REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY - spreadsheet (Rich plz respond)

Hi all
I am using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY to display the contents of my internal table. I have columns like Material, Inspection Lot,..... After displaying the contents when I export the data to a spreadsheet, in the spreadsheet I am getting a small note in the cells for Material number and Inspection lot number which says
<b>'The number in this cell is formatted as text or preceded by apostrophe'</b>
What does this mean? When I export data to spreadsheet, I want the Material numbers and Inpspection lot numbers not in text format but as normal numbers. How can I do this.

Hi Raju,
Error message in Excel 2003 -- When a query's page edge contains only numbers (such as 2000), then the following message is displayed in Excel 2003: "The number in this cell is formatted as text or preceded by an apostrophe." The error does not affect the use of the page control or the display of data in the query. You can prevent the message from being displayed as follows: from the Tools menu, choose Options, then Error Checking. Clear the "Number stored as text" box.
So, change the setting's in your excel sheet.

Questions(Plz respond ASAP)

Hi ....
On a Quotation...when we enter Reason for Rejection for a line item then...that line greys out.....
Now my question is ....is there a way in config .... where we can change some thing....so that for certain Reason for Rejection the line does not grey out.....
For example .....if we have 5 Reason for Rejections .... for 4 of them....the line should grey out....but for the last one line should not grey out....

Since this is not possible in standard SAP, we workaround by a userexit to say when we select one of the 5 choice, then the its taken and the remaining cannot be selected again.
Pl take the help your abaper to find the possibe user exit in quotation.

You will have to contact the technical staff of the Internet provider. Your problem may be that the modem is not compatible with a pure 64 bit OS.

Not really familiar with currencies as the company I work for is in US and is not international so I haven't had to deal with it.
So, from your code it appears that you are working with a PERFORM in sapscript, right? You want to write to the amount field with a specific currency? I think that you may be able to use the CURRENCY keyword in your WRITE statement.
WRITE IN_TAB-IN to AMOUNT CURRENCY 'USD'.
You will need to find the currency key for your currency. I think this may just handle the decimal places though, not sure.

Unable to read data from an excel document of 365*24 values ( all rounded to 4 decimal points)

I have an excel sheet containing data of hourly loads in MW( rounded to 4 decimals) of one year. So, I have 365*24 values that I want to import to Labview using Read from spreadsheet.vi. However what i get in the output array is 0's and randomly some unit values at very few places. I have checked the array size of the output array and it shows different array sizes for different yearly data.
I am attaching the four excel spreadsheets .
Plz help me with the issue I am facing.

If you are using LabVIEW 2014, it includes the Report Generation Toolkit (which is also available as an add-on in earlier LabVIEW Versions). This can read native Excel files, including .xlsx. With a few functions (3 or 4, I think), you should be able to get the entire Table into a 2D array.

I need to download 3 lakhs of data to excel sheet but the constraint is that excel is having max limit of 65000 line items.
So i need to know the way in which i can create more than one sheet in excel while downloading so that each sheet can hold upto 65000 line items.
i need to create atleast 6 sheets in excel while downloading from report.
please help.

Hi,
While downloading the data, it will prompt you save the list in file - Uncoverted, Spreadsheet, Rich text format, HTML format, Copy to Clipboard.
Why don't you try using Uncoverted format and give extension as .txt file.
So that you can download all 3 lacs of records.
Even if you use any FM, it will indirectly use excel for downloading and it will have restriction of having 65000 records only.

Publishing project in HTML5 - video's don't work

Hello,
In my e-learning project I have implemented several video's as Event Video on a slide. These video's work perfectly as I preview my project.
But when I publish my project the video's don't seem to load. Some video's show nothing (black screen), others show less than 1 second. The video's were implemented as .MP4-files and the Encoder launched when publishing.
How can I solve this problem ?

Error in modifying Schedule Agreement with reference to contract

I have created a Schedule Agreement with reference to a contract manually.The contract is of type MK, while the SA is of type LP.
The contract contains one Material which was successfully added to the SA.
Now I am trying to automate the same using BAPI BAPI_SAG_CHANGE. This causes a short dump in the system -

Error analysis
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_MOVE_CAST_ERROR', was not caught in procedure "GET_CREQS" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause. Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the exception would occur, the current program is terminated. The reason for the exception is: It was tried to assign a reference to a rereference variable using the
    'CAST' operation ('?=' or 'MOVE ?TO'). However, the current content of the source variable does not fit into the target variable.

Information on where terminated:

The procedure is in program "SAPLMEOUT "; its source code begins in line 101 of the (Include program "LMEOUTP2F ".
The following data was populated before calling the BAPI:(along with itemx table also)

The entire logic consists of updating the contract first with a new line item and then adding a line item in SA with reference to the new item in the contract.
The contract updation is working correctly [BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE].

In the T.Code ACSET check for the company code whether Account Assignment Object KOSTL is activated for all Transactions for Account Assignment Type APC value posting and Depreciation Run.
If you fill this and assign the cost center in the asset master then you can get rid of the Balance Filed Profit Center error in your transactions.

this seems to be an issue with the rights of the user and the DB install. check is the TNS is up and running and that the SIDADM has fill access to it. Also , have you checked the latest PAM. why are you trying to implement EP6 right now? I would suggest to go for EP7.0
