In CSC Return and Exchange process, While Returning an Item, Refund type is Store Credit. How to change Refund type as credit card?

  • Returns and Replacement Process- Error

    Hi all,
    We are creating a Complaints Transaction ZCOM in CRM 7.0 with product say XYZ
    The complaint Item category is ZCOM
    Then we are creating a return request item with item category ZREN and saving the document.
    The Document gets successfully distributed to ECC with the return item ZREN.
    Now if we open the Complaint document in CRM it shows an error as u201CThe item category 'ZREN' is not permitted for product 'XYZ'u201D.
    If we create a Replacement Item with item category ZREP then we get the error as u201CThe item category 'ZREP' is not permitted for product 'XYZ'u201D.
    However in ECC the document is complete without any errors.
    We are not able to get the reason behind this error.
    Al the customizing for item category determination seems to be ok.
    Any suggestions??..experts pls reply soon

    Hi Pepe,
    I suspect something might be a problem with Item Usage. So we need to check 2 things.
    1) Create a return order/ return request item directly in ECC and check the item usage that is getting picked.
    2) In CRM also create a return order / return request item and check the item usage.  you can put a break point on select statment "SELECT SINGLE * FROM crmc_it_assign" in CRM_ORDER_IT_ASSIGN_SELECT_CB FM.
    I suspect the problem with item usage as transaction type and item cat group can not change (assuming materail and product are in sync)
    Let me know the outcome. Hope this helps.Regds,

  • Automatic creation of Reservation for Service Order (Return and Repair)

    Hi, Looking for your valuable help on Creation of Automatic Reservation
    I am working on Return and Repair process at Plant.
    1) So far
    Service Notification > Repair Order > Return Delivery > Service order . has been done.
    now requirement is when i am saving the service order for the Object (Fisnished Goods), in which components  required for servicing of material are maintained, when i will save the order a Reservation for the same needs to be reaised to Warehouse automatically.
    2) In Repair order all operation and components are not reflecting when i am selecting the line item and going to EDIT > Display Range > All Items in VA02 for which i need to do DP90.(Resource Related Billing)

    If you have a backup for an earlier sync, set the new pad up from the existing backup.
    If you did not get that far, no sweat.  As long as you are using the same apple id, go to the store, select the purchased button on the bottom.  You can reload those apps for free.

  • Return or exchange Galaxy S3 and keep unlimited data?

    I have preordered a Galaxy S3 and it's been shipped already, should be delivered on Monday. After finding out about the encrypted bootloader on this phone I'm not sure I want it anymore (I'll save that rant for somewhere else). If I return the device will I keep my unlimited data? I ordered it prior to June 28th. I've read conflicting info about restocking fees. Do I need to refuse delivery from Fedex or can I accept delivery and go through normal return methods without being charged a fee? Paying $35 to return a phone that's still in its shrink wrap seems ridiculous.
    I'm also trying to decide whether I'd prefer a Galaxy Nexus. I know that if I return the S3 and then try to re-use my upgrade, I'll lose unlimited data. Is there a way for me to do a direct exchange of one device for the other, so that I'm not technically cancelling one upgrade and re-using it?

    I would just refuse delivery if you don't want the phone. If you
    return this phone your upgrade will fall under the new upgrade after June 28,
    2012 and as such you will have to move to the new plans when you upgrade at
    subsidized prices. You do have the right to return for exchange I was told by VZW rep
    but then again your mileage may vary as to what you do.  It is not a set thing and no one
    at VZW will always to the samething in all locations.  Again buyer beware.  The last phone I
    returned by just not accepting delivery which was just late last year VZW
    charged the restocking fee but I mentioned to the person I called that it was
    still not opened.  They said the phone
    still had to go back as an opened phone as they had to open the package to make
    sure everything was in the box as the shrink wrap could have been re-shrunk by
    someone else in shipping.  They told me
    they did not take any returns without an inspection of the contents.  I hope your mileage will vary with your
    return.  Once they go back they go to
    refurbished phones?  I have been seeing
    people complain they are getting new phones with no battery cover and VZW tells
    them to return them which I am sure VZW will charge the re-stocking fee
    anyway.  These issues are why I don’t
    order phones off the web site.  I only

  • Combined Sales Order Type to Process a Return and Additional Purchases

    I am a developer and being asked to interface from a stand alone POS to SAP.  The business requirement is to allow customers to return items and buy items in a single transaction.  Can SAP be configured to do this?  If not, I will have to do a return and a sales order under the covers, but it will be quite complex.  I have tried messing around with a copy of OR and adding a REN item cat but I am obviously missing pieces as the REN doesn't show up on VA01.  I have also tried the reverse, setting up a copy of RE and adding a TAN item cat, stuck at the same point.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Here is a detailed example, we create a standard sales order (in our case ZSOR, but it is just a copy of OR) for 5 items, one of which is for material 'C20030' qty 2.  We deliver, bill and the customer pays (all of these transactions are created in sap with standard/generated idoc and bapi message types, this piece is working). 
    Continuing our scenario, five days later the customer returns to the store wanting to return line number C20030 qty 2, but as the customer walks up to the counter s/he sees another unrelated item C21111 that s/he would like to purchase at the same time.  Right now, we are only able to create a return (ZRE) for C200030 that references the original order, goods receive it, credit memo it, and credit the cust account with the payment interface.  Then we have to start a new order.  The customer requirement is to have all of this occur on one transaction and net out before posting (I have seen this in some retail stores when shopping with my family -- not many but a few). 
    Has anyone ever configured this in SAP core?  I don't even see a reference to it in documentation for SAP retail (which our customer does not have).  Thanks

