Retrieved forms are missing information
I've been getting a number of complaints from applicants who have said that when they retrieve their form, information that had been previously saved is now missing. I am sure one is user error (they didn't save), but 3 others I trust definitely saved, retrieved the form and saw the information, worked on other sections, saved again, and when they went back, previously saved answers were missing.
We have broken our form into multiple pages to keep the online version in manageable chunks. Could the problem be when the user works on page 8, saves, goes back to page 4 to rework something, and saves again? Thereby removing everything saved later than the last page they were on?
Proposals are due tomorrow, and I have a lot of panicked people who have a lot of work to redo in a short time. Is there anything you can do? Any way to restore the information?
Unfortunately this is a known bug in our code at this time. The developer has been working on a fix and we will notify you as soon as it is available.

Itunes said I needed to do the upgrade to the new OS. So I downloaded the new OS and all the contacts that I have added over the last 2 months just have names and no other information. No, you can't downgrade iOS. You should be able to restore the address book on your computer from your backup, though. Windows address book probably got wiped on the first sync after the upgrade completed. It sounds like the iPhone may have been disconnected before the entire restore cycle was complete if the contact records in Windows Address book got munged.

I recently removed an outlook account and now all of my calendar events are missing. The majority of them were added from my iphone 4s. How do I retrieve the events? Backing up with iCloud did not help, as I assumed it would.
Outlook is a mail client for PC's (and Macs). It is not a type of account. Do you mean an "Exchange Account"?
If so, then re-add it. The calendar events live on the Exchange Server. The only way to get them back is to re-add the account to the phone. The contents of Exchange and IMAP accounts are not part of the 'backup' as they already exist elsewhere. -
Attachments are missing in form later when you view the form

we have developed the application with webdynpro java with adobe interactive forms, we have implemented adding attachment to adobe form . I have two problems related to adobe attachments.
1) once files are attached to form and submitted the form data. Later when you view same form , if you look at the attachments . Files are available. But in the same webdynpro form where the adobe form is rendering has back button.
Once you click on the back button and again if you display the same adobe form and try to look at the attachments. But attachments are missing. the attachments not able to see till i close that browser and open the the application in new browser. Some thing causing the issue click on back button and try to revisit the same adobe form to see the attachments in file.
2) Another problem is file names with attachments. once files are attached to form and submitted the form data. Later when you view same form again attachments are missing. In case, if any of the file name have the special characters like " %, $, &". for example if i attached three files to form , but only one of the file names has the special characters, then the whole three files are missing when you look at the attachments in the form.
Please let me know what could be the issue. How to resolve it.
One quick solution for the 2nd problem is , Prompting the user with warning message, while attaching any files to form have the special characters to file name. what is the logic need to be write, where need to write.

How i will add the attachments to the form means, we have online forms for submit the data , while submitting the data , all the relevant documents or files related to request will be attached to the adobe form , click on attache icon available in adobe form.

Just updated my iMac to OS X Yosemite and my Photoshop will no longer open. Pop up message informing, Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application. I have the pay monthly package and don't know where to start.

Restore from previous backup, be sure use the same iTunes and account you used to store your stuff into your device.

Unless you manually set your backup settings to exclude your camera roll, camera roll photos and videos are included in your iCloud backup. If the missing videos were on you phone when it was last backed up, restoring to the backup should recover them.

One of my forms and it's responses are missing from "My Forms"
Two days ago I was working with the responses from one of our forms. I went to continue to work on the data last night and the form and all it's responses are missing. Is there any way to restore the form and/or it's responses from a backup?
Also, I have a pdf copy of the form, but when I go to import it I get an error basically saying I cannot import the form because it has already been distributed. Is there any kind of workaround to this so I don't have to recreate the form from scratch?

FormsCentral currently does not import the pdf copy back. Sorry for that. If you want to have a backup copy of a FormsCentral form, a better way is export the form design. You could do that in the Form Design, File – Export Design File…, to export the form design and save it locally. You could then import the form design back to your account in a later time. Note, export the form design would not include the responses data.

Do you have a Time Machine backup or any backup of your Mac? Then you could try to restore from the backup.
If your photos are very important documents, you could also try data recovery software. Usually the trial versions are free, but if you want to safe the recovery photos you have to pay. Disk Drill works well to recover jPEG photos, see: http://www.cleverfiles.com/
It is still not obvious what might have happened to your iPhoto Library. Have you searched for different iPhoto Libraries?
You can search everywhere with FindAnyFile, where Spotlight will not search.

Download and run Find Any File to search for a file with "ThumbJPGSegment" in the file name. These are files common to all versions of iPhoto libraries.
FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages. If there's a library hiding somewhere on your hard drive FAF will find it. -

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
You can click the Maximize button at the top right to leave full screen mode or right click empty space on a toolbar and use "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press F11. -
I have reset my phone, put the latest updates on itunes and iphone and thought it might work then, but no luck. I am trying to avoid restoring it as I dont want to loose the data I have purchased that is missing off my itunes since I updated that. I'm not sure how to contact itunes to get my data put back on my itunes on computer. All my purcahsed data from itunes still comes up on my phone as it hasnt been able to sync to the update. DOes anyone know how to contact itunes to have bought data re-put back on. It comes up in my itunes acocount with the date and purchase number but these items are missing from my itunes purcahsed items. Weird?

Loading assemblies using Reflection when dependant dlls are missing.

I've created a sample WinForms application where I upload a dll (present in my local machine).
I just need to read the public types (classes) defined in the assembly. So I've used the ExportedTypes property.
When the dependant dlls are present in my machine, I'm able to read the public types of the assembly using the ExportedTypes property.But when the dependant dlls are not available in my machine, I get the following error:
"Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information."
Please let me know how to overcome this problem even when the dependant dlls are missing.
NOTE: When the same dll, is looked upon using ILDASM.exe we are able to view its classes, even when the dependant dlls are not present.

I'm using following code and using the LoadTypeLib method to fetch the dlls ITypeLib.

Few of my amount_cr lines are missing from the query, check GL_JE_LINES_V.
I have a discover report which have 5 union all, and one of the select statement brings the information about the cr.type like 'MISC'from the table called ar.ar_cash_receipts_all cr.
This query basically brings the information of amount_dr and amount_Cr from the general ledger table, the navigation for the same is as below.
Navigation:
Enter journals
pick some Batch Name
Click find button
Place cursor on the line item from the list that has Journal Name like Miscellaneous receipts
Click on Review Journal.
When you check the record history pulls the information as GL_JE_LINES_V.
I am not able to pick few of my amount_cr values.

The code which I have posted earlier, has been coded by some other technical person, I have posted part of the main query which pulls ‘MISC’, the posted query is not pulling all the amount_credit (amount_cr) column information, few of the lines are missing,
The amount_dr, amount_cr is basically called form GL_JE_LINES_V, I have checked this from record history, I want to know whether, I need any further tables to be added for the existing query, in order to pull the missing amount_cr

Reports 10g Missing information during file conversion
I have a large report that includes several graphs that keeps giving me an error during conversion that says the report is missing information and cannot create the file. I have never seen this before this report. It is actually giving me the message REP-1067 Some information is missing in the report. It just seems to happen when I add another graph. There is no information on REP-1067 in searching in the forums which does not give me a lot of hope.. Anyone have any ideas where to look. Report Builder 10g, Database 10g.
There are already several graphs in the report, so I don't believe it is a graphing issue.
