Return gr printout.

hi all
how to take printout of return purchase invoice(return gr invoice print) slip.please tell me the cutomization and functional part.

Hi
Accountiting enetries will not come in print out as per standard form.
WE01 - is for Individual slip
WE02 - for Individual slip with inspection text &
WE03 for collective slip
You can print out three different versions of a GR/GI slip:
Individual slip (version 1)
In this case, one GR/GI slip is printed out for each item.
Individual slip with inspection text (version 2)
In this case, one GR/GI slip is printed out for each item. In addition, a quality inspection text is printed if there is one in the material master record.
Collective slip (version 3)
In this case, a collective slip including all the items in a document is printed.
You can see the Print preview in MB90 Transaction only.
Thanks & Regards
Kishore

  • Form printout for advance tax return (rfumsv00)

    Many countries like for example India have standard government prescribed formats for VAT returns or for service tax returns (like ST3 format) . But from my analysis, i dont find an option in ECC 6- Advnace tax return - rfumsv00 to output the data onto a form. (Only for Germany and Belgium this is possible by selecting the option "prepare printing of forms" under the "posting " tab.). Please tell me if there is any option. I cannot believe that SAP doesnot provide such option for other countries?

    I hope nothing is mentioned like , this is specific to Germany and Belgium.
    If you want you can have the form in your own layout. In "Output lists" area you can create your own variant for each output/input tax line items and balances.
    Based on the layout selected you will get the output print form.

  • Losing carriage returns in textarea / using plpdf to generate report

    Hello,
    I'm using Apex 3.1.1 and Oracle 10g database. I would appreciate any suggestions on how I can preserve carriage returns in a textarea when sending the text to a package that generates a report. Please see example of current problem (below code). I'm using an onkeypress function to check for keycode = 13 when the Enter key is pressed -- that is working. I also created an alert to show the url value -- I can see the text on multiple lines, so that appears to be working as well. The textarea value parameter in the package is defined as varchar2. Per the support folks at plpdf.com, chr(13) indicates an explicit line break, and they told me to check my text. I don't know what I'm missing. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

      function callPLPDFRep()
          var url;
          url = '#OWNER#.' + $x('P&APP_PAGE_ID._REPORT_PROCEDURE').value + '?' + build_params();
          w = open(url, "winPDFRep", "Scrollbars=1, resizable=1, width=800, height=600");
          if (w.opener == null)
            w.opener = self;
            w.focus();
       function build_params()
        var lparms;
        lparms = '';
        lparms = lparms + '&p_incorrect=' + $x('P212_INCORRECT').value;
        lparms = lparms + '&p_correct=' + $x('P212_CORRECT').value;
        return lparms;
      }Text in textarea:
    035 5768 06/15/2010
    035 5768 06/16/2010
    035 5768 06/17/2010
    Printout on report:
    035 5768 06/15/2010035 5768 06/16/2010035 5768 06/17/2010

    Hello Michael,
    Thank you for your response. After doing some researching and experimenting, here's what I have found so far.
    First, using an onkeypress function to alert the keycode, a chr(13) is being returned when I press the Enter key in the textarea.
      function check_Enter(e)
        var keynum;
        var textval = $x('P212_INCORRECT').value;
        if(document.all)
          keynum = e.keyCode
        else
          keynum = e.which
        alert(keynum);
      }Next, when I access the value of the textarea via javascript with $x('P212_INCORRECT').value, the chr(13) is automatically converted to the newline character (\n). In an attempt to replace the \n with a \r so plpdf will recognize the carriage return, I added a javascript replace function before sending the text to the package, and it does not work.
      function build_params()
        var lparms;
        lparms = '';
        lparms = lparms + '&p_incorrect=' + $x('P212_INCORRECT').value;
        lparms = lparms + '&p_correct=' + $x('P212_CORRECT').value;
        alert(lparms.split(/\n/g).length - 1);  // confirm that a newline character is found
        lparms = lparms.replace( new RegExp( "\n", "g" ), "\r");  // replace newline character with carriage return
        return lparms;
      }When I tried to replace the newline character (\n) with chr(13), the chr(13) is printed out like it is text instead of a special character. In order to test that I have the correct syntax for the replace function in javascript, I tried replacing \n with '...', and then in the package that generates the PDF, I replaced the '...' with chr(13). That works!
    In response to your comment about the PLPDF procedure for multi line section, I am using: plpdf.PrintMultiLineCell(180, 6, l_incorrect, '0', 0). As a newbie to javascript, I am not sure why replacing \n with \r is not working. Can you advise how to use a chr(13) in the javascript replace function and have it recognized as a special character and not text? I don't know how to view special characters in the textarea other than checking for them with javascript.
    Thanks, Lisa

