Retreiving old version of a change in transformation routine

Hello Experts,
I had made a change in a transformation routine 2 months ago.
Due to some reasons, i want to revert the change i did in the routine.
When i try to get the last version of the generated program, i cannot find any old version.
Is it possible to get an old version of such a generated program?

If you don't transported to target clients.. you can compare and make the adjustments in dev
or
SE03 - Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks - enter TRFN - Transformation ID - select Modifiable plus released and execute .. you will see the request numbers .. expand them and try to identify the req which was transported/modified 2months ago .. and copy object type ROUT and GOTO SE16 - enter Rouitne ID in RSAABAP and exe...

Pages reverts document to old version after time change

Just went through the automatic change from Daylight Savings to EST and an hour or so afterward, I open a Pages document to find that the past four weeks of work had been lost. This copy was saved on my internal Mac HD. The iCloud version of the document contained only one sentence; a single save event from when it was first created.
Fortunately my Time Machine rode to the rescue, but this was very unsettling to lose that much work so easily.
I don't know if this was related to the auto time change from Daylight Savings screwing up the document's version control or merely coincidental. I'd like to get an understanding of what happended here. In the meantime, I've fired up my Vista VM and now working on the document in Word.
Pages is 09 v 4.2 (1008), the OS is 10.8.2 on an i7 8GB Mac. Safari and Mail were the only other apps open at the time. The document contains only text with no embbed objects. Nothing unusal about the fonts either. It is about as ordinary and simple a document as one can get.

Thanks for the replies. I was starting to wonder if it was just me having this issue. I'm saving to my work PC laptop (Lenovo), but has has this also on my Mac.
I've read about the network and external drives issue, but I've always avoided working anywhere else but my internal HDs. Not using graph tool but it's hard to narrow it down as I work on so many different projects at the same time.The latest file has been saved as something new and modified a couple of times (complex vector icons, but no shading/3D nor links). I do NOT have the "save compatible pdf"nor compression options enabled.
Other designers at work don't seem to have this issue, but they don't work with AI as often as myself, and mostly stick to the standard features.I would really like to figure this out as it's slowing me down and surely getting other people to wonder what I'm doing with my time (besides spending it here ).
Is it possible Adobe is unaware of this problem???

Retreiving old version of E-R diagram

How should I retrieve my older version of Application system (or E-R diagram) from the repository.

Hi Moiz,
It looks like that you are having the version repository. Invoke RON and select the diagram or application system and invoke the Version history viewer. Here you will get the tree representation of various version of diagram/application system. Select the one that you want to work and checkout it.
Now if you open the diagram, it will show the content of that particular version.

You mean for Office apps? That, I don't know for sure as I don't use MS Office on my Mac. I would check to see if there is some sort of MS Office uninstaller that needs to be run before dragging the icons to Trash. Either from one of the Office apps Help or About or search the Internet for a solution.

Changed a webpage with new photos and text, uploaded it to FTP. But when I visit the website, the old version of the page is there instead of the new page.

I changed one of my webpages, adding pictures with hyperlinks and text. When I preview the website and webpage the changes appear. I upload it with Muse's FTP uploader and everything goes smoothly. But when I visit the website, it displays the old version of the webpage.

Yes, I use a third party FTP client. I have cleared browser history and cache. Still shows up. I even DELETED the entire site and re-uploaded the new one with the same results. What am I missing? Why does the old page keep showing up? Tried 3 different browser apps and a different computer.

Is it possible to change the read/write permissions on a time machine back-up of iTunes? I'm needing to restore it as my phone deleted half our playlists during sync & am not seeing a way to unlock the permissions. I have the current version unlocked, but can't seem to get the backed-up version. When I click on restore I get a pop-up that says iTunes can't be deleted as it is part of the OS. I'm not even trying to delete, just restore the old version. Any suggestions?

