  Any help on this is highly appreciated.

    We want to implement IP address restrictions via the Sun Java One Web Server admin tool for our application. We are using the Sun Java One Web Server to proxy requests via the Bea Weblogic plugin.     I'm not sure what you're asking, but each Service directive should be on its own line. It is an error to have both a <Client> tag and Service directive on a single line.

  • Family Base restrictions not working

    We setup a family base account per the instructions and video. The time restrictions seem to be working fine but the list of trusted numbers is not working. Our son is still able to send and receive text messages through his iPhone 4 to anybody unless we specifically block their number on the Verizon account.
    We found that even with Family Base restrictions setup, imessage bypasses those restrictions so we turned off imessage on his phone and setup restrictions on his iPhone itself. This stopped him from being able to use the imessage feature of the iPhone but people who are not setup in his trusted numbers are still able to get text messages through. We're frustrated because the family base is not working the way it's supposed to and we're being charge for this "feature."

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience with your son's iPhone 4 and the Family Base feature. Upon review of this feature, I see that the child companion app is not compatible with the iPhone device.   • Configure restrictions not listed in Apple Configurator?

    I work in a school to deploy iPads to be used by 11-16 year olds. Apple configurator seemed like the tool to use, and indeed has proven invaluable in setting up the iPads and deploying applications.
    The Apple Configurator has a section where you can define restrictions, which is useful to stop improper use.
    However not all restrictions available in iOS are configurable here. Users can even completely reset the iPad.
    Is there a method to mass configure these restrictions, or am I out of luck?

  • Reply to all restriction not working

    We have an "everyone distro group that we setup delivery restrictions on. It is set too "Only senders in the following list". We had one of these allowed users send out a email to everyone. Then someone who is not on that list was able to
    reply all and it was sent to "everyone". Is there another setting I can check. We really need this restriction. Thanks.

    Weird thing is, they do get the warning message that they "Do not have permission to send to:". This happens when they reply or compose a new email. We have a Universal distro group setup with an alias. I created a test group configured the same
    way and it does work.

    Having no idea where you came "from", we can only guess that you are presently roaming on a different carrier and/or have shifted from your home carrier SIM to a local one in Mumbai. As such, the message is likely quite clear...you have configured, in the settings for your phone app, identity restriction, but it is not supported by the carrier you are presently operating on. You need to go into the phone app settings and turn it off.

    Hopefully you guys can help. I am trying to restrict an app my nephew purchased....I know I can not completely delete the app once it's purchased, so I placed restrictions on what can be downloaded from the App Store. However, even with the restriction on, I am still able to download or repurchase the app that my nephew purchased. For some reason it's not being included in what's be restricted...

    Once an app is purchased, it can be downloaded again and again any time.
    However, if you totally want to restrict the app downloads from your nephew
    you could toggle the App Store button ithe Restrictions section.
    The app disappears if you do so.
    Another alternative to restrict the downloads is you can restrict the age limit
    of type of apps to be downloaded in the restrictions section

  • E3000 Deny Access Restrictions not releasing

    I've just recently purchased a Cisco E3000 router.  
    I've set up 3 Access Restriction - Deny policies using IP addresses.  Unless someone has a better idea I found I needed two policies to Deny from late at night (say 10.00pm) till first thing the next morning.  As this spans two days I needed a Deny policy from 10pm till midnight, and another for the next day from midnight till say 7.00am. 
    Now to my problem, the laptops get 'Deny'ed exactly as they should within a few minutes of the set time, problem is they do not reconnect the next morning after the Deny time has passed.
    Cisco help wasn't any help, and wanted me to use Cisco Connect.  However the overly simplistic options it provides are next to useless for me.   The web option has more flexibility, if only it'd work.
    Do I need to need to force an Allow to override the Deny but establishing a fifth policy just for this purpose?  Don't know if this'll work but I've got no other ideas.  
    All help greatly appreciated

    Anyhow, I'll answer my own question based on one nights experience.
    Made the 5th (and last, don't know why all the reviews say you can have 10 policies, there are only 5) an Allow policy for the previously restricted IP addresses with the parameters of Allow everyday for 24 hours.
    Last night the Deny policies as the first in the list worked correctly and the two restricted laptops had access back again at the set time.  So on a test of one night it's all working correctly.
    The trick was the inclusion of a universal Allow policy as the last policy to force a release of the Deny policies.  I'll post again if it doesn't work at some point in the future.
