Revel for OS X not downloading my originals.

I downloaded Adobe Revel for OS X in the Mac App store. I have the option selected to download all originals but this is not happening.

Hi there,
If you set “Keep All Originals” set to On on your mac (the default setting), your revel photos are stored in two places: the cloud and the hard drive. As you add or delete photos to revel from any device (not just mac), the files will be added/deleted from the rvl package so that it matches revel.
With that said, can you check to see if you see your image in the rvl file? Photos are saved on the mac here: /Users/user profile/Pictures/Adobe Revel/Adobe Revel Library.rvl Control click the file and select Show package contents to view the images. You may have to drill down a bit to find the Originals folder.
If the originals cannot be found in a folder there, please let me know

Buttonsandbows and Alayne I would recommend reviewing the installation logs to determine the specific error that you are experiencing. You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html. You are welcome to post any specific error messages to this discussion.

• ITunes Apps for iPhone/iPod Not Downloading Correctly

I apologize if this problem has been already stated and solved somewhere, because I could not find any help on the issue.
My problem is that when I checked for updates on iTunes it showed that I had 4 apps available for update. When I chose to update them all at once, the downloading menu shows all 4 apps queued for download. Now after all 4 apps have downloaded, my Update Menu for apps still shows that 2 of my apps are available for download. When I check it is the same 2 apps that I had downloaded the update for. I have downloaded them again 3 times already and each time still shows those 2 apps as still available for update. It is very annoying and isn't the first time it has happened. It started occurring last week for 2 other incidents.

Many of us are having exactly the same issue. I have four Apps ready to download updates yet they still download the existing version. I think it is a problem with the App Store database not updating at the same time an App update is made available.

• Firefox 7.0.1 for Mac will NOT download successfully

I am about to quit using FF for good, I am so frustrated. When I click on the Update to FF 7.0.1 for Mac, the URL shows in a new window, and a "data transferring from xxx" shows at the left bottom of the window, which is blank. Once or twice the blue download bar at the right bottom of the same window, but it seems to stall. And after half a dozen tries, I NEVER get a prompt notifying me of a successful download, and the only dmg file on my hard drive is for 3.6.8.
HELP!

You can check if you have enabled HTTP pipelining or have other network.http.* prefs that have been modified and do not have the default value.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar.
You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

• Just upgraded to TB 31.4.0 and it is no longer asking for password, will not download new mail but does connect to POP server. I can send (it asks for p-word)

Failure to download or allow sign in started with current upgrade.
Despite inability to sign in, I have access to all settings and address book.
I've "repaired" the inbox folder and checked the firewall settings. Connection to POP server is fast. Downloads for the last week or so (prior to upgrade) have been VERY slow...
Likely the solution is "simple", but I'm very much NOT a "software tech" kinda guy.... If you can help, please use small words ; )

• HT1725 I purchased a album of various artist, however some of the songs did not download, an error message saying something about not having proper information to download??? any thoughts on how I get the songs I paid for but did not download?

After purchasing a album of TV Theme songs, during the download some of the themes would not load, an error message came up saying to the effect I did not have the correct info to download. Does anyone know about this issue & any thoughts on how I aquire the themes I paid for? The themes that did not load still show up in the music list but are greyed out & have an "!" exclamation mark beside the number of the item in the list.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

• TS1717 how do i go about iTunes reloading some songs i have been billed for which did not download properly...

how do i go about itunes reloading somesongs i have already been billed for...

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

• Rented movie, paid for it, does not download

I've been trying to download a movie I rented for a couple of days and it just does not work. The same day I rented the movie, I purchased two other apps and those did download correctly. Mac sent me a receipt for everything I purchased (three items) but the movie status still says "Downloading" but no activity is taken place.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Which app?
Was this an iPad app or iPhone app. Your profile shows you have an iPhone 4s, but this is the iPad in the Enterprise forum. Please post in the proper forum.

When Apple Software Update for windows comes up, I select the items to update, I accept the eula, the bottom half of the window rolls up and rolls back down and nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Apple Software Update. If I download the updated individually (outside of Apple Software Update) they work fine

Hmmmmm.
Try checking the rules in your firewall software. Is Apple Software Update being allowed full access to the internet?

• My ios 5 update for itouch will not download?

how do i get it to download

Try ensuring that your firewall isn't blocking iTunes, you can test this by trying to connect to the iTunes store...if you can connect then I would suggest trying a different computer to update? Back it up on your original computer and then take it to another computer to update it, good luck :)

This is the transcript from Adobe, hope this helps future stumblers:
You are now chatting with 'Naveen'
Naveen: Hello. Welcome to Adobe Technical Support.
Me: hi
Naveen: Hi Chris,
Me: Hi Naveen
Me: I'm having trouble downloading indesign via CC. Is there a direct link to a DMG?
Me: hello?
Naveen: As I understand that you are unable to download Indesign the download does not pass after 42% is that right?
Me: yup
Me: it's done that for months
Naveen: Thank you for confirming.
Naveen: I will be glad to check and help you in this issue.
Me: I have the latest version of CC
Me: it updated earlier, still no luck
Me: your forum seems to have people having similar issues but i was emailed to use this service
Naveen: Do you get any error message?
Me: nothing
Me: it just has a progress bar of 42% and the top reads Installing Indesign CC (42%)
Naveen: In this case I will provide you the steps to troubleshoot this issue.
Me: OK?
Naveen: 1. In Finder, click on Go > Go to Folder, type /tmp and hit enter.
Me: ok
Naveen: Delete all files inside the tmp folder.
Me: ok done
Naveen: 2. In Finder, click on Go > Go to Folder, type ~/library and hit enter.
Me: yup
Naveen: In there open Preferences folder and trash Adobe folder and all com.adobe.* files
Me: just "adobe" and any com.adobe files?
Me: Will I loose my config?
Naveen: No, you can delete the Adobe files in it.
Me: ok
Me: done
Naveen: 3. In Finder, click on Go > Go to Folder, type ~/library/ and hit enter.
Me: ok
Naveen: In there open Caches folder and trash Adobe folder and all com.adobe.* files
Me: done
Naveen: 4) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers/ , in there locate all Adobe uninstaller files and use the same to uninstall all Adobe products except Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Me: hang on, i don't want to have to download photoshop and illustrator again
Naveen: That's fine, you no need to uninstall photoshop and illustrator.
Me: so that just leaves the extension manager and CC?
Naveen: Yes.
Me: run them?
Me: but you said don't do that to CC?
Naveen: Yes.
Naveen: 5) Using Finder, navigate to Macintosh HD>Library>Application Support/Adobe and rename Adobe PCD folder to Adobe PCDold,
Naveen: Caps folder to capsold and backup folder to backupold.
Me: ok
Me: done
Naveen: Please sign out for your CC desktop app by clicking on gear icon, click on preference tab and then select account to sign out of your CC.
Me: ok done
Naveen: Sign in again and try installing Indesign again from CC desktop app and let me know if you still get stuck at 42%
Me: Ok cool, thanks Naveen
