i have the nokia 6070 but the screen broken and all my numbers are on the phone.the phone is perfect except i cant see what im doing because of the screen.does anybody know how to get the numbers off the phone and onto the sim

connect the data cable to your phone and pc download pc suite goto contacts on your pc suite there is your contacts copy to im and disconnect simple and contact to nearest nokia service centre where do u live in euro then goto park evu other wise visit the globle site of nokia www.nokia.co.uk

my lock button broke a few months ago and I've been getting along fine without it due to assistive touch. Now, my screen won't work at all.. I can't slide it to open it, can't slide to power off .. only thing I can do is slide down the today thing at the top and slide it back up .. Honestly the hard really right now to say what you can do. How long have you had the device? If it's under a year you can take it to apple store and they can switch it out for free. If it's over a year then it would be at a paid cost cause they can't fix that issue.

Will Apple Care fix a phone with a broken back glass?

I bought an iPhone 4 in July 2010 at an ATT store, and bought an Apple Care plan with it at the same time. I managed to shatter the back glass of my phone on the day I bought it. It's been working fine ever since with the broken back glass. I just put it in a case and haven't worried about the back being broken.
However, recently the home button has stopped working very well. I am still under Apple Care extended warranty; however, I don't know if they will fix my home button with the back glass being broken. Does anyone have any ideas or ever been in this situation?

Sorry, but you're going to be out of luck. There is no way to prove that the damage that cased the glass to crack did not also cause the problem you want fixed under warranty. The only option Apple is going to give you is a $149 out of warranty replacement.

But you can set things up so they are less annoying.
Find a silent ringtone on the Internet. Install it on your phone.
Create a contact for the number. Give that contact the silent ringtone, and set vibrate to none.

Just got treated like (removed) by verizon wireless.... I've been with this phone company since the alltell days... I have never been late one single time .... I'm late one week.... I get a nasty email, 5 bucks late fee.... That's fine, I mean I'm late right ? No, the kicker was I called to see if I could make things right and pay by credit card, I get handed over to financial services who tries to get this months and next months bill at once.... Then, asks me if I'm going to be able to make next months payment..... What a bunch of money hungry hacks.... I thought I was using a pay as u go cricket phone for a second.... The great thing is .... MY CONTRACT IS UP .... Don't want my business.... Fine .... I think ill do like the majority of the threads out on this forum.... I'll be happier replacing your ***** with another phone company that'll want my business...

What do you mean when you say you "checked to make sure we are covered"? Did you add the Canada plan, or just verify that you could call/text while there? You can make and receive calls and texts, but there is a roaming charge for all of that, also for data if you have a smartphone. You also should get a text telling you that you have established an international connection on each phone you take with you, and then to alert you of roaming charges as they add up. Checking to make sure you had service isn't enough, and you can't blame Verizon if you ignore alerts and didn't research costs and options before traveling. And no, I am not a Verizon employee, shill, or troll. Just an informed customer.

Frozen phone with a broken sleep button

I went to go send someone a text and my phone completely froze. I cant do a hard restart because the sleep/lock button is broken. I tried plugging it in to see if I could do a restore on Itunes but Itunes didnt recognize the phone. Is there any solution to fix this other then just letting the battery die?

I was originally told my phone would ship by 9/7 when I placed the order over the phone. I called CS today to check on the status and now they are telling me it won't ship till 9/8 which means I won't get it till 9/9!! How do I take cell phone numbers off of my iCloud account.

I have all of my devices under the same accounts, both itunes and icloud. I originally used the smae itunes account on all my family member devices so that we could share all of our purchases. And the same cloud account so that we can share calanders and photostream(which has been very useful). But now Im finding out that I can select my wifes or daughters phone number and receive their imessages on my phone, or my ipad, air etc... I dont want to be tempted to read their messages and I certainly dont want them reading mine. Is there any way to manage my icloud addresses and pull our cellular numbers off the list so that no one can read each others messages. Ive been reading many similar posts on this forum but am surprised to find that no one else has the same problem.

iMessage is separate from your iCloud account and does not use or even require an iCloud account. To avoid getting each others text messages, just have everyone use a different Apple ID for iMessage (it doesn't need to be the same as thier iCloud ID). Have your other family members go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive on their devices, tap the ID, sign out, then sign in with separate IDs to keep everyone's text messages separated. To avoid getting each other's FaceTime calls, have them do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.

If the Pictures are on your SD Card then simply pull the card phone off then you can use a Card Reader and pull them to your Computer = transfer.. But if the pictures are in the Internal memory it may be a bit hard to get them off unless you have a USB cord that goes between the phone and the Computer you might could Transfer them that way.. have you Tried this..

HT1212 resetting phone with broken lock button

I bought a used iPhone 4S (which did not have a passcode on it) with a broken lock button. When I turned on the phone after a full charge, it said to update the OS. So, I did. All of a suddent there was a passcode on the phone. I asked her the passcode and I tried what she told me. Well, I tried it too many times and now the phone is disabled and says to connect to iTunes. I've set up an iTunes account (at the direction of the Verizon store), but cannot figure out how to reset the phone from iTunes. Any advice?

That's how you handle this issue.
If you can't turn off the phone to perform recovery mode because the Sleep/Wake button is damaged, then you won't be able to do anything on the phone with recovery or DFU mode. You'll probably have to replace the device.

Addressbook Bluetooth and iSync - Get numbers off phone to AB

There were many topics on this after a search but I couldn't find an answer I could understand. Forgive me if I am a little slow.
I plan to buy the iPhone here in the next few days. My old Motorola RAZR V3 has bluetooth and works flawless by syncing AB with the phone by using iSync. However, none of the phone numbers from my phone (Which weren't in AB before) end up in my AB. Am I doing something wrong here?
I never used any type of sync before since I didn't need a media device but now I guess I do? Apparently iPhone has a new built in SIM card and I can't transfer my numbers if I don't do this?
Thanks.. Oh... What is really the difference between iSync and the Sync in addressbook? Everytime I click the bluetooth icon in AB it asks to pair then nothing happens?

That happens if you've got your contacts stored on your SIM card in the RAZR. Transfer them to your phone, then they'll magically appear in address book. I've found as well that for some reason the bluetooth pairing in address book doesn't do much, iSync does though.