  • Safari and Turbotax Online CAN'T PRINT TAX RETURN

    I'm using:
    Mac OS 10.4.3
    Safari 2.0
    and online Turbotax, and when went to try printing tax return, it says it's a .pdf file type, and it pops up a window showing PREVIEW AND PRINT, but no print button. It says "if having problems and won't download go to adobe site for help". I tried the site and Safari's file/print, and "save as" and it only shows the first page of tax return. Details: on the website page to print, there is a window inside the window showing whole tax return in inner window with scroll bars to right. But whatever is showing when not scrolling thru, and try to hit file/print from Safari top menu, is what shows on printout...ie: only ONE page of whatever's in the innermost window. The turbotax persons are NO help, so tho't I'd try this wonderful MAC HELP site to see if anyone else has any suggestions. The adobe site said the following, all of which I tried and nothing worked:
    -deinstall/reinstall adobe reader
    -remove pdf plugin (sys prefs/quicktime/advanced/MIME settings/images/choose down arrow and UNCHECK "pdf image")
    ..the tho't here was to be able to make webpage download to desktop, which it never has yet, even with all turned off and even during the time I uninstalled adobe and all related files.
    ..so far the only thing I can come up with (which I don't like as a Mac-addict)is go to work and use a PC(ugh)to download my copy of my tax return.

    After a long search I FOUND THE ANSWER to being able to see this PDF file in the ONLINE Turbotax site to be able to PRINT my tax return. Here is HELP for anyone else who has this problem. NOTE: This is for Mac OS 10.3 or Later. I'm also using Safari 2.0, so not sure if other's using earlier vs will work- read the README file below re this different PDF plugin.
    ------------HOWTO:
    Turbotax not PRINT - PDF files inside web browser not show up
    (Not in Safari nor Firefox, nor Netscape) ..how to fix: (For Mac 10.3 or later)
    1) Go to this website:
    http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/OSX.html
    and under "PluginDoc" click on "MacOS X"
    2)Under "Mozilla Plugin Support on MacOS X" click on "Adobe Reader"
    3)The above says to delete the Adobe Reader plugin. It may be found in a couple of places, so the best way to find is when on desktop and the FINDER is showing in top menu, do a FILE/FIND and type in to SEARCH for AdobePDFViewer.plugin then DELETE it.
    4)go to the following page and download the following plugin which works for Netscape or Safari:
    http://www.schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/
    On the above page on the upper right you see the link to DOWNLOAD NOW- the download is called:
    "PDF Browser Plugin 2.2.3"
    5)IMPORTANT: the README file found after clicking on the download("pdf-plugin-223.dmg") to install, tells some important info as follows:
    If Adobe Reader 7 or the QuickTime plug-in are set to handle PDF documents, they will override the PDF Browser Plugin. Turn off the display of PDF documents by these applications.
    Adobe Reader 7:
    Open the Adobe Reader 7 preferences with the command Adobe Reader->Preferences, select the "Internet" section of the preferences dialog, and turn off(by unchecking box) "Display PDF in browser using: Adobe Reader 7".
    QuickTime:
    With the QuickTime plug-in you are only able to see the first page of a PDF document. If you encounter this problem, open System Preferences, go to the QuickTime preferences pane, click in "MIME settings…" in the Plug-In pane, and make sure that under "Images - Still image files" "PDF Image" is turned off (by unchecking box next to it).
    --Continue to follow the INSTALLATION in the README file for this "PDF Browser Plugin."
    6)After following the above directions, I closed and reopened my browser and went to the page to print my tax return, and a window for this new plugin opened which asked to either register, or choose SINGLE USE ONLY, as it's free for this purpose, so check near that box, then this GREAT PDF VIEWER opened inside safari and I clicked on it's new print button (the PFD viewer icon)and it PRINTED WHOLE TAX RETURN! HORRAH! Hope this helps someone else!

