Results are not appearing in report

Hi All,
When user ran the report, it gives below error.
A general error has occured[nQSError:1207]Unexpected socket read timeout: connection terminated by network, e.g. by the firewall.
But when ran the query in the backend it fetching the results and in criteria it contains SET OPERATOR with UNION,but not appearing the results in report.

Hi, Thanks for your response...
When i ran the report with diffrent/default combination then i am getting the results.
In my criteria SET operator is used for combining of similar request and we have diffrent filter conditions and dashboard prompts also.
Connection from back end is fine,because iam able to get other report results also.

Here are the answers to your questions . . . .
QUESTION: Did you run a Payroll Simulation or a live Payroll Calculation ?
ANSWER: We did a LIVE payroll run for a period of 3 months.
QUESTION: Did you use t-code pc_payresults ?
ANSWER: Yes, we used the t-code pc_payresults but still it doesn't show the CRT results.
QUESTION: Did you check Processing Class 30 and 70 for your WTs ?
ANSWER: As per the process, we copied the SAP standard (model) Wage Type M010 to
our customized Wage Type, hence, hope that it wouldn't disturb any of the standard SAP settings.
However, we did check the Processing Class 30, but did not check the processing class 70.
Shall update you once PC 70 is also checked.
Please educate, if there are any particular specifications that need to be entered while checking
for our WTs in PC 30 & PC 70.

Borders are not appearing when null coming from database

Hello all,
Right now i am working on a report where i am getting data from stored procedure(sql server). The report is having 15 columns so i have created like multi line report and applied borders to each item. so the report look like a table. But the problem is there are some columns whose values in database are null. Beacuse there is no data coming from db these borders are not appearing on report.
I know that we can write a formula in crystal by isnull function to get these borders. But want to do everthing on the stored procedures. Please help me on this.

Convert the null to 0 or " " using formula before placing it to the table/cross tab. This might helps.
Nevermind because you know the above solution.
You can do one more thing too, if you are not applying any calculations like runing total to any of the column from those 15 column, place each of column in either tax-box (if numeric, covert it to text) or just use the box and lines to draw the table and expand the box and lines till end of group footer.

Intrastat report Spain. Credit memos posted not appearing in report

I have a issue where the debit notes raised to vendor are not appearing in Intrastat declaration.
How this debit and credit notes must be taken by Intrastat ? This problem is there since the Intrastat report is being used.
Is there any specific configuration for this or
is there any period check because of which the debit notes are not picked?
The reason is po was created in Feb 2009 and continuous GR and invoice postings happened in subsequent months which are all captured in Intrastat report. A debit note was raised in Sep 2009 which does not appear in the report.

Please read the local Intrastat guide, in many countries it just says that you have to file a correction per paper form to your statiscal office.
SAP explains this as well in OSS note 374682:
If a credit memo refers to a billing document which was already declared to authorities, proceed as follows:Here, you should create a written correction to the statistical office.Specify a data record to which the credit memo refers.
Check the documents of the statistical offices for information on when you have to declare the credit memo (limits for values and quantities).*********************************************************************

TOC links are not appearing in RoboHelp 9

Hi team,
I am facing a big trouble.
I am creating an online help using RoboHelp 9. The help has 133 topics. My problem is that after generating the help, few topics are not appearing in TOC. A blank page appears. If i relink the topic, it comes fine but at the same time some other links starts not appearing in the TOC. Please help.

In addition to what Colum is asking, I'm going to ask/suggest this. If indeed the Topic Pane simply appears blank, try right-clicking the pane and see if you can choose "View Source". If a window or application appears that lists the HTML code, it means the topic indeed loaded but is probably having issues presenting the content. And if that's the case it's an entirely different can of worms from a troubleshooting perspective.

The searches happen fairly quickly, but the links from the results are not resolving. I am unable to get the information I need. It appears there are performance problems with the site.

SEM Measure Builder - dataSource values are not appearing in measures

we recently upgraded our SEM system from 4.0 to 6.0. I am getting few problems in measure builder catelouge entries. when i checked the measures in measure catalouge the datasource tab is blank. Can any one please tell me how do I get the results in datasource tab. Measure values are not appearing in DataSource tab in measure catalouge.

Yes, all the column entries must have agg rule. You can specify one such as 'first' in the pivot table.

Tab Strips are not appearing correctly

Hi all,
We are using SAP Portal 7.3 and we are using Custom theme. The tabstrips are not appearing properly (half broken).
I have tried changing the properties "Background color of selected tab" , "Background color of non-selected tab" and others in theme editor but this is not solving my issue.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

I have this identical problem. For a while my group texts didnt show up on my ipad. Then one day they did, maybe everyone in the group started using the same os version or something. Ever since my first reply to the group there have been complaints of multiple threads. I can not find a pattern for when my group text's decide they want to create a new thread. (it doesnt happen every time) Everyone in the group has deleted the thread, we've all toggled imessage on/off etc. There still hasn't been a solution.

Line items are not appearing in F-32

Dear All,
There is one unique issue that is being arised in our system where in the open line items are appearing at the time of customer line item display, but when we go for clearing these line items only some documents are appearing and some documents are not appearing at all.
Is there any reason that documents does not appear while clearing where in still the same is appearing as a open line item in customer line item display.

entries are existing in BSID table
entries are passed as part of period end closing entries
entry passed in month end and reversed in next month
proposed sol
1. check the mode of passing the entry in tcode
if tcode is coming from FBS1 the entries will not appear in F-32
if 1 entry in FBS1 and other entry in F-32 then automatic reversal entries were not passed.
there was manual entry.
that is the reason 1 entry in FBS1 and other in F-32.