Hmmm, ok I'll give it a shot. I've always had the iTunes sync w/ my phone set up to only load selected playlists to the phone b/c there's a lot more in iTunes than I have room or desire for on my phone. A few months back I started having trouble w/ trying to sync everything & subsequently adding more to the phone than it could hold. The quickest thing at the time was to unclick the sync music option in iTunes so I could still backup the phone to the computer & not have a problem.
When I asked about it during one-to-one session shortly after, they advised me to delete the music off my phone & then re-sync it to the computer, run a backup of the phone & redownload the music to the phone. When I tried this it ended up deleting all my playlists (but not my husband's) from iTunes. Irritating, but I've been rebuilding the playlists since. I had also unclicked sync music again & an Apple person told me the most likely best fix was to delete & reload iTunes completely.
A few days ago I realized I hadn't backed up the phone to the computer in over a month so after deleting & reinstalling iTunes, & w/o changing anything (sync music was STILL unchecked) I ran a backup & my phone went from having 4 GB free space to being 2 GB over capacity due to iTunes trying to download the entire music library to the phone. I made a one-to-one appt again & it was suggested AGAIN that I delete all the music off my phone & then resync it to the computer & redownload the music. We did this (though a few random songs that had previously been purchased somehow remained on the phone), I got home, connected the phone & instead of the music that shows as 'on my device' disappearing from iTunes it just sat there, so, as the guy had told me I MIGHT have to do, I threw all those songs showing in iTunes as being on my phone, in the trash so that it was completely clear.
At this point I checked sync music, made sure the options were 'selected playlists only', checked the ones from my own list that I wanted (I usually have one playlist of comedians from my husband's folder that I also have on the phone, but didn't check it at this point). It uploaded all my stuff just fine, but for whatever reason when it saw that I wasn't uploading that comedy playlist any longer, it not only didn't upload it but proceeded to delete my husband's entire folder of playlists from iTunes. -_- I got on the phone w/ an Apple support person right away but he wasn't able to tell me anything .. basically said we'll have to rebuild everything. I asked about the possibility of using time machine, he said he's not qualified to answer that, so that's when I started looking around online & found, among others, the link I referenced a couple replies ago.
I hope this all makes sense. It's been a long-term issue so I'm trying to go from memory as I figured to begin w/ that I had just made a mistake somewhere, so didn't try to document anything. Now w/ it having happened a 2nd time, I'm not sure if it was 'user error' or something else.......

How to Revert back the changes from the new version to old version

Hi, I need to revert back the changes in one of the Objects in Intergration Directory. Which means, I need to de-activate the existing version, and have the old version activated again. Can you help me on the steps on doing this? Thank you.

If you have just saved urt object in IR / ID and not activated it, then u can simply go to the change list tab and right click on ur object and do " Reject changes".
if u have already activated the same, then u wud b required to open the object in IR/ ID.
Click on the history option and double click and open the same object version that u want and activate it.

Changes made using "old" version of iTunes not showing up

A colleague uploaded new thumbnails and created new courses in an old version of iTunes. When I go on our page – using the current version of iTunes - none of the changes are reflected. When I log in as the administrator, I now see it in the “old” version (I used to see the current version/configuration) and all the changes are there. We made these edits a few weeks ago. Any ideas how to fix this?

There is no legit way at all to go back.

I have restored a old version of a back up and have fogotten my password and mail account is not active to change password ???

while updating my phone software it incured a problem with comunication with my current laptop i then tried by connecting my old lap top and worked.
all the time my phone was in restore mode.
i then updated on old laptop and restored a old version.

Web Template running an old version of a query even it was changed!

I am having a strange situation when running a query from the web template.
     Based on additional requirements, we add new features to one of our queries. After moving it to our QAS Environment, we detect that there are two queries with the same name (ZF_XX_Q_001) but each one with a different IDs (3LÑJKLKDSFJASDFKLJ /3KLSDAJFIOUPQU1324). One of the IDs belongs to the old version and the other to the one we just moved to QAS.
     When executing from the web template, it is running the query but the old version. We know the other technical name belongs to the new version of the query because we can run it from Excel (BEx analyzer).
     We have tried moving again the transport but the problem remains.
     Do you know why we have this situation? Is there any way to solve it ?

Thanks. Ya that is a big bummer, I never knew to write down my recovery key... Maybe this should be more clearly explained in the preferences panel.
