Return or Exchange for PS4?

Hi Best Buy,
Currently, I'm owning a GTA V pre owned and a Xbox One. However, my console overheated frequency while playing. I was wondering if I'm able to return those two or exchange it for a PS4.
Thank you,
Mimi

Hello again Mimi,
I’m glad to hear you’ve reached out to us on the forum again for assistance with your inquiry! It is discouraging to hear that your Xbox One doesn’t seem to be working properly as you say it’s frequently overheating.
Per our Return & Exchange Promise, unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to return opened video games, as you would only be able to exchange it for an identical item, nor would we be able to accept the Xbox Live card as it is considered a nonreturnable item. However, you may be able to trade-in your game.  If you are within the 15 day return and exchange period, you may be able to return or exchange your Xbox One. If these items were bundled, you may encounter a deduction for the value of the nonreturnable items.
Sadly, I wasn’t able to locate the purchases using the information you registered with the forum. I am sending you a private message to gather more details to see what options you may have. You may check your private messages by signing into the forum then clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.
Sincerely,

  • Return and Exchange process in CSC

In CSC Return and Exchange process, While Returning an Item, Refund type is Store Credit. How to change Refund type as credit card?
    Thanks in Advance.

You can check out the products and services tab on this website - follow the instructions and it will let you if you are still under warranty and also let you know how much apple will charge to replace the battery. Also, check out MacResQ.com and compare prices. I believe I read that Apple Stores will give you a 10% discount for a trade in and there are some online places that will let you trade up also.

  • Trade, exchange for ipod touch 1st generation

i have a 32GB 1st generation ipod touch that i feel like it's a waste of money me. i can't really do anything with it. is there anyways that i can get it trade or exchange for some money. i brought my ipod for around $600 when it first came out. i at least want to get half of the price in return.

    Are you kidding?
    What product allows this?
    Sony MP3 players?  No.
    Zune?  No.
    Sandisk?  no
    Anyone?  no
    Your television?  No.
    Your computer?  No.

  • Does anyone know if I have a pair of unopened dr. Dre beats tour 2.0 but want to exchange for a pair you have to get online that are equal to or less than the value of the beats do I have to pay upfront or can they ship to store and pay at store or exchan

I bought beats by dre tour earbuds still factory sealed but I want a pair of earbuds can only get online. Will Apple ship to store for me without paying upfront and doing payment when pick up at store

If you buy something on the Apple online store, then I am sure you realise that you have to pay upfront and it won't let you check out without paying first.
Also, I don't think that store delivery is an option - you need to enter a home address for that store and enter valid credit or debit card details to be able to use it and Apple will not ship overseas from any of their stores, so make sure you get the correct store for your country.
All you can do is purchase what you want and then return the others for a refund.  Either you do this or go directly to the Apple store and see if you can do an exchange there face to face.
It is the only way as you can't check out of an online store without paying.

  • Can i get a Refund and exchange for my iPad

Basically I recently bought a new iPad from an apple store which was a 32gb one but my brother wanted a 64gb one instead. He's already opened the box by accident and I still haven't received a receipt from apple. Is it possible to get a refund or exchange for this iPad or can I get the 64gb one if I topped up the amount of money needed?

Pay not attention to what you've heard people say. The store is the final say in the matter, not what other people have told you.
If you return it as it was originally packaged with nothing missing except the wrapping, then the store owner can make the call. But even then, they have something that cannot be sold as new, hence the restocking fee.

  • IPhone 16 GB white  - Issues - Can I pay to restock and exchange for new?

    Hi,
My wife and I bought new iPhones on monday to replace our originals.
I have had nothing but troubles.
The first unit, the hold button broke and retreated into the shell - the exchanged it.
The second unit, the screen is way too yellow, ever after the update. Also, I have not been receiving calls. I went to genius and talked to AT&T, they say everything is working fine. Let us know if I keep having issues, etc. I think the phone is a lemon, my wife's 3G phone is perfect.
If i go back to the Apple store, and pay the restocking fee, can I just exchange for a brand new phone?

