I would like to seek your advise on Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Is it a standard process in CIN version? How to capture MRP in SAP/identified it base on the date of Purchase Order?

I purchased a Maxx at FULL retail price (out of contract) to keep my unlimited data. An unauthorized/illegal change was made to the plan and all VZW could do was offer me $20 in credit.

As the title says:
I purchased a Droid Maxx at full retail price (approximately $540) to keep my grandfathered unlimited data. An unauthorized/illegal change was made by my younger sister (who is not an account manager and stole the information from my mom) to the plan and I was not notified within the 14-day closing period to revert the changes. For the record, both my mom and I are account managers, my younger sister is not.
I went in to my account (and changed all the information) and found out that when changes are made to the account online, you have to send an authorization text to one of the phones--however, you can send this authorization to ANY of the phones on the plan, so my sister sent it to hers (instead of an account managers).
So, the only reason I found out about this change to my plan was via a text message telling me I was "approaching max data," which of course should not happen with unlimited data. My younger sister did not tell anyone she made the changes.
When I found out about two (nearly three) weeks ago, I called Verizon to open a ticket about it. They did, said they would call/text me back a few days later--they didn't. One week later I made another phone call to see what the status on that ticket was--the rep said that the other rep was supposed to call me, but didn't, and so he pushed the ticket again. Lo and behold, another week later, still no response from VZW about the ticket. So I called again only to find out that the request to revert the data plan back to unlimited had been denied.
I spoke with that representative for nearly 40 minutes and all she could offer was some unwanted advice about what to do about my sister's behavior or that "I'm so sorry that someone would do that." I told her I wasn't looking for consolation, but for a compromise on either getting my unlimited data back, or refunding the difference between contract and full-retail price of the phone. I threatened to leave VZW because of this and all she could offer was a measly $20 credit.
I have filed a BBB complaint against Verizon Wireless for this issue as an illegal change that goes unnoticed past the 14-day closing period should be addressed in a more urgent manner.
I have also reached out on Reddit and Twitter, because obviously calling the VZW support does nothing to alleviate my situation. I am very dissatisfied with how VZW is handling an illegal and fraudulent change on my account that has shafted me out of 500 dollars.

You seam to be focusing your anger at Verizon and not your sister. Verizon followed the rules and required IDs and passwords to access the wireless account. You and/or your mother are supposed to safeguard that information. Your sister has committed the felony by stealing your mothers identity for personal gain.

My question to you is who made the illegal and fraudulent change to your account? Verizon or your sister? Keeping in mind your sister had all the correct IDs and passwords,
I'm sure if you went to Verizon and wanted to make some changes to your account, and you had the correct IDs and passwords, you would be upset and angry if they put you through the 3rd degree because they thought you were committing fraud.

If I take my Iphone 5c to the apple store to be fixed with the service charge of $269, if they can't fix it do they replace the phone? Or will I have to pay retail price for a new phone?

I have a water damaged iphone 5c. I was thinking about taking it to the Apple store and paying the 269 dollar service charge for them to attempt to fix it. My question is: If they can't fix it, will they replace my phone for that $269 dollars, or will I have to pay full retail price for a new phone?

I can see in J1IEX under "Miscelenious" tab there is a MRP indicator but no sure how it function.
Marketing will determine the Maximum Retal Price (MRP) and this information need to print in the PO form and send to vendor so that they able to have a product label with MRP info. And also would like to have control which the selling price should not above MRP and the MRP should print in Sales Invoice too.

I try to order other phones but find a data plan is required even for full retail price?

I try to place a order for other phones (to get used to the process) but find even if I choose the full retail price, I still have to choose a data plan.
So the question is that through verizonwireless.com, can I get the pre-order the verizon iphone 6 full price WITHOUT a data plan?

Please clarify what are you trying to do. Do you have an account now? Are you trying to get a new phone on an unlimited data line you already have?
If you are starting a new line, and you are purchasing, even for full price, you must have a data plan with Verizon. You cannot use WiFi only. Verizon policy.

Retail Price Standard Extractors

Hello All
This is the first time I am posting in this site. I am working at a client site where there is BI 7.0 against IR-Retail (ECC).
There is a requirement to get the Regular Retail Price from A071, A073 and KONP tables. Here is the brief logic for this.
Get the Condition Record Number from A071 if it is maintained at Site level. If not get the Condition Record Number from A073. Once you have condition record number go to KONP and get the corresponding price for this condition record number.
My question to you all is:
Is there a standard extractor available for this and how about any standard DSO or Cube?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

If I need to use SAP table A004 and KONP on R3 to get list price to BW.
Do you think there is any standard SAP extractors offered?
I am not sure if all "Axxx" related tables does not contain any SAP related built in extractors.

Pre Order at Full Retail Price?

So I am not eligible for a 2 year upgrade, but am interested in purchasing the Iphone 4 at full retail price.
Does anyone know if existing vzw customers can PRE ORDER the Iphone 4 on February 3rd at full retail price.
I have been getting mixed answers, and I really do not feel like waiting up until 3am EST to pre order the phone if I can't.

Why did my plan change if I paid full retail price?

I bought a new Samsung Note 4 on Saturday at the local Verizon Wireless store, paying full retail price to avoid needing to make any changes to my existing plan. However, I received a data usage alert 10 minutes after leaving the store as my plan was reset to 2GB. I was told by multiple service agents that an IPR was placed to reset my plan back to unlimited. How do I get an update on the status of that request? There is nowhere to check on the Verizon Wireless website from what I am seeing. Thank you.

