Retrieve deleted messages in SXI_MONITOR

I'm trying to access some old messages from sxi_monitor. i have the message ID for reference. i saw the message in the SXMSPHIST table in se16 but with a REORG status of DEL. Is there a way to retrieve this message to view the audit log?

Hi Ronald,
We can retrieve archived messages but its not possible to retrieve deleted messages. In future if you want to solve this issue you can change retention period, in SXMB_ADM you can extend retention period according to your requirement.
Normally retention period will be more in adapter engine compared to integration engine, check in AE message monitoring with your message id once.

    Only by restoring your phone from a backup that contains the deleted messages. If no backup to restore from, the data is gone.

    From page 48 of the iPhone User Guide:
    Delete a message: Swipe or tap the message, then tap Delete.
    Note: In some areas, deleted messages may be permanently erased by your carrier.
    Manage deleted messages: Tap Deleted Messages (at the end of the messages list), then:
        Listen to a deleted message: Tap the message.
        Undelete a message: Tap the message and tap Undelete.
        Delete messages permanently: Tap Clear All.
    If you've permanently deleted the message, then it's gone unless you happen to have it on an iTunes or iCloud backup.

    The only way to do this and not use 3rd party apps is to restore from a previous backup.  Restoring from the most recent backup will bring the text messages back to date of the backup, not any past that date though.
    If that won't work, then using a 3rd party application is your only bet.

    Not unless they were in the camera roll (camera roll photos are backed up).  If they were, restoring your backup should recover the.
    Photo stream photos are only kept in iCloud for 30 days, even though a rolling collection of up to 1000 photo remain on your device until deleted.  Whey you reconnected to your photo stream you only got back the photos from the last 30 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud.
    You can keep photo stream photos permanently by saving them to your camera roll.