Apple will not accept a return for an iPhone purchased at Consumer Cellular. You cannot
add additional memory to an iPhone. If you wish one with more memory, sell
the one you have and use the funds received towards the purchase of the model
    you desire.
You can return your current iPhone to your wireless provide, purchase one with
more memory at Apple and take that iPhone to Consumer Cellular to have them
activate it on their network. Before doing so, be use that Consumer Cellular will
accept iPhones not purchased directly from them and if they do, which models
    they support.

  • Was sold a defective TV, store unwilling to exchange for a working TV of same model

I will preface this message by saying that I am a very patient person when it comes to matters like this; however, I have a matter that needs to be addressed immediately to restore my faith as a consumer w/ Best Buy.
On 27 December 2014 at 9:41PM, I purchased a Samsung television (Model # UN55H7150) as a holiday gift from Best Buy Store #269 in Springfield, VA, along w/ a 2-year Geek Squad service plan. Upon getting the TV home, I started it up immediately, and noticed that there was an issue with the image on the TV that would not go away, despite playing w/ the picture settings.
My initial calls to the Geek Squad at the store location were not helpful, as I was placed on hold for up to 20 minutes each occurrence. Once a regular store associate would pick up, I was told to leave my name and number to receive a call back on the matter-unfortunately, the three (3) times I did this, I never received any return phone call.
I finally got an associate (Nikki[sp?]) to reach out directly to Geek Squad for me and provide me with a course of action, which was to return the TV and exchange for another one. I must say that Nikki has gone the extra mile to assist me with this issue. Unfortunately, the store did not have that model in stock, and I’ve been told countless times that, for every shipment that comes in, this TV is not a part of them.
It is now 9 January, which indicates that this has been going on for just shy of 2 weeks and my patience has run out. What I need is for Best Buy to step up, place an order for the TV model mentioned above to be delivered to store #269 ASAP, or frankly, any store in the Springfield, VA vicinity. This way, I can go to that location, and swap out the defective TV that I was sold. This is my last-ditch effort to exchange the TV before the TV is simply returned to store #269 (obtaining a FULL refund for product and Geek Squad Service plan), and I leave to go to the place down the street from Best Buy and pick up the exact same TV – at which point, will serve as the last time I set foot in Best Buy for my electronics needs.

    Hello Inthewindjr,
While I'm happy to read that your persistence in pursuing the exchange of your TV for the same model was rewarded, I don't believe it should have been necessary that you exercise such determination to achieve your goal. I apologize for your having to work so hard to get what you wanted.
I'm happy to hear that your faith in Best Buy has been restored. I hope you enjoy your new TV!
I'm very grateful that you took the time to write to us.

  • Re: Ipad 3 can I exchange for a 4

Can i exchange my beats studio with the beats studio wireless and pay the difference

    Hello Omarihab,
Thanks for registering on the forums and posting your inquiry! There are quite a few different types of Beats headphones, and it’s understandable that you’d want to try another pair to see if it better fits your needs. Best Buy offers a Return & Exchange Policy for this exact reason, and I’ll happily advise further.
Neihn is spot on here. Per our Return & Exchange Policy, seen here, customers have up to 15 days to return or exchange all eligible products. My Best Buy Elite and Elite Plus members receive an extension to this policy of 30 and 45 days respectively. As long as you’re within the eligibility timeframe, I would head into a store and talk to customer service. Please be sure to bring your original receipt or order number if it was a BestBuy.com purchase, and also bring an acceptable form of identification, such as your driver’s license. A list of all acceptable forms of identification can also be seen at the link above.
Please let us know if you have any other questions, and thanks again for posting!

  • Will apple let me exchange for an unlocked iphone 3gs?

I just bought an iphone 3GS online , but I restored it and found out that it was unlocked by jailbreaking
it's currently locked to the at&t network. I need it to work for chatr (or roger?)
Is it possible that I can exchange for an unlocked one if i pay the service fee?
because I don't want to buy a new one, and i don't want to jailbreak it again either
I just wanted to buy something for my dad, even though it's used. I made my dad very happy, but now he can't use it, and I feel like an idiot...