  • Getter/setter methods -- how do I use the return values

    I'm just learning Java, and I haven't been to this site since the end of July, I think. I have a question regarding getter and setter methods. I switched to the book Head First Java after a poster here recommended it. I'm only about a hundred pages into the book, so the code I'm submitting here reflects that. It's the beginnings of a program I'd eventually like to complete that will take the entered information of my CD's and alphabetize them according to whatever criteria I (or any user for that matter) choose. I realize that this is just the very beginning, and I don't expect to have the complete program completed any time soon -- it's my long term goal, but I thought I could take what I'm learning in the book and put it to practical use as I go along (or at lest try to).
    Yes I could have this already done it Excel, but where's the fun and challenge in that? :) Here's the code:
    // This program allows the user to enter CD information - Artist name, album title, and year of release -- and then organizes it according the the user's choice according to the user's criteria -- either by artist name, then title, then year of release, or by any other order according to the user's choice.
    //First, the class CDList is created, along with the necessary variables.
    class CDList{
         private String artistName;//only one string for the artist name -- including spaces.
         private String albumTitle;//only one string the title name -- including spaces.
         private int yearOfRelease;
         private String recordLabel;
         public void setArtistName(String artist){
         artistName = artist;
         public void setAlbumTitle(String album){
         albumTitle = album;
         public void setYearOfRelease(int yor){
         yearOfRelease = yor;
         public void setLabel(String label){
         recordLabel = label;
         public String getArtistName(){
         return artistName;
         public String getAlbumTitle(){
         return albumTitle;
         public int getYearOfRelease(){
         return yearOfRelease;

           System.out.println ("Year of Release: " + getYearOfRelease());
           System.out.println ("Record Label: " + getLabel());
           System.out.println ();
    import static java.lang.System.out;
    import java.util.Scanner;
    class CDListTestDrive {

              while (x<4) {
              Record[x]=new CDList();
              out.println ("Artist Name: ");
              String artist = s.nextLine();
              Record[x].setArtistName(artist);
              out.println ("Album Title: ");
              String album = s.nextLine();
              Record[x].setAlbumTitle(album);
              out.println ("Year of Release: ");
              int yor= s.nextInt();
                    s.nextLine();
              Record[x].setYearOfRelease(yor);
              out.println ("Record Label: ");
              String label = s.nextLine();
              Record[x].setLabel(label);
              System.out.println();
              x=x+1;//moves to next CDList object;

                Record[x].getAlbumTitle();
                Record[x].getYearOfRelease();
                Record[x].getLabel();
                Record[x].printout();
         }//end main
    }//end class          First, I'd like to ask anyone out there to see if I could have written this any more efficiently, with the understanding that I'm only one hundred pages into the book, and I've only gotten as far as getter and setter methods, instance variables, objects and methods. The scanner feature I got from another book, but I abandoned it in favor of HFJ.
    Secondly --
    I'm confused about getter and setter methods -- I'd like someone to explain to me what they are used for exactly and the difference between the two. I have a general idea, that getters get a result from the method and setters set or maybe assign a value to variable. I submitted this code on another site, and one of the responders told me I wasn't using the returned values from the getter methods (he also told me about using a constructor method, but I haven't got that far in the book yet.). The program compiles and runs fine, but I can't seem to figure out how I'm not using the returned values from the getter methods. Please help and if you can explain in 'beginners terms,' with any code examples you think are appropriate. It will be greatly appreciated.
    By the way, I'm not a professional programmer -- I'm learning Java because of the intellectual exercise and the fun of it. So please keep that in mind as well.

But this is something every new programmer goes through, and I will not spoil the fun. You see, in 3 to 6 months when you have learned much more Java, assuming you stick with it, you will look back at this and be like "what the hell was I thinking" and then realize just haw far you have come. So enjoy that moment and don't spoil it now by asking for what could have been better/ more efficient. If it works it works, just be happy it works.

So please keep that in mind as well.First, if you posted this somewhere else you should link to that post, it is good you at least said you did, but doubleposting is considered very rude because what inevitably happens in many cases is the responses are weighed against each other. So you are basically setting anyone up who responds to the post for a trap that could make them look bad when you double post.
    You are setting you getters and setters up right as far as I can tell. Which tells me that I think you grasp that a getter lets another class get the variables data, and a setter lets another class set the data. One thing, be sure to use the full variable name so you should have setRecordLabel() and getRecodLabel() as opposed to setLabel() and getLabel(). Think about what happens if you go back and add a label field to the CDList class, bad things the way you have it currently. Sometimes shortcuts are not your friend.
    And yes, you are using the getters all wrong since you are not saving off what they return, frankly I am suprised it compiles. It works because you don't really need to use the getters where you have them since the CDList Record (should be lowercase R by the way) object already knows the data and uses it in the printout() method. Basically what you are doing in lines like:
    Record[x].getArtistName();is asking for the ArtistName in Record[x] and then getting the name and just dropping it on the floor. You need to store it in something if you want to keep it, like:
    String artistName = Record[x].getArtistName();See how that works?
    Hope this helped, keep up the good learning and good luck.

