Returning old smartphone for Samsung 6

I recently took advantage of the exchanging my old smartphone for the Samsung 6.  I'm just realizing now that I did not get any paperwork as to what to send along with the old phone and battery.  I have the packaging, the pre-paid postage label but I do not have any paperwork to send along to identify it was my phone or such.  Does anyone know what is supposed to be sent along with this exchanged phone?  Thanks!

KrisNH, that is definitely some important information to be missing! I would like to clarify some information to ensure we provide correct information. Did you participate in our Early Edge program and need to return your previous device? Or are you completing a trade-in for a gift card? If you are completing a trade-in, you would need to request shipping materials to be sent to you, as the materials you currently have may be for a Worry Free Guarantee return or for Early Edge. For Trade-ins, you can click here: http://spr.ly/6580fxWK
If you are unsure if you participated in Early Edge, please contact our Customer Service at 800-922-0204.

  • Decision Decision - Repair older phone or go for samsung galaxy s2

    Our story
We are a family of 2 on AT&T family plan.
Husband - iPhone 4S (White) - Due for an upgrade
Wife - iPhone 4 (Black) - Broken Glass;Out of warranty; Not due for upgrade until 2013
Option 1 - Take the upgrade and get either iphone 4S ($199) or Samsung Galaxy s2 Skyrocket ($149). Wiser to chose the cheaper option as we wait for new iPhone 5 or Galaxy s3
Option 2 - Fix the wife's phone outside for $60 and be happy. Shouldnt pay $149 to get it fixed at apple and for the same amount we can get better samsung phone.
Problem is we dont want to lose the upgrade chance by getting an older phone. Rather buy some time and get the newer phone. If apple fixes my wife's phone for less money or AT&T offers a temporary smartphone for less money that would be idle. What do you think?

I went with the Galaxy S2 skyrocket and its been terrible. The battery life of the phone is bad especially after icream sandwich upgrade. The e-mail client is horrible. The keyboard and SMS client are also not that sleek. Lets not talk about the notification interface. I should have listened to you guys. I cannot wait for the new iPhone to come out. I have now realized that simplicity rocks. Even my 4 year old macbook is pretty cool. Apple, I miss you!

  • Has anyone returned an iPod for a gift card

Hi everyone. Apple was kind enough to return my 3 week old refurbished iPod video so I could get a new one. Now I am iPodless! I was planning on getting a new iPod right away when I got my Gift Card. Seel, I bought the iPod using a gift card. Now they are saying it will take 2 weeks to get the gift card! This seems a little crazy to me. Has anyone returned an iPod for a gift card who can tell me how long I should expect it to take? Where do they ship the gift card from? I sent my iPod to somewhere in California, and I live in California. I don't see how it could take more than 2 or 3 days. Maybe I am missing something? The return policy says they send the gift card within 2 days of receiving the iPod. I'm sure someone has done this.

    Your post is confusing.
Apple was kind enough to return my 3 week old refurbished iPod video so I could get a new one.
Do you mean they let you return it and get your money back?
Not sure what you mean by a gift card?

  • When flash player will be available for Samsung GT-S5670L

When flash player will be available for samsung GT-S5670L?

No Flash for iPads, iPhones, or iPods
Here's why there's is no Flash available for iDevices or other mobile devices. Adobe was unable to provide a product that was suitable to the needs of battery powered mobile devices used for Internet browsing. Existing Flash technology used too much memory, ate battery life, and was buggy. Simply put Flash did not work well on mobile devices.
Apple's Steve Jobs led the escape from Flash dependency when Apple introduced the iPhone, and later introduced the iPad. There was a hue and cry over the omission. Time proved Jobs was right on target.
So this is why there is no Flash for your iPhone or iPad or iPod nor for most SmartPhones. Flash has been abandoned by many sites in favor of supported technologies such as HTML5 or by providing their own custom app.
Here is Steve Jobs official comment on his momentous decision to omit Flash from iDevices: Steve Jobs on Flash.
Here is Adobe's later announcement to cease development of Flash for mobile devices: Adobe on Mobile Flash.
Now, you are not necessarily out on a limb. There are some apps that can display some Flash, but don't count on there ability to display anything using Flash.
Apps that can display some Flash from the Web:
    Puffin
    SkyFire
    Photon Flash
    Browse2Go
    iSwifter
Also, note that many sites that use Flash provide their own app for accessing their material. So check with your favorite sites and find out if "there's an app for that."

  • BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_GETDETAIL returns "old" data

    Hello,
I have developed some WF which handles incomming invoices but also have some Z tables behind.
I will describe my problem now. One of the tasks opens a secondary screen with tx MIR7, on a primary screen there is a button which reads data from invoice. Steps are:
    1. user opens a task - he has a screen with some data
    2. wf automaticallly opens a secondary window with MIR7 (so user can switch between two sap windows with e.g. alt+tab)
    3. user make some changes in MIR7 and save invoice
    4. user click the button in the primary window -> action which reads data from invoice with BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_GETDETAIL -> sometimes this function returns "old" data.
Do u know if the data from MIR7 are saved in some update task, or are they buffered, or....? how can i avoid this?
    thx,
    JJ

    hi..
U have to give vendor invoice number for it to work.  The invoice should be posted in MM, if u post in FI this BAPI wont work.
MIR4: In this tcode, you can display the vendor invoice numbers.
MIR5: THIS CODE gives the list of available invoice documents.

  • Sp_showpendingchanges - returning no rows for my database

I migrated a subscriber database over the weekend. Replication monitor shows that commands are being uploaded and downloaded successfully. The sysmergesubscriptions table shows the old with a status of 2 (deleted) and the new with a status of 1.
sp_showpendingchanges isn't returning any rows for the database when I run it in my subscriber database.
When I run this on the publisher database, it shows the old subscription information with a large number of pending commands.
Is this a bug or do I need to do something to 'refresh' the sp_showpendingchanges information? I am on SQL 2008 R2 SP2.
    Thanks,
    Kim

Could you validate your subscribers, to know whether there is indeed any pending changes?
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms152758.aspx
Also by any chance you have same database names for publisher and subscriber?

  • How do I go about exchanging an old SIM for a new one?

Got my S5 last week and installed my old SIM card from my previous phone as per the Verizon instructions. Now I am seeing messages on certain apps that say things like "to use Softcard, your phone needs a new SIM". I received a new SIM when I purchased the phone, so how do I now go about exchanging the old SIM for the new one?

Suncrow, congratulations on your upgrade to a new Samsung Galaxy S5! We recommend that you use the new sim card that came with your device. Just power it off and insert the new card. Your device will automatically start the activation process and complete on it's own. Keep us posted.

  • Need help with a SQL qurey that returns multiple rows for one record?

I have the following query where I use a CASE WHEN clause to determine the date of a shift that begins with "FRLO" on day1 - day14 of the pay period. It works great if a schedule record contains one day that begins "FRLO", but if more than one day is "FRLO" then it only returns the first day it finds and not the others. Is there some way to get the query to return a ron for every day 1 - 14 that begins "FRLO"? System if Oracle 11G
Order of the results is not important as this is part of a larger query that orders the results.
Thanks in advance for any help,

Do you have the opportunity to change the data model to have one day per row ? It would make this easier to get this result without the need for a 14-way CASE or UNION.
    If not...
The case statement will return as soon as it matches one of the conditions. Since you want a match when any column in the row starts with FRLO you can use a UNION ALL treating each column as a separate result. There may be more efficient ways to do this, but here is one way:
Select S.Empid,       Pp.Startpp Startdate,       Null Starttime,       Null Endtime,       8 Hours,       0 Minutes

  • Can I return my iPad2 for the new iPad

My parents bought me the new ipad2 in January and they also pay for the one year guarantee. The iPad 2 is brand new in good condition. Now, can I return my ipad2 for the new iPad without paying?

No, unless the store you bought it from has a very generous return policy - the Apple Store official policy is 14 days. The one year warranty is on defects in the product, not for upgrading. You can sell your iPad and use the funds to buy a new one, but you will likely sell for less than you paid.