       I would like to report on GR Returns and IR retuns from Purchasing Datasources i.e. 2LIS_02_SCL(total returns).
       I created GR with 101 movement and GR with 102 movement. I checked in RSA3, i could see data with Procecs Key 002. But, i don't see any entry with process key 006. <u>Does any body investigated how these process keys attached to document changes? am i missing some thing?</u> I can able to calculate Actual Delived Qty and Invoice Qty, but i could't able to calculate total GR and IR Returns?.
    We are on ECC 6.0 and PI 2005.1 700 and BI 7.0 .
    Does any body have any idea about this.
    Note: as of now i don't want to look into IM for return quantity. we don't have any Plans to implement IM.

       Both notes won't help... as you didn't understood my Issue. I was able to get actual Delivered or Invoiced Qty or Values. 1st won't help in my Case (This note is for how to calculate Invoice or GR value with Current Exachnge Rate instead of Original Exchange Rate).
    I did all the settings for Purchasing. Some reason i couldn't able to generate any Entry with Process Key '6' or '7'.
    Any idea where these process keys attached to these Documents. I want to debugg this, as you know i need to debugg while filling setup tables.
    I would be very happy if you can share any Document on BI Objects Naming Conventions (Query or Cube or any BI Object).

  • Return To Vendor process

    Hi ,
    Currently the business use two different process for sending parts to Vendor.
    1. First is the standard Sub contracting process where Raw materials is send to vendor ( 541 ) and vendor process the material and sends back ( 543 ) .
    2. Second is where the parts are send to Vendor due to defect ( 541)  and vendor will either send the material back after fixing ( 542 )or will inform to make credit memo if the parts send cannot be fixed . Althougth this process can be done from Return to Vendor process ( 122 ) , but the business had issues with open PO line item for the return part and raising the Credit memo as Vendor may sometime take time to  return the part which may be in months . Also there is no way for the business to know how much of material is lying with vendor at given point of time which is possible by ME20 in this case.
    The material planning is such that it consider the Stock at Vendor for Scope of check and hence for the first process this works out properly as it considers stock qty at Vendor's place  berfore generating PR , but for second process this becomes the issue as it also considers this stock at vendor place and does planning , but it should not coz this is part return to vendor for fixing and will come again not as assembly .
    How best the 2nd process be mapped without the 122 movement and is there any movement type which can take care of the second process and also we can have a seperate MRP planning accordingly .

  • How to catch date errors and continue processing in a PL/SQL procedure

    I'm updating a date field with dates constructed from day, month and year fields. The incoming data has many instances of day and month that are not valid dates, ex 11 31 2007. There is no 31st day in November.
    I would like to write a pl/sql script to scan the table containing these values and log the rows that produce conversion errors.
    I thought I could do this with exceptions but there are no exceptions that correspond to the ORA-01847 error for mismatched day and month.
    Here is what I tried (the print procedure is a local wrapper for DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line):

    There are lots of different error messages associated with bad dates. Rather than try to catch them all, I use a BEGIN ... EXCEPTION block that contains nothing but a TO_DATE call. This is one of the rare occassions when I think "EXCEPTION WHEN OTHERS" is okay,

    I need to detect if a crriage retunr and line feed present on each row in my text file before allowing user to upload the text file
    I know how to remove them from each line but what I need is to detect them no removing them from file.
    Our concern is when the a row does not have carriage return and line feed.
    Is there a way to find this using CF? Please help

    That is exactly the problem Dave, if some rows do not have line feed, they're not being inserted into DB, it skips other steps and go right to finish. It looks
    like the file is done processing.
    So I need to do early rejection to this kind of file.
    I used cfloop to catch anything else that do not follow the formatting rules.
    Here is what I already done:
    Right after the file got uploaded, I have these codes:   
    <cfloop  index="x" file="#MyFile#" >
      <CFSETMyLine = Replace(x,chr(9),"|", "ALL")>
      I'm using a few functions, such as, Left(), Mid(), Right(), etc to make sure certain rules are followed.
      Up till here, it's done and tested, everything is working.
      The only problem is when 1 or more rows don't end up with line feed and or carriage return.
      I plan to add some codes to check the end of each row for chr(10) since it is looping for every row anyway.
      If detected, process file normally otherwise stop processing.

    Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
    Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
    If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