  • Goods receipt for return PO - MB01-Movement type 101-161

    Hi guys!
    I have one problem with output determination for goods movement (movement type 101 with internal movement type 161).
    I used SAP Note 426554 and for as I know the output determination customizing is ok:
    output type WE03, collective slip, access sequence 0003 , condition table: 72 Transaction/Printed Version/Print ID, Transaction/event type: WE, movement type: 101 - 161, Print indicator: 1Material document printout – 2 Return delivery, Transmission time-spot of the condition record (1 to 4):1-3, print indicator (RM07M-XNAPR) is set manually and maintained as NDR parameter in user master record, Output type print parameter is Plant/storage location (7), printer determination is customized.
    At header level, the document created with MB01 with reference to a return PO, doesn't have the XNAPR parameter (don't know why - it is set when using MB01). It may be this one the reason for not having any output message to print. For movement type 101 (in reference to a PO) all works fine. Just for 101-161 movement type the system doesn't create any output type.
    Do you have some suggestions? What should I do..what else soul I check?
    Thanks.

  • J1IS for Partial Return of Exciseble goods

    Dear all,
    I have created a PO 100 Qty
    Done GR 100 Qty
    20 were found bad hence return delivered through 122
    Posted Excise Invoice for Redceived qty 100.
    WRT 122 material doc i have created an outgoing excise Invoice In J1IS.
    In J1iv when I do Release to accounting i get below error
    Error in allocating Excise invoice number Interva
    not found Number object J_1IEXCLOC
    I have checked the number range for it for the series group and it exists.
    Other issue in the same context is i am not able to take the printout of the same in J1IV even after message determination settings for JEXC Transaction.
    Thanks and Regards
    Shrinivas

    Hi
    Please check the number range status of the object J_1IEXCLOC for respective series group and check in the header table by going to SE16 what is the status for the same. If it is more than what you see in the SNRO transaction then kindly reset to correct number and create the J1IS document.

  • Printout a pdf file in a specific printer.

    Hi experts,
    I am facing the following problem: I have a PDF file that i want to print without using a user interface to do it. I created a database table where I store the name of the PDF file that I need to print, the type is BDS_FILENA. Now at a certain hour I want to send the PDF file to be printed in a specific printer installed in the network. The idea is to create the code that sends out the files only by giving the file name.
    I already have the PDF file uploaded in the system (is not a local file I want to print).
    I know that using the FM GET_PRINT_PARAMETERS I am able to config whether the IMMEDIATELY, NO_DIALOG, DEVICE (printer name), etc.
    My question is, by calling this FM it will send the spool defined in the DATA_SET parameter to the printer??? how can I add the document to the spool (I am assuming that the DATA_SET is the spool where the documents are ready to be printed... Am I right?) By calling this FM, automatically will start the print due to I have defined the IMMEDIATELY parameter as 'X' right or do I have to call another FM to start the printing?
    I have check these forums: [Thread 1|http://www.sapfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=23697&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a], [Thread 2|Re: Query: Single Spool request to print multiple smart forms] but I am not too sure about if it is what I need.
    Can you please guide me a little bit about it?
    In advance, thanks a lot for your comments or observations.
    Cheers,
    Mauricio.-

    Hi again,
    Ok, I have read about the RSPO_*_SPOOLREQUEST FM, but in non of them I figure out what is the FM that I need to call to send the spool to the printer...
    RSPO_OPEN_... will return the spool number. that spool number I will need to pass as SPOOL_REQUEST_ID parameter in the RSPO_OUTPUT_SPOOL_REQUEST right?
    I understood that I will have to convert the PDF into a spool, i don't know yet how to do it... but it is something that seems to be easy, but the printer side I cannot understand. Using those calls I am able to convert the PDF from hte XSTRING type to a spool. but after the conversion, how do I send to document to the printer?? I don't need to download it to a local computer, i just need to printout the PDF or the data inside the PDF with all the layout (Title, headers, footers, etc.)
    In advance, thanks again.

