Retreiving Install - Nothing happens! Mac

Hi,
I've got an issue with installing adobe reader, I had a version that made some problem for me when I wanted to fill forms and stuff through Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
So I deleted the one I had on my Macbook pro and wanted to download a new one. The procedure goes well until the box pops up and it says "Retrieving Install" there it is just stuck. Nothing happens. What to do folks?
Thank you for all kind of help

Use the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
