Retrieve questionnaires filled up online in e recruitment.

Hello Experts,
How do i retrieve 'questionnaires' filled up online in e recruitment. I found one class called 'CL_HRRCF_QA_BL' for questionnaires but it is not helping me much.
Thanks
Amina

HI Sebastian,
I am still struggling with this.  You said earlier
So I have a few questions. Which search application do you use?
1.) Search for candidates?
2.) Fast search
3) Search for proposed candidates (from candidacy list)
Searching on questionnaires in the application wizard is just available in search number 3.
If you use search number three: Do you use the search element: "Questionnaires for assignments"?
How do I get to the "Search for proposed candidates (from candidacy list)"?
When I am in a requisition and click on the "Search/Proposed Candidates" button, the Candidate Search application pops up.  But this search is no different than the search I get to when I run "Candidate Search" from the Recruiter iView in the portal.
Is it possible that I do not have the search functionality that you are referring to because I am using web dynpro?
Thanks again!
Shane

  • Can PDF's be filled in online and emailed to website owner?

Hi, I have a client who wants pdf's on their website to be filled in online and sent directly to the website owner. Is this possible?
    Cheers

It's possible. In order for it to work with Reader, the document has to be Reader-enabled, either with Acrobat or LiveCycle Reader Extensions. If using Acrobat, you are limited by the Acrobat License Agreement to using data from no more than 500 instances of a form (including hard copies) that has been returned. LiveCycle Reader Extensions is somewhat expensive and requires that you install it on a server that you set up. Note that you cannot Reader-enable the form for a client using your licensed copy of Acrobat. The client will have to do this himself using his licensed copy. This is another licensing restriction.
In Acrobat, you can set up a button to email or submit the entire PDF document to an email address. If you need digital signatures on the form and want to use Acrobat, you will have to use Acrobat Pro, as opposed to Standard.
Another option is to set up the form to submit just the form data, which can be used in Acrobat to populate a blank form. In this case, there are no licensing restrictions on the number of submits you can use. Post on one of the Acrobat forums if you need more information.
Regardless of which option you use, if you need it to be secure you should set up the form to submit to a web server, as opposed to via email. Email is generally not secure and it's relatively easy to use HTTPS/SSL with a web sever. Submitting via email is also not nearly as reliable as submitting to a web server, but this involves additional work.

Before I spend the money I need to know if acrobst csn be used to fill out online applications

    Bill,
The typewriter tool is available with Reader 11 for a non-enabled document,  (unless restricted by certain things). This is the same tool included in the EchoSign e-signature tools (Add Text). If the document happens to be Reader-enabled, the typewriter tool would normally be available in Reader.

    Hi Luxx,
I am sorry to hear that trying to reach support has been difficult for you and you had to resort to Chrome. I understand to troubleshoot you have already tried to clear the cache, and disable add ons.
'''Try Firefox Safe Mode''' to see if the problem goes away. [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode|Firefox Safe Mode]] is a troubleshooting mode that turns off some settings and disables most add-ons (extensions and themes).
''(If you're using an added theme, switch to the Default theme.)''
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu by clicking on the '''Restart with Add-ons Disabled...''' menu item:<br>
    [[Image:FirefoxSafeMode|width=520]]<br><br>
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
    * On Windows: Hold the '''Shift''' key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
    * On Mac: Hold the '''option''' key while starting Firefox.
    * On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run ''firefox -safe-mode'' <br>(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
''Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"''
'''''If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode''''', your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the [[Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems]] article to find the cause.
''To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.''
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.

  • Filling out online forms with java

I wanted to create a program that will fill out a form on a website by running a java program. COuld anyone tell me what i would use to make the program fill in i guess a text feild and then select a radio button and submitting the results? I tried looking through books and online but i dont even know what im looking for really.

Maybe look for browser plugin programming. Otherwise, I don't know how a Java application (as opposed to an Applet) could ever access an HTML page in a browser window.
At least not without going native. On Win machines, you might use something like the Java-Com bridge to access the IE's API... if it provides one and its methods help you to do what you intend.