  • Return statement and accessing object's variable

    I want to return object variable but I am not sure how
    that is the constructor which takes int as arg.
    public class VHS implements MyInterface
    int year;
    public VHS (int year)
    this.year = year;
    Now I create new object in main class
    VHS currentMovie;
    currentMovie = new VHS(1995);
    int movieYear;
    System.out.println("enter the year of movie: ");
    movieYear=Keyboard.readInt();
    currentMovie.movieTitle(movieYear);
    System.out.println("passed as parameter when creating obj = new VHS(" currentMovie ")" );
    currentMovie.userInput();
    // it printout the year entered by user and works fine, however the thing above it dont, it is supposed to return the same thing
    // the problem is with currentMovie. I know I could do it differently, but I am curious if I could somehow printout the argument that was passed to the object using currentMovie.
    I quess I would need toString method but if I create it I got a message incompatible types :
    public String toString()
    return year; // year is an int
    If anyone is able to understand what I am trying to do, please respond
    and thank you , this forum already helped me very much, much more than my professors :) who are extremally weird

    public String toString()
    return year; // year is an int
    }Of course it says incompatible types. You're trying to return with an int, when you declared that the method should return String.
    String, although it is an object in Java, is treated differently. You can convert any primitive value to String easily. You also can convert any kind of objects to String as well.
    In case of primitives, one of the "wrapper" classes will be used to convert the primitive to string. In case of objects, the toString method of the object will be used to convert.
    Since you want to convert an int (primitive) to string, the easiest way perhaps:
    return "" + year;
    Since one of the operands has the type of String, the operator will change to be the "concatenate strings" operator, and the other operand will be converted to string. The returning type of the expression is String, and that's what it should be.
    You also might use the static method of the Integer wrapper class:
    return Integer.toString(year).

  • Adding in Select statement for SAPscript printout

    Hi everyone,
    I have a new requirement where i would need to output a new field in a sapscript printout.
    A summary of the requirements is as follows:
    -> If EKPO-PSTYP = '3'
       -> select RSNUM
          from EKET
          where EKET-EBELN = EKPO-EBELN and
                EKET-EBELP = EKPO-EBELP
       -> select MATNR
          from RESB
          where RESB-RSNUM = EKET-RSNUM
       -> display RESB-MATNR in printout
    At the moment, the sapscript is only reading from table EKPO, whereas for the new requirement to work, i'll also need to read from table EKET and RESB. Am i right to understand that sapscript cannot read SELECT statements directly from the Change Editor and i would need to do a PERFORM statement?
    The question now is, where do i put this part of the logic? Any ideas?

    Hi,
    Write a PERFORM in your script.
      PERFORM GET_MATNR IN PROGRAM Z_SUBROTINEPOOL
                        USING W_EBELN W_EBELP
                        CHANGING W_MATNR
      ENDPERFORM.
      And check the following to write the FORM in the Z program.
    The structure ITCSY is used in relation with SAPScripts. You can call a Routine in any program in SAPScript.
    For eg: if you have a subroutine named ADD_INCOME in a program ZSHAIL_BASIC, you can call the subroutine in SAPScript as follows:
    /: PERFORM ADD_INCOME IN PROGRAM ZSHAIL_BASIC
    /: USING &var1&
    /: CHANGING &var2&
    /: ENDPERFORM.
    Here the input parameter to the subroutine is var1 and the value returned by the subroutine is var2.
    In the program ZSHAIL_BASIC, you have to call the subroutine as
    FORM ADD_INCOME TABLES IN_TAB STRUCTURE ITCSY OUT_TAB STRUCTURE ITCSY.
    ENDFORM.
    IN_TAB is a structure of type ITCSY,which has 2 components, NAME and value.
    So in the program, var1(which is sent from SAPScript) , will be stored as IN_TAB-NAME and its value will be in IN_TAB-VALUE. You can utilise the IN_TAB-VALUE and after performing the required operations, the return value should be assigned to table OUT_TAB.
    This value can thus be obtained in var2 specified in SAPScript.
      Also you can search for "SUBROUTINE IN SCRIPT"... "PERFORM IN SCRIPT", "ITCSY"....

  • Add returnable packing in the invoice

    Hi,
    We have added returnable pallets in the outbound delivery.  We want to reflect this in the Invoice printout as well.  When we copy the material to the invoice, it has no price/no value.  But the Invoice gets an error that the pallets needs selling price.
    But we are not selling the pallets to the customer. We just want to include that in the invoice document.
    Please advise how to.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
    go to VOV7 >>>
    Select  item category >>> details which you are using for returnable packaging
    In front of statistical value - X
    Now even of you maintained price for this material,it will not add in net value(header)
    Otherwise
    Make item is not relevent for Billing in VOV7
    Otherwise
    With help of FICO team write substitution rule by OBBH
