How do you retrieve a password for encripted backup?

The ONLY time I've ever seen this happen is where the user had a company Exchange account installed on their phone. Exchange accounts can require the iPhone backup be encrypted, through a profile installed on the phone, that will trigger that switch in iTunes, whether the user selects it or not. Using the Exchange password fixed the situation.
And what exactly do you mean by "starting over?"
You delete ALL existing iPhone backups listed under iTunes>Preferences>Devices, make sure the box to encrypt is NOT checked & sync. This creates a current iPhone backup. Of course, such is not possible if encryption is required, as I've stated above.

Sorry no, if you don't knnow the encrypted password, then you can't use that backjup.

You can't. Either find out what it is, or you'll have to delete all of your existing backups, restore your phone as a new device & start over.

I'm afraid you can't. If you cannot remember the password, you will not be able to use the backup. (That's why it was encrypted, so no one could use it without knowing the password.)

If you cloned the disk you should have all the existing files on the original disk.
The new disk is seen as a different computer..

That is the bugger with generic (executable) functionality. When used for multiple requirements which are too far from each other then they break or the "lowest common denominator" calls the shots.
If this data is being uploaded from the application server, then why don't you just protect it there. The S_DATASET for that program context will not be very usefull, because it is generic.... so you can look into using S_PATH.

Again, this means that anyone who knows the generic password (or can display / debug the code) will be able to access the data.
A better variant of the same would be to create a symbolic service user, and prompt for that user's password before the data is downloaded. You can then use standard functions for prompting for passwords, which also update the lock counter.
=> If the password is locked due to incorrect logins, then the program is locked for this functionality as well.
=> You can periodically lock / unlock / change the access to the program, by administrating the service user in SU01.
=> Do not give this service user any authority at all - you only want to prompt for knowledge of the password, but not actually log the user itself onto the system. (see report RDDPWCHK for some example coding)
In German this is called "von hinten durch die brust", which means something like "unusual approach but still works anyway".

You don't "retrieve it"
You can restore your iphone from the last backup to put the info back on the iphone.

If you have encrypted your iTunes backup, please keep trying to remember your password.
iTunes: About iOS backups
Warning: Make sure it's a password that you'll remember or write it down for safekeeping. If you encrypt an iPhone backup in iTunes and forget your password, you can't restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable.
If you can't remember the password and want to start again, you must perform a full software restore and choose set up as a new device when iTunes prompts you to select the backup from which to restore.

Keychain doesn't retrieve passwords when I need them. It's turned on, and it suggests passwords as needed. How can I fix this problem? It's worse than losing passwords that I created myself.

It seems your passwords aren't autofilling. That does sound troublesome. You may want to review your autofill settings in Safari:
Safari 8 (Yosemite): If AutoFill doesn’t work
If AutoFill doesn’t work in Safari
If Safari isn’t automatically filling in information on websites, try these suggestions.
Choose Safari > Preferences, click Passwords, then make sure “AutoFill user names and passwords” is selected.
Note: The “AutoFill user names and passwords” option in the Passwords pane is equivalent to “User names and passwords” in the AutoFill pane of Safari preferences. When you select one, the other is also selected.
Make sure any information you want to be filled in automatically is saved on your card in Contacts. Safari can only fill in contact information that’s on your card in Contacts. For example, if a form requires your phone number, but it isn’t on your card, you must fill it in manually.
Make sure the webpage has fields AutoFill can complete.
Safari may be unable to tell which fields are for user name and password, credit card number and expiration date, and so forth.
If AutoFill still doesn’t work, the website may not allow it.

But I never sync to itune before. When I find the previous backups, I can find only one backup which is done after ios 5 update.

I've never faced this case myself, but from the documentation it would seem that the INSTEAD OF DELETE is also a FOR EACH ROW trigger. Therefore, you don't really have to worry about the actual "where" clause of the original "delete" operation: Oracle has it all parsed for you, so you just need to redirect, in turn, each view record being deleted to the appropriate table.
In extenso: for your
delete vt12 where m = 1;
=> the INSTEAD OF trigger fires once for all records in vt12 where m=1, and I would guess that you trigger code should look like:
begin
delete from t1 where m = :old.m and n = :old.n and o = :old.o;
delete from t2 where a = :old.m and b = :old.n and c = :old.o;
end;
It's a bit of overkill compared to the "where" clause of the original "delete" statement, but it should do the job...
BTW, if by any luck you do have some primary key on tables t1 and t2 (say: columns o and c respectively), then obviously you can make the thing simpler:
begin
delete from t1 where o = :old.o;
delete from t2 where c = :old.o;
end;

Can i get password from Oracle Internet Directory? Is there any tools available? I found that using command 'ldifwrite' can convert information residing in an Oracle Internet Directory to LDIF file. Can this command retrieve password as well? Im using Windows and ldifwrite.exe doesn't exist in my oracle_home/bin, so i can't execute this command. Any solution? Thanks...

mass retrieval of user passwords is not possible for as far as I know. The passwords of the users you have added to the OID are encrypted, so there is not much use anyway. Passwords for a couple of services/database users are unencrypted, but for some reason I do not think this is what you are looking for...