  • Filling out online forms

Not sure what category this falls in, but it's an exasperating problem! When I go online to fill out a form with my name and address, as I type in the zip code, I get a drop-down message instructing me to enter a valid 5-digit zip code. It seems something cuts off the first digit, leaving only four digits. I only have this problem with my own zip code, not with one that I enter for another town. This doesn't happen every time, but 90 percent of the time, and I end up having to forget the whole thing of whatever it is I'm trying to do! Does anyone have a clue as to what is causing this? I was thinking it could be a glitch in my Safari browser.

    Hi Joyce,
"This doesn't happen every time, but 90 percent of the time"
Is it possible that you might be having a problem with the #1 key itself? Could it be possible that it is skipping for some reason? To be clear, you hit the #1 key to enter into the field and it just doesn't appear...correct? What exactly are you seeing in the field when you type all five digits?
As suggested earlier, did you try another browser to see if it was the browser?
Does this problem happen if you type in your zip code on other sites? Can you, for instance, get the zip to fill in the field on the USPS shipping site http://postcalc.usps.gov/ ? Is this just one site that is having this problem?
Try Camino Browser 1.6.1 to test (requires Mac OSX v10.3.9 or higher).

  • Posting Filled Forms Online?

    Hi,
I'm fairly new to PDF creation, but what I would like to do is post a fillable form online(web server), allow the users to fill out the form, click a submit button, and post the completed form back online with its own unique URL for others to view. Is this possible? If so, any guidance in the right direction would be appreciated.
    Thanks

i think its pretty obnoxious that your favorite bulletin board doesnt allow for email updates (blogger), or create an app for you to do so (countless photo apps in app store).
i also think its pretty obnoxious that my phone doesnt make my coffee in the morning or drive me around. i mean, i paid $500 for it, it should at least be able to do basic things like that.
and in case its not coming through loud and clear, </sarcasm>

  • Firefox freezes for a period of time when I try to fill out online info

When I begin to fill out forms on line, the first few letters show up but then Firefox freezes for 15-60 seconds before the next letter is entered and does this with all of the letters I entered after thel initial freeze which is just what happened. I have therefore gone to typing the information in Notepad and then paste in the appropriate area which is what I am doing now. However, outside of Firefox the rest of Windows 7 is responding. I thought it might have been a problem with my keyboard but after contact with Logitech and there recommendatons which did not work, I believe it is a problem with either Windows 7 and/or Firefox. I have not used IE yet so at this point I do not know if the problem exists there.

You can check for problems with the sessionstore.js file in the Firefox profile folder that store session data.
*Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
    *http://kb.mozillazine.org/Multiple_profile_files_created
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost and you will have to recreate them (make a note or bookmark them if possible).
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
*Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
    See "Creating a profile":
    *http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

  • How do I create an application that can be printed AND filled out online via my website?

Is InDesign the best program to do this in?

Webform with HTML would be best.
But depends on a lot of things...
InDesign is not a web authoring program.
But it can produce fillable forms ... which are PDF.
So if you want it on your site - a webform is best.
If you want it as link they fill out and submit then InDesign.

  • Retrieving iWeb site from online...

My macbook's HD recently needed to be replaced and all of the data was wiped off...
Is there anyway to reload my iWeb site back into the application from online/iDisk? Can the domain file in Application support be rebuilt from the published site/iDisk files? The latest version of the site is online, and this should be an option.
PS I've had a lot of lectures about the virtues of backing up...the Application Support folder wasn't automatically backed up like it should have been. So it didn't help.

Is there anyway to reload my iWeb site back into the
    application from online/iDisk?
    No.
    Can the domain file in
Application support be rebuilt from the published
    site/iDisk files?
    No.
To tell Apple how you think things should work, you can use the feedback item in the iWeb menu.

    Hi,
Is there any error message when you access the shared files? Please open the Shared Folders snap-in in mmc, and then find the Open Files in the Shared Folders to check if there is any session opens the shared files.
Shared Folders includes the Open Files that shows the files on the system that are currently open and shows you which users have the files or folders open.