Bought online from whom?  I assume NOT from Apple, since in order to get an AT&T locked phone, you would have to purchase from the US Apple Store, meaning you would be in the US and would not need to use a network like Rogers.
No, you can not exchange a phone you bought on the gray market for anything.
AT&T offers unlocking now. Call them and find out if the phone qualifies. If it does, then they will unlock it.
WARNING: Jailbreaking/hacking an iPhone can permanently alter it. It may not be possible now to legitimately unlock it.
If you bought it from e-bay, etc. and it was recently enough, return it for a refund. If it was advertised as unlocked, then the seller misrepresented it.

  • Ipad 3rd Gen exchanged for 4th Gen for very recent customers

I bought my Ipad 3rd gen on the 27th Sep, and I have been hearing stories that people who are within 30 days of purchasing the 3rd Gen can get it exchanged for the 4th Generation. Has someone here actually got it done?

Some have said so. Your best bet is to call your local apple store and talk to them and see what they'll do for you. The 30 day exchange seems to not be a 'company wide widely announced' thing, rather a store by store basis.
Also, people that bought their iPad from corporate stores seem to have different experiences than those that buy them from authorized outlets, which often have different return policies.

  • Need help with a SQL qurey that returns multiple rows for one record?

I have the following query where I use a CASE WHEN clause to determine the date of a shift that begins with "FRLO" on day1 - day14 of the pay period. It works great if a schedule record contains one day that begins "FRLO", but if more than one day is "FRLO" then it only returns the first day it finds and not the others. Is there some way to get the query to return a ron for every day 1 - 14 that begins "FRLO"? System if Oracle 11G
Order of the results is not important as this is part of a larger query that orders the results.
Thanks in advance for any help,

Do you have the opportunity to change the data model to have one day per row ? It would make this easier to get this result without the need for a 14-way CASE or UNION.
    If not...
The case statement will return as soon as it matches one of the conditions. Since you want a match when any column in the row starts with FRLO you can use a UNION ALL treating each column as a separate result. There may be more efficient ways to do this, but here is one way:

Users must request their Up-To-Date upgrade within 30 days of purchase of their Mac computer. • Can I return my iPad2 for the new iPad

My parents bought me the new ipad2 in January and they also pay for the one year guarantee. The iPad 2 is brand new in good condition. Now, can I return my ipad2 for the new iPad without paying?

No, unless the store you bought it from has a very generous return policy - the Apple Store official policy is 14 days. The one year warranty is on defects in the product, not for upgrading. You can sell your iPad and use the funds to buy a new one, but you will likely sell for less than you paid.

  • Meet a problem of data exchange for sale order from CRM to R3.

    Dear Friends:
I do the data exchange for sale oder from to R3 today , the problem's detail is as follows:
When i save a sale order in CRM (Version is 5.0) . it can automatically generate a bdoc which bdoc type is BUS_TRANS_MSG. but the bdoc status alway is "Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)". and the original order in CRM can not be change .it quote that "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible",  so i check the order status analysis in detail .it presents two error messages ," Event 'BEFORE_CHANGE', attribute '     FINI': Error code for function module 'CRM_STATUS_BEFORE_COMPLETED_EC' , "Item is not yet completed in OLTP system".  so i check  the order in R/3 ,it has already been create and without any error messages.
Would like to tell me how to solve it . thanks your any idear..

    Hi Benjamin,
When performing uploads to R/3 from CRM there is a response from the OTLP system that is sent back to the CRM Middleware to confirm that the data records were received and processed correctly.
Here is a checklist you can run through to verfiy that the connections, systems and objects that are needed are all in place:
    <b>On R/3 system:</b>
    - Check R/3 outbound queue (transaction SMQ1) for any entries that are not reaching CRM.
    - Check that all RFC destinations on R/3 are defined correctly and are pointing to CRM
    - Check the CRMCONSUM table in R/3 to ensure CRM is registered as a consumer
    - Check the CRMRFCPAR table in R/3 to ensure that order objects are valid for exchange between R/3 and CRM
    - Check for any short dumps in R/3 (ST22/ST21)
    <b>On CRM:</b>
    - Are there entries stuck in the inbound queue (SMQ2) with R3AU* names?
    - What does the CRM Middleware Trace show (SMWT)?  Sometimes this has more detail than the specific BDoc overview (SMW01)
    - Check for short dums in CRM (ST22)
Let us know what else you uncover and we can work from there.
    Brad