Congrats on your new device purchase carmencampise. I know how concerning it can be when you see your plan changes unexpectedly. If you purchased a new device at full retail, it should not have removed your unlimited data plan. I understand an inactive pricing request has already been filed. This is the correct step to readd your unlimited data plan back to your account. This process can take 5-7 business days to complete. Have you received an update on the request?

Can i buy an iphone 4 at full retail price

I was wondering, im travelling to usa and i really want the new iphone, if i go to an apple store and tell them that im not from usa but i want the iphone, can they sell it to me at the full non contract price? i think they can because that's how i got the first generation iphone. i told them that i wanted to buy one but i wasn't from usa and that if they could unlock it for me, then they politely unlocked and sold me the iphone.
Can i do that with the iphone 4? thats supposing i can find one.

Yes they can be sold at full retail price, ATT service is still required though. The phone is still locked to ATT network and will not be unlocked by apple or att

In my Catalog section display routing page "Your Price" and "Retail Price" are showing same value. How can I resolve this issue?

The CUSTOMER context for qualifiers is supported at the Item / Cart levels. However, it is only supported in the Catalog when using Best Price. If using minisite based pricing, "IBE: Use Price List Associated with Specialty Site" = Yes, and/or customer account pricing, "IBE: Use Customer Account Price List" = Yes,
Then this qualifier is not referenced for the catalog pricing calls by the pricing engine.
As per the documentation link referenced above -
Pricing Qualifiers Supported by Oracle iStore
All of the pricing qualifiers that are supported by Oracle iStore are supported at the shopping cart level -- but in the catalog pages, a only subset these supported attributes are available to the pricing engine.
The following table shows the pricing attributes supported in the Customer Application. The table also shows the context for the attributes, whether they are supported in the catalog in addition to the shopping cart, and whether they are supported at item level (also known as line level) or cart level (also known as order or header level). Remember, all of the following are supported in the shopping cart; some are only supported in the catalog. Customer contexts are supported in a Best Price scenario only.
The discount will not be applied in the catalog with a CUSTOMER context qualifier on the modifier unless using Best Price for pricing. This behavior is discussed in the (Doc ID 429657.1)

I'm currently thinking about purchasing the iPhone at the unsubsidized price which is $700 for the 32GB iPhone 4. But my upgrade is available until May 8 of this year.
I'm a kinda impatient person but working on being patient but I really do want the iPhone.
Has anyone bought the iPhone 4 at a unsubsidized price or was it subsidized?
I'm on a family plan also and my sister line (primary) and my mother line (month to month non contract) is available for upgrade. I can use those I hope...

Many people on here have bought the iPhone at the full retail price because their upgrade wasn't up yet. In your situation, I would advise you to wait until May 8th, it's a lot closer than most people's and it's a substantial discount when you wait. You'll save $400. Or as you've pointed out, you can use your sister's or mother's upgrades right now if they don't mind, and then whoever's upgrade you take can use yours on May 8th. That would also be a very good choice, rather than purchasing the full retail iPhone.

Just wondering, now that the 4 is out, is it still possible to go to one of the apple stores in Boston (travelling there soon) and buy iPhone 3gs 16gb at full retail price?
Is it also possible to buy the iphone 4 at full retail and what are the prices for either of these phones?
Because my mate once bought it in Best Buy and now (almost 3 years later I think) he could not buy it (at full retail price).

Only if there's stock left. The current 3GS is 8GB only. But apart from that I don't see why not.

I am not due for an upgrade, but I thought that if I extended my current contract by 2 years that I could get the $199 price but NO, Verizon things I will pay full retail price to get it now. That is messed up. Guess I'll wait for the iPhone 5.

It all depends on when you upgraded last. Keep in mind that VZW often loses money on the phone discounts, which is made up through the bottom line cost of the monthly payments for the term of the contract. They care about loyalty, but not something that will damage their overall ability to make money or make up the revenue that was lost. They are not disgracing you in the least, but to some extent, you have to abide by the terms of the service that you agreed to. Just as much, if they did anything that defied their agreement, you would be unsatisfied.

IPhone at full retail price

If you are not eligible for an upgrade will you be buying the iPhone at full retail price? I am not eligible for an upgrade so I'll be selling my Dinc and putting that money into the iPhone.

I have an upgrade, but if I didn't there is no way I'd pay $650 for a phone that's been out for quite some time. The only way I'd pay that much is if I had a nice phone to sell that would go towards the cost, like you. The only reason I'm not waiting for the iPhone 5 is because I figure I can sell the iPhone 4 and use the money towards the iPhone 5 anyways.

No retail price available for material MMMM in master conditions

When running transaction VKU6 to pickup and display price changes for retail price . I am getting this message.
"No retail price available for material <MMMM> in master conditions"
I have already maintained the condition record for retail prices , am not sure what does these Master Conditions refer to.

VKU6 is for retail Re-valuation, if you want re-valuation to be done based on retail sales price than MAP then you use this transaction and see the changes here for the stores you selected then you go to VKU7 for automatic revaluation. If you are getting such error means you must be using two step price calculation and ran re-valuation for DC, try using re-valuation for store and you don't get such errors.
Pre-requisite is you should have old and new retail sales price for stores, these prices to be maintained against master condition type like VKP0 and same to be assigned in the list field.
If you are objective is to see only change in sales price then you can use t code VKP2 / VKP3
